Fantastic experience: Course was a good use of my time. Information given in bite-size amounts (3 to 10 minutes) followed by a 5 question quiz. 99% of the 4 hour course was audio (learning by listening). Could use the addition of displaying more written material and charts for the benefit of us visual learners, such as more to display the summaries of different fines, suspensions, misdemeanors, and felonies. Because of the lack of written/visual aids for the presentation of that material, answering questions about that type of material gave me the greatest amount of difficulty.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Nicka, original assisted me with my login in issue and performed a work around to received my paperwork from the courts. What a can do attitude!
