Negative experience: My Porsche Experience was a birthday gift from my girlfriend, who went above and beyond by inviting several of my friends. Unfortunately, the actual experience at the Porsche facility did not live up to the thoughtful planning and excitement she had intended. We arrived about three hours early because two members of our group had drives scheduled at 3:30, while mine and another guest’s drives were set for 5:00. Since this was a surprise for me, I wasn’t familiar with the setup or the itinerary. After dropping off the earlier participants, my friend and I had time to kill before our scheduled drives. Naturally, we started looking for something to eat. The facility wasn’t very intuitive, and we wandered around trying to figure out what was available. Eventually, we discovered the restaurant upstairs. There were no visible signs indicating operating hours or closures, and we saw people inside, so we assumed it was open. While standing in the hallway outside the restaurant, admiring some pictures on the wall, we noticed a woman closing the door. She walked away without saying anything to us. After a brief discussion, I called my girlfriend, who assured me that the venue had dining options. We approached the restaurant again and tried to get the attention of an employee through the glass. The only interaction we received was a dismissive “we’re closed” from a staff member several feet away, which I had to lip-read. It was abrupt and unprofessional. We finally found a café in the building and placed an order. As if the previous lack of hospitality wasn’t enough, a security guard approached us shortly after, accusing us of “harassing guests.” We were so shocked by this accusation that we initially thought it was a joke. However, upon realizing the security guard was serious, we were left feeling deeply uncomfortable. After he left, we decided to get up and look for management to explain the situation. As we began walking, the security guard returned and, to what I felt was now harassment, started following us through the building. This behavior was unsettling and completely unnecessary. We eventually made our way back to the front desk, where we explained the situation and were issued a refund. Even after that, the security guard followed us out of the building as if we were some type of threat. The lack of clear communication, the cold behavior of the staff, the unwarranted accusation by security, and the overall hostile treatment soured what should have been an exciting and memorable experience. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer service, the Porsche Experience fell embarrassingly short. Instead of being treated as valued guests, we felt like an inconvenience and, ultimately, like suspects. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable, welcoming event.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful driving experience at this center! The instructor Jessie was super helpful and knowledgeable. He would ask what I want to improve before we go and make up the plans depending on my needs. Explaining everything super easy to understand. And the last demo lap with the GT3 went absolutely crazy! Definitely recommend to try the driving experience out if you are in Atlanta.

Fantastic experience: Had a new 911 delivered here. Can't recommend this process highly enough. World class facility/site and team. Brought 3 guests and the entire day went so smoothly from the tour, to the track experience, the reveal, and lunch. Will absolutely do this again if I get the opportunity to build another Porsche. Thank you Ryan Anderson for making the logistics and hospitality experience on the day flawless. Thank you Ana for your knowledge and insight on and off the track. Thank you Sarah and Chris for making my guests' track experience so memorable. It's a day we'll all remember and all want to do it again!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would! My girlfriend gifted me a 718 Cayman 90 minute driving experience for my birthday and it will be hard to top this one. This was the most fun I have ever had in my 39 years. My driving instructor, Micheal Keats was world class. I really appreciated his expert critique to my driving and showed me an absolute great time. Lindsay was my friend's instructor and she too was fantastic. Both of the instructors and the rest of the PEC crew made this day, one I will never forget. Truly the most fun I have ever had. Thank you guys.
