Fantastic experience: Andrew was amazing and his attention to detail was spot on, had me very confident for my test once I finished all my lessons.

Negative experience: Updated response: You all emailed me and responded to this review quick because you do not want the truth to come out! If you run a business and run it well, a customer or client should not have to ultimately come to this extent after multiple attempts to communicate. Yes, your establishment may be approved by the NC DMV standards and those handy dandy notebooks purchased that you give out help nothing when someone can not focus because of others not complying and administration (you and your instructors) doing nothing. Your class is not a free public class that can be taken anywhere... I will work with my son to help him pass, but I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! But you all are definitely unprofessional and unethical and do not serve people with autism or disabilities. While it hurts me to have to give a negative review to a business with so many positive reviews I have to give my views and opinion. My Son started a class mid August and it started off well... the first night. After that I am not sure what happened. He experienced constant verbal aggression from other students taking the class, there was constant interruption during instruction, rules were not followed by some students. After reaching out to Bill, he responded on August 20th. This was his initial response: Hi A, I saw your note today about our class. Kristine and I are very upset about this. Bullying and a disruptive class are totally not acceptable and will not be tolerated. We raised a special needs student and have experience with this issue. I would like to personally do (my son's) lessons after the class concludes. The course includes 3 behind the wheel lessons. In light of this experience, I would like to do a complimentary 4th lesson for a total of 8 hours if that is OK with you. Customers who report concerns afford us the opportunity to improve our services when we fail to meet customer expectations. Thank you for letting us know. We are investigating this and will get back with you. Bill Messick GPS Driving School We then had a phone conversation and he repeated what was offered in the email and mentioned that these incidents give them a bad look and they wouldn't want a 1 star review because of it . August 30th, they reached out with study materials and to say thank you for taking the class. My Son went the same day to take his permit test and unfortunately did not pass. What they were teaching, that he was able to understand in class was not even on the official test. My Son followed up and let them know he failed... no response. I followed up yesterday (09/11).. no response. I am seeing that the reviews given are not true or either really close friends to Bill and Kristine. I will be seeking assistance in a refund since my son was not provided with services he paid for and when attended classes he suffered mental stress and anxiety. Good luck to anyone who pays for their class!

Fantastic experience: 11 out of 10! Highly recommend Andrew and GPS Driving School. I had a positive experience with GPS Driving School. My son had an appointment with DMV for his driving test. I called GPS and they were very accommodating to fit my son into their schedule. Prior to meeting with Andrew, my son did not have much behind the wheel experience. Andrew worked with my son to prepare for the test. He communicated with us and did an awesome job with his teaching. He made sure that my son was ready for his exam. I am happy to report that my son passed his test and now has his license. I believe that my son’s success is a direct result of Andrew’s teaching and helping my son with his driving skills .

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew from GPS Driving School to ensure my son was ready to drive independently. Andrew provided a detailed report and conducted a final assessment to confirm my son’s readiness for his road test. As a parent, it’s easy to be biased, but Andrew’s thorough evaluation covered all the necessary aspects. Thanks to Andrew’s diligence and expertise, Jayden passed his road test on his first try.
