Fantastic experience: Verla is amazing she make driving super fun and not nerve racking at all. Also if you sign up for the online classes Clay is amazing he makes learning engaging and is super funny as well. This is the best driving school that I’ve done!!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a better driving school yet! Is all I can say . Verla was my and my husband's instructor. She is absolutely fantastic. She explains every aspect of driving with so much detail and is super friendly, warm and patient Her instructions and teaching are super clear, precise, informational . absolutely loved the experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience taking my knowledge and skills test here in DDS lynwood. The instructors were all kind, friendly, patient, l and fun to be with especially Charlene and Vera . Happy to say I pass here both knowledge and skills test. I recommend this school for those who wants to take driving lessons and do the tests both knowledge and skills. God bless to these great instructors ❤️

Fantastic experience: i’m almost done with the course and to be honest i’m alittle sad. my class was so fun and the teacher (jason!!!) was so silly and also just so honest and really good at explaining things. I did the course online and it was just so much fun talking to a bunch of different people from different parts of washington and also jason is the best teacher for defensive driving

Fantastic experience: From orientation to the final drive, we had an excellent experience with DDS in Lynnwood. All instructors were patient, clear, and informative. The website was easy to navigate and scheduling the drives was a breeze. Our oldest is now a confident, safe driver, and we will definitely be back to DDS with our next two children.

Хочу рекомендувати вам швидкий спосіб для отримання прав. вивчити теорію і здати тест на знання в цій школі (є зразки рус. мовою) наступний етап це тести приктичного водіння . не бійтеся того що ви погано розмовляєте чи розумієте Англійську .Хочу рекомендувати саме тому що чоловік який приймав в мене екзамен був дуже привітний і розуміючий в цьому питанні . після того як отримуєш права насправді розумієш що не все так страшно як здається на початку . всім удачі =)

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I had Jim Green and I was very nervous at first but he made me feel very comfortable which made me calm down!

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely scared taking my driving test. Thankfully I had the BEST instructor “Jim Green” who helped me feel more calmer and he was so incredibly nice and funny. He is an amazing instructor with a great personality. He really calmed my nerves. Super thankful.

Fantastic experience: Defensive Driving School has been super convenient and helpful in helping me complete the course. Everything is very well organized and everyone is very understanding. Email replies are very fast. The online course that is offered is especially convenient. My instructor, Papa D, has been helpful and his teaching style works well for me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: They taught me super well! Everyone was super nice and if you happen to get Jim Green for your test you’re in luck! He was really nice and he explained to me my mistakes so I know how to avoid them when driving!

Fantastic experience: My husband tool both knowledge and skill tests there. His skill test was conducted by Jim Green. He was very kind, passionate and respectful. My husband failed the first test for making couple of serious mistakes that could have caused an accident. Mr Green took the time to explain him what mistakes were made and how to practice to overcome these issues. We practiced driving for a week and my husband passed the second skill test. I can say enough about Mr Green. He is a very good teacher and kind person.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took the online classes and scheduled drives with the Lynnwood branch. She enjoyed the online classes, and the driving instructors Charlene and Verla were excellent! They were very encouraging and supportive of my daughter, who was quite anxious. We haven't taken the written or skill tests yet, but have done 4 out of 5 scheduled drives and all the online classes and so far it has been great.

Positive experience: Rate would have been higher but I paid for this course about 2 years ago for my girlfriend and she didn't have a permit and she got the 30-minute warm up and took her test no problem I just did the same exact thing and they said I couldn't take the 30 minutes warm up because I didn't have a permit but you can't get a permit unless you're 15 to 17 years old so I feel like I got overcharged

Negative experience: After you complete the course your calls go unanswered. The school does not submit the completion paperwork for the DOL so you cannot take the licensing exam. Two of our children have gone through this course and they both tell us that they don’t want their siblings to go here.

Fantastic experience: I took a class at this location. Doug was my instructor. He is very professional, straight forward, kind, understanding and very patient. He helps you build the courage you will need to learn how to drive. Overall for me Doug is the person to go in this location. I just passed my test a couple of days ago.

Fantastic experience: Learned how to drive here and got my license here about 4 years ago. Verla is a really awesome instructor. I also learned the backroads around the area which would help me avoid rush hour traffic. I would totally recommend this place for all people who want to drive. Thank you Verla!

Positive experience: It’s fine, not the greatest classes and it surely messes up your schedule. But there’s been fun moments and you learn some rules of the road. Drives can be a bit strict.

Positive experience: I’m halfway through the defensive driving course at the 196th Lynwood location and so far it is going great! The drives are a little tough for total beginners but the course work is good!

Fantastic experience: I waited until I was 20 to learn how to drive, and only then because I absolutely had to. Astrid helped me overcome the fear of driving from Day 1. She's very personable and instills confidence in her students no matter what background they come from. If you're trying to learn on your own with little to no success, consider lessons here. It was worth the investment for me.

I love her❤️❤️. and for Charlene, she is good too, taught me how to parallel between 2 cars :-) . I recommended :-) :-)

Fantastic experience: Very good. A little boring. But it is fun and the instructors are very fun and nice. During car rides they are very helpful. Please make sure to be a little more strict with the students so they will be less of a distraction. I learn a lot in class and genuinely understand of it.

Fantastic experience: Great place to learn to drive. They hand out a book with a lot of information. The class is a lot better than other schools, like 911, that just watch videos. The instructors are really nice, my favorite is Verla. #letsmakeithome
