Negative experience: Extremely difficult to schedule driving times, especially for a high school student who is in school when the drive times go online. Wasn't able to complete all the drives in the necessary timeframe

Hello Sheila, Sorry you have had difficulty scheduling. Have you called our office? Because, we do have a call/cancelation list that we can add your student to. There is also a waitlist option in the students Drive Time account that will email them anytime we have a cancelation or opening. All Winter and Spring students have been completing within 2-4 weeks. Now that summer is here and there is a high demand we have let our customers know to expect longer than normal completion time. If your student has completed all the coursework and has logged in two weeks on schedule day around 10 Am we can add them to the call/cancelation list. Any family member or friend can log in for the student at schedule time. Thank you A-1

Positive experience: The teachers are hit or miss. There are some good ones. The schedule do fill up quickly so it is not easy to find instructors. The worse thing is their online course work. The lessons are broken down into too many small segments so it takes unnecessary long to go through them and too many clicks by hand. The lessons keep repeating the same content. I’d rather see shorter content and replay the same lesson than meandering through endless number of lessons, some useful and some are not. Some are literally two sentences. Worse, between segments, an obnoxious tone is played repeatedly. It is constantly ringing in my head. It is terrible. I try to give positive vibe I review but this tune that is played repeatedly is really too much. It is not professional and the lesson needs to be edited down to reduce duplication and blank air times with no content, and to reduce the need for me to click on my computer

Negative experience: This place is terrible. I have only been able to schedule one drive and have been trying to get another drive for almost 5 months now. You have to log in EXACTLY at 10 am on Wednesdays and refresh the driving schedule every minute (this is what they told me to do) for a chance of getting an appointment. One week I was at work and wasn’t able to log in exactly at 10 and i logged in a 10:04 and they told me I logged in too late. It’s so inconvenient and they only schedule one week at a time. The one drive that I did get, they were really rude when I told them I paid for these classes to learn how to drive. They told me that they don’t teach you to drive in this course and it’s just for practice. The whole time the instructor was really laid back and not teaching me anything. This class is not worth the $400 you spend !! Save your money !

Negative experience: Horrible. You have to schedule the drives through their website at 10am on Wednesdays. I have been on their website for 8 weeks at exactly 10am and have not been able to get a single drive scheduled at any time. I have spoken with them numerous times and they are very kind on the phone but very unhelpful. I have been on the waiting list for EVERY location and none have been available. They will refund me the driving portion of the bundle but are still charging me $150 for the online portion. I would not have signed up with them if I knew I could only do the online portion. Now, I will only get a $20 discount with Wright Driving School for having completed the online portion or I will need to pay the full fee for going with the public school. This has been a huge wast of my time, stressful, and very expensive for what we got.
