You can tell he is passionate about driving and getting others over the finish line. Fantastic experience: My journey with driving had been a long all due to my own accord, but when searching for the right school for me when completing that first step in getting my license, I did not hesitate to invest in Hands on Wheels (hence why I decided to pay immediately). The school felt like no other form of school I’ve had before because what made them stand out the most is that they cared and genuinely wanted me to succeed. Driving is no easy task for beginners especially since accidents are more common occurrence, and this school, in my opinion, is the best at teaching and guiding how to stray away from that. I personally had the opportunity to be taught and instructed by the owner Mr.Stanley himself and he is truly truly wonderful. If I had to sell a dream, he’d turn it into reality. I couldn’t be more grateful and more thankful.

Fantastic experience: I came to Hands on Wheels Driving School as an older gentleman who had been intimidated by the idea of going to a driving school. But from the start of the first class I was made to feel very comfortable. The information was clear and precise and the instructor took the time to make sure you absorbed the information. If I had to do it again I would choose Hands on Wheels every time. Once my daughter is of age I will be sending her to them.

Notably, after my classes with this school, I passed my knowledge test with 23 questions on the first attempt. They support me with my driving practices and today, I am proud to say I can drive. Negative experience: If you want your child belittled and disrespected send them here. Please note that this place is a dump and Daniel Stanley has the attitude to match TRASH! Driver school is supposed to teach you the skills and confidence on the rode. However he will put negative thoughts in your child head before there BTW test to get them to lose confidence. I truly believe this is his tactic to charge extra for additional classes however I will make it my business to report this in appropriate behavior so that those after do not have to endure the horrible experience that I have endured. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! IF YOU ALREADY A STUDENT I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A MALE FIGURE ESCORT YOU TO AND FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Negative experience: Mr Daniel Stanley needs to be more professional while doing his job. He needs to exercise more patience with students and reduce his arrogance. Again, he should stop barking orders during driving sessions.

Negative experience: Mr Stanley was rude the school kept on mistakenly charging me for schedule appointments I never scheduled and when I addressed the issues the owner got angry. But I completed all written test but when it came time for behind the wheel Mr Stanley kicked me out the school and refunded me my money he sent my transcripts but left of two class scores that I did complete. I didn’t notice till I went to the other driving school. I strongly believe he did that on purpose he seems like a very spiteful person despite his old age

Fantastic experience: This is the best driving school and cheapest in Maryland. The driving instructors are very knowledgeable about traffic laws and properly operating a motor vehicle. I will definitely refer them.

Negative experience: Please go elsewhere. I never try to down a black owned businesses but the staff is rude . Schedule for driving time is booked so far out and don’t try to reschedule you won’t get an appointment til the next month. My child’s paperwork wasn’t sent to Mva after calling the morning of the test to confirm it was sent. I had to call for the second time the day of his driving test to get it sent . I begged the lady at Mva not to make us reschedule as we drove 40 minutes to test. I do not recommend. Customer service is horrible.

Fantastic experience: I enrolled in this school to convert my out-of-country driver's license. It has been my experience that this driving school is extremely cost-effective when compared to other driving schools in the Baltimore area. My experience with this school has been very positive in many ways, and I would especially like to mention Daniel the instructor, who is so experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. His experience corrected many of my minuses and boosted my temperament to achieve success on the test.

Negative experience: I echo what Pal said. I wouldn't recommend the school. I think the owner by the name Stanley is grossly disrespectful and impatient. Lacks cultural sensitivity and particularly disrespectful to international folks especially African immigrants. The only I enrolled there was because my partner at the time gave it to me as a gift however, from the every start, I figured early on that it was a mistake taking lessons with him.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school. Mainly because of the owner. He is very rude my daughter didn’t want to go out with him. Mainly because of his attitude. He took her btw for the first time and didn’t even do The entire 2 hrs, He basically told me that she needed more btw which I already knew that. My intentions was to pay another driving school the extra money. Again my rating is mainly on his attitude.

Negative experience: Been trying to call to speak to someone about my daughter driving time. The number does not work. My daughter found this school on her own but me personally I’m not a fan of how they run their business at all.

Negative experience: This is the WORST driving school ever!! Not only was every classroom class finished early, but also the driving time. The instructor and owner is absolutely RUDE!!! Was disrespectful and belittling to my daughter. Was supposed to be a 2 hour driving time. He showed up 15 min late and was finished 15 min early. He was extremely impatient and instead of correcting he would belittle. When asked for another instructor in the driving portion i was told i would get my money back. I would NEVER Recommend anyone to go there!!!! Id walk before I’d go to him to learn to drive!!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Dan is great it took me 10 days to finish my class which I did online evenings & just got done with my drive time with the help of Ms. Mary and Mr. Dan! Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: The entire driver's Ed was done in 2 parts, a 30-hrs online lecture and a 6-hrs behind the wheels (BTW). The online component was ok, but the real issue was with the BTW. The instructor who is also the owner of this establishment, Daniel Stanley, is extremely impatient who shouts at the student for every little mistake. The rudeness of his tone was unprofessional. I found some of the things that was said to me during our driving classes to be offensive and stressful for my mental well-being. Since I was on a deadline to get my provisional license, I had no option but to continue with Hands On Wheels Driving School as other schools near me didn't have any vacancy in such short notice. I would also like to mention that the employees, Mr. Thomas Mwarara and Ms. Mary were good people and helped me out with the lecture course and driving me to the test site. I eventually passed my driving test, but it was entirely due to private driving lessons with a patient instructor who taught me well. Definitely don't recommend this school if you have the time and resources to choose any other!

Negative experience: Online classes take 2 weeks to complete , That part i’m okay with. Now the real problem , behind the wheel classes won’t be done for 3 another 3 months. Online classes are ghetto and unprofessional, Do not make the mistake of coming here when schools like Greg’s driving school will have you set and done with everything in a month tops. absolutely terrible
