Fantastic experience: I had Chuck as my instructor on the online course, and he did a great job of teaching the course material as well as keeping me engaged with the topic. The kahoots we sometimes did were especially helpful for me to memorize a lot of the specific numbers in certain laws.

Shoutout to Julian and Dustin for being excellent teachers. They’re calm and supportive and were very patient with me as I was doing the road lessons and test. Also shoutout to Hayley and Jason, great communication and never had troubles reaching them for scheduling and other administrative questions.

The personal attention and kindness were out of this world...not the type of customer/client service seen in most businesses in the US today. I will readily admit that my young driver probably made it easy by coming prepared (with ID, always early, and having practiced), but I feel very confident in her driving abilities. I chose 911 because I'm retired from 32+ years in law enforcement and liked that the rigors of LE/EMT/Fire perspective were offered by the 911 team.

Negative experience: I would give zero starts if I could. It's been months and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone, they don’t reply to emails or call back. I understood a lot of business are short staff but if you can’t handle it then pause your business until you get all the staff needed. So please, if you are the owner/manager anyone that works for this location reach out to me because I have very important thing to talk about as soon as possible. Stop playing with my time and money.

You can’t help but find a favorite, and for us, it was Alex!! He doesn’t waste time, and is concise and to the point! We had many a chuckle. We were also fortunate enough to have Alex for the behind the wheel portion. You would never trust your 16 year old to just anyone. Rest assured that the important things will be covered in a respectful and professional way with positivity. Alex holds himself to a higher standard and that suits me just fine. He had my whole world in that car with him.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has SUCH a great experience here. The classes were conveniently online and offered on the weekend so she could attend with a busy dance schedule. She loved her drives with Aleks and feels super confident after his instruction. I will definitely be back and will bring my younger son when he's old enough. Can't say enough good things!

Fantastic experience: I had a very smooth time at the 911 driving school of Issaquah and the instructors and staff were very accommodating both during the classroom lessons and on-road drive lessons. I had a last minute emergency that made it so I couldn’t make it to a drive but the school quickly rescheduled to a date that worked well for me. The instructors are fun, inviting, and really helpful. I spent a long time practicing and the instructors definitely noticed that and were able to give me specific feedback. If you put in the effort, practice, come to your drives early, and make sure you remember what you learn in the classroom during your on road drives, you will have an amazing time at the school and get your license really quickly! Definitely recommend as one of the more affordable and quicker options.

Negative experience: Despite claiming you can use your own vehicle on the website, refused to let you use your vehicle for the practical exam. Maybe a driving school run by ex-lawenforcement should do a better job enforcing their own rules; or on second thought maybe I should have realized ex-lawenforcement may be ex-lawenforcement precisely because they can't follow the rules

Fantastic experience: Both of my boys have LOVED this driving school and have learned a lot! The instructors are great both in the classes and driving around in the cars. The office staff nearly always answers the phone and is available to adjust the schedule whenever we need to. I have very much appreciated working with 911 driving school to teach my boys to drive!

Scheduling classes was super easy with kelly the office staff, driving classes with CHUCK , Alex and Jason were smooth. These guys are super patient in teaching , making us feel comfortable. Staff was very friendly as well, and provided clear information on every step of the process. The driving/skills exam was also great, the instructor (Chuck) was very clear on the whole process and provided clear instructions prior to the exam itself. I really recommend this place.

From taking the classes online due to covid, scheduling drives, and taking the tests everything went smoothly and all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. I took my road test yesterday and Chuck was a great examiner and gave me tips on driving at the end of the exam. Just an overall great process and I highly recommend learning through 911 :)

Fantastic experience: My super anxious 16 year old felt terrified of driving but was 90% more confident after just the first drive with the instructor. The cost was actually less than the other local competitor the quality of training is outstanding. Just few weeks ago someone cut into her lane suddenly and she was able to use defensive skills to avoid an accident with 0 panic. I was impressed and as parent was double thankful for the training she got here to be able to handle that potential accident with such ease! Only suggestion I would add is to prep the students how confusing the written test could be (that's not from the school, it's a state test but the questions were worded so oddly that even for me it was hard to figure out the answers) My daughter was able to pass the driving test with flying colors and learned skills beyond what just on the test. Highly recommend. The staff seems to just be genuinely nice as well and the owner is extremely responsive and takes pride in outstanding service which is rare these days and very nice to experience.

But can anyone let me know what the processor after pass road test I took appointment in DOL office but I have to collecting any prof of pass road test and submit to DOL office ? Overall satisfied

Negative experience: First of all my review is not against the professionalism of the school itself, I recognize the accreditation of it and it’s instructors. Most instructors are polite and respectful as it should be. My review is also NOT based on the fact that my daughter failed her driving test as an automatic fail because she did not wait 2 to 3 seconds after coming to a complete stop. I 100% accept the outcome of her failing the test and have no problem with her redoing it to pass the test as it has to be by DOL laws. My problem was how my daughter was treated after her test, she was put under negative comments and was being put down by the instructor in a way it should not happen. My daughter did her driving test right after a extra practice drive that I paid for her and did good. Instead of stopping the test he continued to attack her driving skills putting her under distress and making her even more nervous. Questioning her to why she did not have more hours behind the wheel not even knowing how we are able to fit that in our schedule. As we know instructors are not allowed to give tips or instructions after a failed test but he had no problem putting my daughter down. As a result she broke down in tears and started questioning her ability to drive. She should have not be put under such a huge criticism, she was not there for that matter. Not even with DOL personnel this happens. We will no longer be doing her driving test at this location, I am happy to pay as many times as she needs to do her test at a place she can be respected no matter if she passes or fails. I came here because I had a great experience at a different location with another child, just to find out here is the opposite.

Jason Allemand, the owner, has been great to deal with also. Working through all of the covid-19 restrictions has been difficult but they are working hard to be fair to all of the students.
