Fantastic experience: She is very helpful, and she is really trying my daughter loan Nguyen is so nice, and im grateful for her.

Negative experience: I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. I came on here to write a review and I see so many people have already stolen the words out of my mouth. Seems she fails everyone on the same things (which she kind of made up). It’s very hard to understand her English and what she wants you to do. It’s like an underground business where she takes $60 cash and you don’t have a chance. I’ve had a license for 23 years in 4 different countries, and I’ve never experienced anything as dumbfounding as this. Also interesting that she only accepts cash. Wonder why. I will be reporting to the division of transportation.

Negative experience: This was AWFUL. She told me to do a U-turn at a double yellow line, and she said I didn't look both ways when pulling out of a road. I know that I did. And she has a really old car with squeaky breaks. I also couldn't understand what she was saying. Then when we went over why I failed she said I was supposed to pull into the "middle lane" and do the turn. There was NO middle lane. It seems like she's doing it for money. She gave me 70% and said to call her again and that I would have to pay again. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Seeing a lot of bad reviews from people who clearly haven't taken lessons from Utah a state-certified instructor recently. Kim was awesome! She was very polite and courteous throughout my test, and we got along super well. I was referred here by Kevin from Allied Driving School for my road test, and I couldn't be happier that I didn't go through another school. I had a great time all-around, and I passed on my first try. Kim grades on everything I was taught recently by another well-known / well-respected instructor, and she even gave me a heads up of what I would be tested on. 5 stars from me.

Negative experience: Es una estafa no vayan! No pierdas dinero! 1. Es una china que no se le entiende nada el inglés! 2. Da cualquier excusa que reprobarte y es agresiva y quiere que vuelvas para hacerlo de nuevo! Obviamente lo que quiere es plata! 3 mi puntaje era válido para aprobar pero según su parecer no así que no me dejó aprobar! Mintió sobre cómo manejo! Con cosas absurdas como que tengo malas costumbres” 4. Solamente acepta Chash y no da comprobante de pago! 5 El auto es viejo muy viejo! Da desconfianza en todo! El freno suena y la luz del check engine está prendida! 6.ella y su oficina huelen a orina!

Fantastic experience: I don’t understand these reviews they all sound selfish to me. I took my road test here and I passed first try, and she is noting like any of these reviews. She kept it simple and fast and she was sweet and I liked how forward she was. No in between talking just giving instructions, just doing her jobs she was such a sweet lady. Looking at the reviews made me anxious, and even thought if I should go to her. But I told myself that I should not just look at the rewiews and judge. Should check it out myself. So glad I did cause it was worth my time and fast. I would recommend this place.

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews here before taking a driving test with this lady. I went here upon recommendation of my driving school instructor, which was a major mistake. I have practiced about 16 hours behind-the-wheel at varied speed limits across the city [20MPH, 30 MPH, 40 MPH, 50 MPH (on a state highway)], can effortlessly do lane changes, U-turn, Three-point turn, backing up. I have practiced driving while it was raining too and returned home safely. I have thoroughly read the UTAH Driver handbook inside out and can explain rules clearly. Yet, this lady has failed me in the driving test for silly unbelievable reasons such as not yielding before making a U-TURN when there was no car in the opposite lane to YIELD! Her reasoning was - IF there was a car, IT WOULD HAVE hit. BUT there WASN'T a car! 1) It seems she is nit-picking reasons to fail and earn more money. 2) The car is very old and unclean. Not well-maintained at all, so bit of a mood deterrent when you are already anxious about the test. 3) One is already nervous during the driving test, and she creates an environment that exacerbates one's nerves. It leads a person to make mistakes, even if they are the best ever driver in the country. Please save your money and find a better place to test your driving skills. I gave my road test at ALLIED DRIVING SCHOOL and passed on the first attempt. The instructor/examiner is pretty good and helps calm nerves.

Negative experience: Everyone go another place for road test!!! She made me feel uncomfortable and has bad manners. This place is ridiculous, don’t ever WASTE your money over here. The lady was rude, inpatient and unprofessional. I called yesterday for making a driving test appointment and she said the test is $45. I asked her twice and she was like yes it’s $45. I came to take the test today, then she changed it to $55 and only accept CASH.

Negative experience: Give yourself a chance. Find somewhere else for the driving test. This place doesn’t deserve your money!

Negative experience: Scam, mean, she will do anything on her power to fail you. She cares more about the money, she has the weirdest personality ever and doesn’t try at all to communicate well with her customers

Negative experience: Due to the driving instructor not speaking English well enough to give proper instructions, she was able to fail my girlfriend. She was more than happy to keep the $50 though.

Negative experience: Save your money and nerves! Very poor pronunciation, it does not matter to her test taker or not, she just earns money and does not bother to explain what she wants.

Fantastic experience: I am confused by the reviews because I passed on my first try. The lady to test me was calm and nice, gave me directions and I could understand her fine.

Negative experience: The examiner has poor pronunciation in English. Because of this, in her opinion, you are doing the wrong things, and as a result, she fails driving altogether.

Fantastic experience: I did my testing with Co Kim and she was super nice to me and got me finished in around 30 minutes. She speaks both english and vietnamese so she was super easy to understand.

Negative experience: Very dirty car, does not work properly. Tester not professional. Didn't turn up on time. Best to avoid this testing service.

Negative experience: Dont go here total scam! I went there to fo a drivers road test. The lady failed me on head checks. I know how to drive and passed the drivers test in California. I know that isn't true. There seemed to be a lot if little points she gave me for rolling through stop and also cutting corners. I didn't agree with any of that. But being tested on her observations there isn't much I can do. I wish I read the reviews. I can see I'm not the only one this lady ripped off. I know she lied . It it's in her interest to fail you so you can come back a pay for another test. She changed 45 but another 35 to retest. will be going to another school I have no faith in her testing abilities.

Negative experience: She will fail you the first time so you come back and pay her another $45 i have been driving since 6 years now and she failed me on head checks the first time?!?! Half of time i did not understand what she was saying and while driving she jammed on the brake on her side(on an empty road!!) And on top of all that she was not wearing a seat belt. You're the best Thanks for the comments at the end I don't understand why people say can't understand her English, obviously we all have accents and there's nothing wrong with that!

Negative experience: Please, don't ever go to this place, you can't understand what this woman is saying, is expensive, (45 $) and on top of that, she told me I failed because I didn't do head checks to right or left. I mean wtfff? She wasn't even looking at me, I check every time I turned or changed lanes. Don't waste your money or your time.

Negative experience: Man I wish I had read the reviews! My daughter was sent here after passing the written test at another driving school, we didn't realize it was a completely different business. Pretty much she failed for all the same reasons others have stated, no head check blah blah blah, also oddly she got marked down for not stopping before crossing a train track ( no train coming) it's not like she was driving a bus so not sure where that came from?? Anyone ever heard that you need to make TWO full stops at a stop sign? Is that really a thing? Dear miss Kim also marked her down for not accelerating while she had her own foot on the brakes! Save your money and go elsewhere. Very poor excuse for a business and surprised they are even still open.

Fantastic experience: Can't remember my driver's name, mature gentleman, but he very professional, easy going, and he was great to drive with. I felt comfortable and he let me know before the test what he would looke for, how to pass, etc. 10/10 would go again

Fantastic experience: Before my test started Loan gave me all the instructions I need in order to pass my test and answered nicely all the questions that I have also after I finished it and passed it the test, she gave me good and useful advice about my driving. She’s really nice and even that we had a silly misunderstanding about the appointment she could fit me in later in the same day ! I really appreciate that and all her help !

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Probably in it for the money. Could not really explain why she failed me. Gave a receipt with no company name and had me use her car which was not in the best shape, also she did not wear a seatbelt! Do not waste your money. I wonder if the business is even legit?

Negative experience: Do not go here if you need to take driving test. I feel like she want more money from you. She let you fail more then 2 times. That’s okey for me but the problem is she’s kind of rude, showing attitude during taking test and action like a boss. And also no respected at all.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. I walked in the door for my driving test, Kim immediately gave me a dirty look. We got In the car and she immediately started bad mouthing the driving school I went to (national driving school, which I would 5 star recommend) and then told me everything I knew was wrong and told me weird and specific ways she wanted me to do things. She then looked down at her paper the entire time. She wasn’t observing me at all. The first thing she told me to do was pull over to the right, I head checked not once but twice like I always do. She immediately told me I didn’t head check. The rest of the time she sighed and held on. I’m genuinely a good driver, and if there’s one thing I’m not shy about it’s head checking. She told me to turn right at the stop light in the next 100 ft. There wasn’t a stop light for at least another mile, she just wasn’t looking at the road, or paying attention to what was happening. Her car wasn’t a nice car, it was very confusing and when I asked a question about the car she sighed, gave me a dirty look and responded in a condescending tone. We pulled back into the school and she explained to my mom that “I did everything perfect but I didn’t head check” and told my mom she would need to pay again. my mom decided to read the reviews during my drive and as soon as Kim said I didn’t head check she was infuriated. There’s nothing more frustrated than being set up to fail. I cried after because I felt let down and because I failed without actually making a mistake. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste your money and your time.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE the lady doing the driving tests doesn't know ANYTHING about driving she will make up things just to get a quick buck I was in the car while the test was being processed and she still failed the person for no reason at all!
