Fantastic experience: Great overall experience. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to get me in last minute. I had to take the written exam and the physical driving test (my license expired). The establishment is simple and straightforward and I was able to do the entire process (exam and driving test) within an hour. MLK Simple Driving School is also very affordable which is a plus as well. I’d recommend for anyone in the area looking for a straightforward and simple experience.

I had to make a last minute booking before traveling, and the owner went out of his way to accommodate me and I was able to get my license that same day. I would recommend MLK Simple Driving School to anyone looking for a smooth journey with an experienced instructor.

Negative experience: As a small business owner it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Trust me when I say you will avoid a whole lot of headache if you choose a different driving school even if it is more inconvenient. This place is horrible. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: These people are have lost my kid's records and are now ghosting me. They have no record besides the initial receipt of me paying them. No record of all the classes or drives they took nor of their driving test. Because we managed to find the receipt to prove that they were a student they offered for them to repeat everything. It has been over a year. My kid is now almost 16 and a half and can't move forward because no one is returning our calls or texts. We were planning on having them drive themselves to school this year and now everyone's schedule is disrupted because of MLK's incompetence. Whatever you do don't go here. It's a nightmare.

I had a very good experience with him 10 years ago when I arrived in America and this year my younger brother came and I directed him there and he had a very good experience as well . I’ll definitely recommend the place For those talking about appointment, you guys better have good information before booking; I know the owner as being very flexible

Negative experience: Did not return the money and did not give a service Hi all, today I was in this place, before arriving I called, to my question on the phone, the employee told me that I needed to come for the record. I asked for on-site training as soon as possible, he offered me two options, and I agreed to $500, paid, and as soon as I paid and started filling out the questionnaire, the employee asked me, "Why you need to learn quickly?" I answered: I have cases on New-York. And then he tell me:; I can’t teach you”. I ask him:"Why if I paid you money?" he tries to push something through the terminal, gives an error and starts telling me, "I can't get the money back," I started standing alone and demanding a refund, and he gave me some paper that doesn't look like a check, but it says "Receipt" and told me to come tomorrow, I'm shocked. I recommend thinking 10 times before you go here.

Negative experience: Probably about the worst experience ive had with a driving test instructor made an appointment an he wasn't prepared when i arrive waited an hour an still wasnt ready giving poor customer service an was servicing other customers before me even though i had made an appointment after the hour wait i went in to try an ask him about y he is taking long but turns out he decided to help someone else instead of me for my appointment

Negative experience: This man yelled at me when I asked him why he failed me and Couldn’t explain what I did wrong then told me to get out of his business... unprofessional and so rude. Scared my mom and I after All I did was ask how I failed and he forced me out the door. Do not trust this place. He won’t pass you based on knowledge, it’s personal.

Negative experience: BE AWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Take your business elsewhere unless this is your last resort. The customer service of this establishment is horrible and their practices are borderline illegal. The business owner, Nur, takes advantage of new immigrants. Students are tricked into dropping the classes at day one due to lack of service and when demand deposit refund, Nur will refer you to his ever changing website. He is rude on phone and yells at you when asked for more informatin about his classes.

Negative experience: One of the worst customer service I have experienced. Called up to check the availability as a new customer and the person was rude. He asked me to visit the office, he cannot share anything over their phone. Left wondering whether we are living in stone age.

Fantastic experience: Nur is an excellent and friendly instructor. I got a huge amount out of is one-on-one lessons that not only allowed me to feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel but pass the licencing test on the first go. I can't praise Nur or his school enough.

Fantastic experience: If you want to learn driving practically end-to-end or only mastering the techniques and to practise methodically for the driving test, I would recommend this school. The trainer is professional and still very polite. Depending on my needs or weak points he made the practice schedule and also made time for me even within or after his tight schedule. My friends have learned from various schools in Bellevue and surrounding area and I did not hear much good things about them, and sometimes they sounded scary and could make you nervous. This school is totally different, the trainer would give you confidence, but will also make you practice something many times which you are not good at. When you learn full classes you would get to learn driving pretty much in all areas like difficult roads, highways, downtown and also freeway, and you can learn the parking techniques which I would say the trainer will give such lesson which you will never forget. You get to see good and interesting videos as well on driving. Overall, I would recommend this school and they are most reasonably priced as well.

Not only is he professional and knowledgeable about traffic rules, he is also a pleasant personality and a very patient trainer. He also goes the extra mile to make things comfortable and accomodating us within his schedule. His rates are also reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I started Drivers ed about a month ago and was a bit nervous as a first time student on the wheel. Just two hours every three days of the week wasn't bad at all. I learned so much from Nur, the instructor within a short amount of time. Nur is willing to answer any questions or concerns during lessons and quizes. When I drove for the first time, it wasn't as bad as I expected. Nur was very encouraging and taught very well. Also, his classroom is awesome. MLK Simple Driving School is perfect for any teen that needs to drive, especially for those that learn better in much smaller classes and one-on-one help. Overall, I enjoyed my time taking Drivers Ed at MLK Simple Driving School. Nur is a great instructor.
