ABC Driving School

Fantastic experience: ABC in Shoreline was absolutely excellent and the careful attention, both to detail and to the students, was appreciated. We cannot recommend driving lessons with Rick highly enough; he's a wealth of knowledge and knows exactly how to help students be at ease but take it seriously. The classes, material, and pacing were just right. Seeing your kiddo go through the process of getting a permit and license could have been nerve-wracking but we felt supported the whole way through. We will definitely be sending our other kids through this school! Also -- the cancellation policies are written and articulated loud and clear for families to sign off on, so the complaint about getting charged when the reviewer failed to cancel an appointment was quite misleading. We found all policies to be fair and transparent up front.

Fantastic experience: my experience with abc was great! i had the same instructor throughout all my drives and he helped me learn so much but also feel really safe on the roads. thank you to Rick for making that happen and never failing to make me and my family laugh!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! They will charge your card for payment when you make the appointment and not when you take the test so they can refuse to give you a test or a refund. We had an emergency come up with my family where my husband was sick. He missed his appointment. Me being alone that morning with a toddler and also pregnant, I couldn’t call to cancel the appointment. After 15 minutes of the appointment time, I received a notification that the appointment was cancelled. So, I didn’t think i needed to call to cancel appointment. I called the office to reschedule the appointment and was told that I would have to pay for another appointment again.

Negative experience: PSA As a Filipino, go somewhere else.
