Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: I would never recommend anyone sending there child there they are so unorganized my daughter would have a driving lesson n show up n they would say u don't have a lesson but you can observe whenever I would call with questions they would Brush meo off then my daughter completed all her lessons paid to use there car n was told she was all set for road test for November 30th even called to confirm with secretary and owner was told all set waited two n half hours when it was her turn she got in the car n rmv didn't have her on the list she could not take the test I was so upset went upstairs yelling at owner I'm a very sensitive person so when mad happ sad I cry he had the nerve to tell me to stop crying he said to call Monday in which I did he said I will try to get her on the next list as they were full to January I said no u will get her on the list in two weeks as this is your mess up he was rude I said I would contact a lawyer his response was owe we have lawyers to what's once less student however they did het my daughter on the list for Dec 14th today my daughter did everything right on road test except parallel parking she hit the curb but know why she hot the curb the side mirror was all ice n couldn't see out of it n that's how they were taught to look out that mirror thry should have made sure the car was completely clear for students then I go upstairs nobody helped me a put getting my daughter on the list again was told person was busy would call us well no call I wouldn't ever send your child there because while waiting for her to take road test found out this happened to another girl not once but three times I will say the only good person out of this experience was clement he was extremely nice and my daughter loved him

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! They are reasonably priced and so helpful. All of the staff was amazing

Negative experience: The instructor I was assigned named Michael did a great job. Other than that, the school is not good. The way that their management is run is not organized, they don't notify you about important details regarding your account. For example, if you call to cancel your driving class they don't give you a confirmation that you canceled on your account and they still charge you unless you follow up more than once despite it being an error on their end. When I paid for my road test, they did not have my payment registered and I had to show them a receipt of the payment from my end. The two receptionists, Monica, I found extremely helpful, but the other one does not know how to resolve matters.

Negative experience: I had an extremely horrible experience with them. They kept rescheduling lessons and drive tests and twice they didn’t put it down my daughter road test. They don’t call to confirm anything. Last drive test we show up there and the instructor didn’t even know that she was scheduled for a drive test and he got mad with me that I was upset. We payed for a lesson before the test and the instructor said she wouldn’t have time to do it so the money was lost. They are very unprofessional. Zero organization. If you don’t want to be anxious about the process you shouldn’t choose this school.
