Fantastic experience: Both my kids attended in Jackson. No issues!

Negative experience: I will change my review if they show proper steps to redeem themselves however with my experience of day one has me to believe the many 5 star review are false. Multiple emails telling us to report to the high school for class and we show up 25 minutes early. After walking multiple rounds around the school and no evidence of this class anywhere we as another random student if she knows. She informs is that she took it the previous year and at that time it was at the alternative school not the high school. That is not even in the same parking lot. Sure enough that random student was correct. But now my child is late due to incorrect information given. I then mention it to a lady there and at first tells me that she didn't know how it was changed to the highschool and after telling her that it has always said the high school from the beginning of registration the story changed to needing to change classrooms at the last minute despite the email sent that morning still stating the high school location. If and I will put a big if it were true that you needed a last minute change from the high school why was the time not taken to post notices at the entrance of the highschool of the location of the last minute change? That is not a way to run any sort of business. However as stated in the beginning if they find a way to make it right on their own including getting rid of the person who has caused this problem for their company then I will edit the review.

Fantastic experience: TWO YEARS LATER!!! i continue to stand by my word even two years later. if there’s one thing everett is adamant about, it’s to always hit bambi. last night i hit a deer and remembered what he said, and it saved my life and made the situation go a completely different direction than it probably should of. put your kids in this schools classes! best driving advice i’ve ever gotten! everett is the absolute best teacher. he always knows how to spice up class and can always make you laugh. kevin and don and two of the best people to drive with. they’re so sweet and can spark a conversation about anything. my class was amazing along with the program. everyone passed our tests thanks to everett. no doubt a 5 star rating in my book.

Fantastic experience: We have tried EZ WAY for two of our children, and both had bad experiences. Our youngest went through Acceler8 and had two driving instructors, both of whom were kind, fun, and mellow…creating a much more relaxed learning experience. I appreciate that this company is good with their communications (a lot of my communication was through text), appear to treat their employees well (once my daughter’s class instructor had a family emergency and they were very accommodating to reschedule class for her), prepare the kids well for driving, and offer a one-on-one hour-long road test prep! The owner was great to work with for a question I had RE my older 18yo taking the road test prep, and gave some great advice. I highly recommend this driving school.
