I was concerned when I saw your post, that is why I called and e-mailed, but never got a response back. You mentioned that when we briefly talked, that you would get back with me, but I haven’t gotten that call back. I was wanting to find out more information as you mentioned that the staff was unprofessional, childish, and degrading. I want to know more about who and what instances you can review with me. Also, I was not sure about your comment about not retaining info? We have close to a 90% first time pass rate and I did see that you are in that number as you graduated on your first attempt. Was really wondering about the 28% interest rate as the rate on our in-house loans is nowhere close to that. I saw in our records that there were no issues while you were attending SWTDT, either from you or any of your Instructors, it would appear that your time with us was very beneficial for you.
