Negative experience: Customer service is horrible I've reached out more than 4 occasions given information and still no return call. I even set appt that is no longer there after 3wks in advance. I'm kind of afraid that he has my info. If my area is not what you service Say that instead wasting time going back-and-forth with an automated text message when you're not available

Negative experience: Once they get their money they don't make no effort when you schedule they don't show sometimes and they don't even have the respect to call

Negative experience: This morning I called this place to get an estimate on how much it would cost for 2hrs of on the road driving lessons before my road test tomorrow. I stated to the gentlemen over the phone that I will call back right away with a final decision as I got an idea of how much the estimate would be. Fast forward.... I called back 7 times & received not one answer. I just called back one final time to see if they answered and they did & now I am being told there isn't any more availability today. Very unprofessional. I chose to call this place after seeing the reviews. I really just needed lessons on parallel parking. I also wanted to get other information that I may have missed to prep for tomorrow. Bottom line, I don't appreciate being told "sorry" over the phone. Don't waste people's time if you're not ready to assists. Update.... Passed my road test! I guess I don't need this school after all. I learned all I needed to know.

Fantastic experience: CJ is amazing! He was so patient with me and he has such a smart way of explaining things, everything just made sense. He helped my fear of driving disappear and finally after years of procrastination due to fear, I got my license!!! I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I recommend this school, I needed to take a class in less than a week because my road test was coming up and I needed more practice, he was able to fit me in for 2 hrs for 3 days, I never learned so much within 3 days. He was very professional and calm. Also the pricing was good. Over all a good service and I passed my road test, I highly recommend!

Negative experience: I don’t know if they do it in seasons but I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. There was nothing but amazing reviews and wanted to give them a shot. I went to the school last week and nobody was there. I would call the school and get no response, I even filled out the contact form on the website and have yet to hear back. I would have really liked to learn how to drive with CJ but guess I’ll never know.

He truly made Parallel parking easy as well as other things that were required for the Road Test. He always picked me up on time on the day of my appointments and made me feel safe and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Referred to by a friend . Best decision I made . Reasonable prices & very convenient being that he picks up AND drops off . My driver instructor was very patient regardless of constant errors & let me remain in control ( no one likes a panicking passenger) . NEVER drove a day in my life , did at least 8 hours over a period of time and PASSED my drivers test the first time . Definitely recommended

CJ is easy to talk to and I got my license on the first try...coming from NY as a pure public transit girl it was a HUGE accomplishment. He teaches you techniques as to how to pass the test. The staff is great and the prices are as well. They are so good I'll be calling them back to get more lesson. Cj is a great instructor and he taught me all the things I know. I read some of the reviews and some are good and some are bad . It's all in your mind your instructor tell you how to do it it's up to you to pay attention and do it. I didn't mind giving out my money because cj is really good at what he do. Cj is not going to drive the car for you. This is for someone who is willing and ready to learn. Fantastic experience: I have been driving outside the US for about a year or so. Switching to the right side driving seemed like a challenge to me. CJ was an excellent instructor. The 4-5 classes that I took helped me get comfortable with right side driving as well as all of the basics that I was rusty with. It prepared me well for my driver's test which I passed with ease.

Negative experience: My experience at Splindit driving school was HORRIBLE. I highly recommend you NOT to go to this school. The instructor CJ never taught me how to parallel park after I paid him 6 hours worth of lessons and he tried to charge me more money after he told me to just call him to give me my last lesson that he owned me. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL ghetto environment!

Fantastic experience: I've been driving for the last 4 years outside of the US and I needed a 2 hour lesson that would help me prepare for the test. Chijoke was a great instructor! He planned my 2 hour session perfectly, covering all the important concepts, explaining methods clearly, making me take quick notes, setting up the training scenario and making me repeat the process until I was doing it perfectly. Passed my test today with awesome scores and particular praise from onlookers on all things that Chijoke trained me on! I highly recommend Splindit!
