Fantastic experience: i had an amazing time w/ my class, it was so engaging and ms.katrina was so knowledgeable and answered every question i had. i recommend doing this driving school! they actually want u to succeed and get ur license !

Negative experience: Horrible and unprofessional! My brother had a 2 pm driving test today at MVA that he rented the car for and no one showed up!! We have called and called no answer! They weren’t on time they just never showed! I will never recommend this business for anyone! Don’t do business with this school very unprofessional!

Negative experience: My daughter completed the 30 hour instructional time here, and the certificate of completion that was posted on the portal was not filled out correctly and can't be used. It is missing several important fields. Other driving schools will not accept the certificate due to information missing so I am unable to complete the 6 hrs portion for the driving lessons. I had purchase the package that included both the instructional and 6 hrs of drive time. I found out after, monies were paid in full, the school was already booked up two months in advance for lessons which was not disclosed up front. On average per week (looking at the online scheduling portal) drive time is only offered 1 or 3 sessions per week the most, so there is already a lengthy backlog of students trying to get on the schedule. Also, the school does not return calls, emails and the mailbox is always full to leave messages. I even went in person to the location and no one is there at the office to address your concerns. Please take your business elsewhere. This place is very unprofessional and cares less about students....

Fantastic experience: EDIT: They eventually got back to me! It may have taken a while but I appreciate it regardless: things happen in life. Leaving the old review below for transparency The actual drivers-ed class was good, but this business is quite literally impossible to get a hold of for the part that matters: the 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. Don't use this school!!! if you dial their number (you can try it out if you don't believe me) it will tell you to email them, use the pre-bought template drivers ed website that gives you no method of contacting them, or leave a message that they will never get back to. If you email them, you will never get a reply. The only time you are able to get a hold of them is in the 14 days of class you have, when everyone is just unaware of just how terrible the scheduling works in this class. Around 2 weeks ago, in June, I emailed the school asking about how I have checked daily (I still have been checking daily now, by the way, and no luck) for slots quite literally as far out as the site allows, with no luck. I stated in that email that I would be perfectly okay with switching schools if the schedule wouldn't allow it. In their one and only communication to me, despite the 4 follow-ups I have sent trying to hear back from them again, (on weekdays, non-holidays exclusively, by the way), they reassured me that it would be possible and told me to email the dates I wanted to them. After I replied promptly, they never once replied to me again. I now must get my license much later than I would have liked, and was unable to book at a competing school because they legitimately just lied to me to prevent me from switching... The good reviews are true, Ms Katrina is a great instructor, but it doesn't matter how good an instructor is if you literally cant meet with them. If you like gambling on your child being able to drive then I guess this place is for you because no matter how open your schedule is good luck...

Negative experience: As a parent, I like the process of driver education; however, I have not had a call/text/email from the instructor about scheduling driving hours or a make up class for my kiddo, and it's not like the instructor to do that, but it's been months. Is anyone having an issue? Is the instructor ok?! Can I get a refund if the instructor cannot continue to complete the course? This is crazy.
