Negative experience: I pay the money and make appointment to have road test on November 5th. When I arrive in there, nobody here , I called many many times and wait for 1 hour!!! After few days, they reply me that they will come back December 1st. But I need to have test soon, then I changed to other driving school. And I want to get back my test money, but nobody deal with it. I called them many times and leave messages to their website. Nobody answered me. I just lost my money. I just want to get back my 55. It's too difficult to defend rights.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this driving school. They moved my appointment back an hour on incredibly short notice (My appointment was at 12:00 and I received an email that it was now at 11:00 at 8:00 AM) only to make me wait a full 35 minutes in their lobby while they drove with another student who had my same appointment time. I had difficulty finding their office because it is behind badge lock and they had to drop a key card from the second floor to let me up after hunting down their office for several minutes because they wouldn't meet me on the first floor. When we finally got to the driving test I was dinged on many mistakes I did not make and they told me that you are not allowed to make U-turns on a flashing yellow light which a quick google search will tell you is just patently false. Their rule board says that you can go 5 over the speed limit but if you do so during the test you will be dinged. They will find reasons to fail you if they don't like the look of you to get another testing fee. Do not come here. Edit: Indeed, honesty does go a long way. Remember this the next time you try to explain to me that I shouldn't have made a U-turn at flashing yellow (yield to oncoming traffic) intersection NOT RED. When you said this to me, you lost all credibility in my eyes and I just wanted to get back home so I could warn everyone else about this 'service' that you're offering. Had I been someone from another country I am sure you would have been far more lenient. You'll have to live with that on your conscience. Enjoy your $55.

Negative experience: This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s hard to imagine encountering such awful instructors in the United States. This driving school is completely scamming you. They promise a 2-hour lesson, but the instructor almost never gives you the full time. If you are late, they will cancel your appointment and won’t allow you to reschedule unless you pay another $120. This is outright extortion. During training, they also threaten to stop the lesson if you make another mistake. I've never met anyone so mean-spirited. They’re just here to swindle you, and what they teach is often incorrect, I was told to drive much slower than the speed limit(25), in resident area, but the driver examiner won't buy it, and he doesn't told me how to do U-turn correctly, like what the detail of the head check, but he is an arrogant man that never admit his fault, and He will talk about how great his teaching has been but will never admit his mistakes or apologize for them. If you don’t want to waste your money, don’t come to this terrible place

Negative experience: Considering my experience, I never recommend people to go there for driving school. The worst driving school I have ever seen in my life, only compelled immigrants are gone there who are introduced by the CCS agency, I don't know why CCS is sent to them immigrants for driving school?, the driving teacher is very clever, try to make excuses to cancel your appointment and give it to other students, I don't know why he do this!

Negative experience: Terrible attitude and the school environment is terrible, there’s only one man in the school. When I scheduled a drive training, I asked if there’s anything I should bring, and he said nothing. And when I go there, he said I didn’t bring something and cancelled my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I took a drivers test and I failed the first time and he reallh helped and encourage me to fix my driving mistakes and tried again next day and i passed He is a very good teacher and helps you to calm down trying to talk during the test and he is very kind and funny.

Thank you so much for his time, I went for the test on Sunday at 7.30am and the flexible time he gave for the test facilitated me to the maximum and I passed the test. By the way, he has a bunch of lively children.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t get a date at the Fairpark DLD till January and decided to go private. I was nervous and really scared to sit for the skill test but the instructor’s professionalism eased my anxiety. He eased my fear by encouraging me, explaining what was expected, and took the time to answer my questions before the driving skill test started.

Fantastic experience: The wife booked her driving skill test with Daud and I must confess, I was a bit unsure whether or not it was a good idea. However, it turned out to be an amazing decision. Daud is straight up the nicest and friendliest test examiner I have ever come across. He took his time to explain to the wife the expectations of the skill test and allowed her ask questions, as well as voice her concerns. He was unbelievably accommodating, extremely professional and an incredible motivator. I'd recommend him a million times over!

Fantastic experience: I signed my son up to take the driving skills test. He was nervous but the instructor put him at ease and told him upfront which maneuvers would be tested. The calm demeanor of the instructor put my son at ease and he was able to successfully pass the test. I would highly recommend this school for your testing needs, plus you can schedule the test right away compared to other schools who are 2 weeks out or the DLD who are 2 months out. Negative experience: I Arrive 30 minutes to the appointment. The day before, I called him to see ir could be possible for me to take the course at 1 pm. The man told me yes! I explained him I have to work . . I Arrive at the appointment 30 minutes early. After 1 pm, I waited more than an hour, and this guy was super aggressive, and he did not take my test. I had to leave and they won't give me my money back! They are scammers. The Place is disgusting, everything dirty. The man is aggressive! I do not recommend it! Give me my money back!!!

Fantastic experience: Our experience was very positive and we appreciated that fact that he was very dedicated in making sure our kiddo was a very safe and responsible driver before passing them off. Even though they ended up needing to retest, he was very flexible in working with us on how soon they could come back in to retest. Also being open on the weekend made it a quick and easy experience rather than waiting the 2 months for the DLD to have open appointments. Definitely recommending to others!

Fantastic experience: Im 31 and have put off driving due to fear. I had been in enough accidents as a passenger that I was afraid to be behind the wheel at all. I was contnet paying for uber and such to get me to my destinations. But due to work I could no longer deny the need for a vehicle. When carefully selecting a school, this one stood out to me. I was glad to have made this choice. I could not have asked for better guidence and instruction anywhere else I feel. I came with a lot of questions and concerns, with preexisting trauma. But all that was put at ease due to the calm and clear tutelage of my instructor. I learned a lot, more so on the proper methods and rules of driving than I would have waiting the 90 days, asking my friends to teach me. I was nervous at first, especially about freeway driving. But I left drivers ed a lot more confident and excited to finally take this step forward in my life. I will always recommend this school for drivers ed.

Fantastic experience: If I come to this school since I got my permit I would probably get my license earlier. Really recommend this school for who’s work on weekdays and don’t really have much time to practice he has a schedule on weekends for you! Positive experience: I took my driving lessons here, and I had a great experience the majority of the time. The instructor made sure I got comfortable behind the weel and took the time to explain the things I needed to improve. We had debrief at the beginning and the end of each session and asked me to do a self-assessment. He then made sure we practiced the areas i wasn't comfortable with and the things I needed to improve. I learned everything that I needed to know, but I didn't take the road test yet after my lessons because I needed to practice more. Now let me address some of the comments that say he is rude, unprofessional, and all of that. I believe this instructor will be professional and nice to you if you do the same. If you make any negative comments about his business, he is not going to like it, and he will give you the same attitude.

Fantastic experience: I took a 2-hour session with Daud, and I highly recommend this school. I could overcome my fear of high speed over 25 Mph and his parallel parking method was terrific to remember, and easy to book an appointment and pay via the website. And then, when I took my son for his driving test (at Drive Right where all they do are driving tests), the man administering the test said 98% of the Salt Lake International Driving School students pass on their first try because the instruction level is so high here. Fantastic experience: I had my 6 driving sessions for couple hours each with Daud, the driving instructor. On the day of my last session, I took the driving test and passed it. I am a 100% beginner and never drove before so to have a confident driving and passing the driving test in first attempt is definitely a win. I recommend this driving school.

Daud is a great professional, with a lot of experience but at the same time very kind and patient. He explained all the road test procedures and answered all my doubts before the test, and helped me to feel calmer during the test. I learned about the importance of always checking blind spots while driving, and the helpfulness of defensive driving. Overall an excelent experience! I really recommend this driving school to all! Negative experience: Very poor customer service coming from the owner himself. I would not recommend or support this kind of treatment to anyone. It is sad, because I had high expectations due to the great reviews on Google. I guess the place is going downhill.

Negative experience: Because this place such good reviews, my wife called in to ask if there was someone that spoke Spanish because she is more comfortable with that. The person that she spoke with told her to stop calling and wasting her time. I am a military veteran and speak English fluently. I asked the representative why he was so rude if he has a job that relates to customer services. He then told me that my wife has been calling every day for the past three weeks and that she is wasting his time and to delete his number, he said that he did not care about the customer service and that she was an inconvenience. I told him that she just passed her writing test, and this was the first time that she was calling. He then told me to stop and that if I wanted, I could go to his place, and he could show me the call log on his phone. I asked for a supervisor, and he told me. "I own the place bro, I don't care", he then hung up the call. I definitely would not recommend or support this kind of attitude from an owner or this kind of practices to run a business. **Lengthy call was you telling me how much of an inconvenience was my wife. As per the evidence, you sent a copy of a call that was done well over a month ago. You also got upset and started texting in all capital messages. If you dont want me to answer anymore messages, then please stop texting.
