Negative experience: If I could give negative I would. Don't waste your money on this school. Unprofessional, instructor was late, inflexible in method of payment (why do they require cash payment?), car broke down, etc. so many issues and problems

Negative experience: The school was recommended by someone we trust, and while it has great reviews on Google, there are some concerns raised in other reviews that we chose to overlook. This tendency to prioritize personal recommendations over potential red flags is something we see often, whether it’s in relationships or business. The school’s hours are typically packed, and they require us to call a day in advance to book classes. It took us several weeks to secure an appointment due to their limited availability. However, after finally getting a slot, we had to cancel because something urgent came up—this realization occurred just an hour after making the appointment. We promptly called to inform them that, due to an emergency, we wouldn’t be able to attend the class. What we heard in response was shocking: “Please reschedule with some other school.” We paused, trying to understand if there was a language barrier at play, but it was clear they meant what they said. Their statement that “we decide what’s an emergency” was both unprofessional and dismissive. It feels like you have to be part of an exclusive club to be treated respectfully as a customer. We were simply notifying them of our inability to attend so they could offer the slot to someone else. If they truly are the "Best Driving School," accommodating reschedules should not pose a challenge. Businesses making millions adjust appointments with ease; the unfriendly tone of the person we spoke to crossed the line into disrespect. In my experience with Boston businesses and entrepreneurs, I’ve learned that outstanding customer service is essential for survival and growth. This is only the second lengthy review I’ve written in a decade, the first being about a business that was equally rude and ultimately went under. I feel for the other stakeholders and employees who may be oblivious to this poor customer handling, as they likely wonder why the business is struggling. So, as the person on the phone suggested, we will be rescheduling with another driving school. It’s unfortunate to walk away feeling insulted, but we won’t tolerate such treatment.

Negative experience: Teachers may be nice, but the person who books the training changes the time randomly, then send you a message randomly that it changed at 10PM. No freedom to choose the time that the students are available. It could be cheaper than other places, but definitely not worth the service

Fantastic experience: It's the best driving school, i got my license today with the help of Jean(driving school teacher) he is such a loving and good teacher. Thanks once again best driving school

Fantastic experience: I gave my road test today and i just passed it on my first attempt without having any issues.James was my instructor and he taught me very well, which reflects positively on both him and the driving school. Good instructors make a significant difference in learning how to drive safely and confidently. Thank you so much james once again for all your valuable things.
