Fantastic experience: i had an amazing time w/ my class, it was so engaging and ms.katrina was so knowledgeable and answered every question i had. i recommend doing this driving school! they actually want u to succeed and get ur license !

Negative experience: Horrible and unprofessional! My brother had a 2 pm driving test today at MVA that he rented the car for and no one showed up!! We have called and called no answer! They weren’t on time they just never showed! I will never recommend this business for anyone! Don’t do business with this school very unprofessional!

Negative experience: My daughter completed the 30 hour instructional time here, and the certificate of completion that was posted on the portal was not filled out correctly and can't be used. It is missing several important fields. Other driving schools will not accept the certificate due to information missing so I am unable to complete the 6 hrs portion for the driving lessons. I had purchase the package that included both the instructional and 6 hrs of drive time. I found out after, monies were paid in full, the school was already booked up two months in advance for lessons which was not disclosed up front. On average per week (looking at the online scheduling portal) drive time is only offered 1 or 3 sessions per week the most, so there is already a lengthy backlog of students trying to get on the schedule. Also, the school does not return calls, emails and the mailbox is always full to leave messages. I even went in person to the location and no one is there at the office to address your concerns. Please take your business elsewhere. This place is very unprofessional and cares less about students....

Fantastic experience: EDIT: They eventually got back to me! It may have taken a while but I appreciate it regardless: things happen in life. Leaving the old review below for transparency The actual drivers-ed class was good, but this business is quite literally impossible to get a hold of for the part that matters: the 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. Don't use this school!!! if you dial their number (you can try it out if you don't believe me) it will tell you to email them, use the pre-bought template drivers ed website that gives you no method of contacting them, or leave a message that they will never get back to. If you email them, you will never get a reply. The only time you are able to get a hold of them is in the 14 days of class you have, when everyone is just unaware of just how terrible the scheduling works in this class. Around 2 weeks ago, in June, I emailed the school asking about how I have checked daily (I still have been checking daily now, by the way, and no luck) for slots quite literally as far out as the site allows, with no luck. I stated in that email that I would be perfectly okay with switching schools if the schedule wouldn't allow it. In their one and only communication to me, despite the 4 follow-ups I have sent trying to hear back from them again, (on weekdays, non-holidays exclusively, by the way), they reassured me that it would be possible and told me to email the dates I wanted to them. After I replied promptly, they never once replied to me again. I now must get my license much later than I would have liked, and was unable to book at a competing school because they legitimately just lied to me to prevent me from switching... The good reviews are true, Ms Katrina is a great instructor, but it doesn't matter how good an instructor is if you literally cant meet with them. If you like gambling on your child being able to drive then I guess this place is for you because no matter how open your schedule is good luck...

Negative experience: As a parent, I like the process of driver education; however, I have not had a call/text/email from the instructor about scheduling driving hours or a make up class for my kiddo, and it's not like the instructor to do that, but it's been months. Is anyone having an issue? Is the instructor ok?! Can I get a refund if the instructor cannot continue to complete the course? This is crazy.

Negative experience: The reviews are true the classroom educational experience was good. If you don’t schedule your drive time during your sessions with the instructor , you will be out of luck. I have been unable to reach the instructor through the email or phone . Now I am going to a different school for drive time, National Driving School, they actually respond to you.

Fantastic experience: Katrina is an excellent thorough, patient, kind instructor. My son benefitted tremendously from the classroom instruction and especially behind the wheels lessons. There were some issues contacting the school a few months back. Since then, it's been rectified. Do schedule behind the wheels lessons far ahead.

Negative experience: I called around many places and I thought this place was cheap $250 But that’s not true the $250 is only for classroom part and u have to pay additional money for 6 hours behind the wheel required by law So your total comes upto $475 which is too much compare to the others who are charging you $300-350 for the entire course. The communication is too poor no one answers the calls and also Katrina told my daughters class to give them 5 star rating on google. No wonder why they have 4.7 star because she makes the students do it. I took my daughters paperwork and tried to register her at different school Don’t get into this SCAM coz $250 doesn’t give you everything you need in order to get your license Call other schools around and save your money.

Positive experience: My daughter attended their 2 week class after she received her learners permit. She felt most of week 1's information was repetitive and she did not need it. She felt week 2 was more beneficial to her (specifically the last 3 days). She thought the instructor Katrina was cool and patient with the students. On the occasions I did sit in Katrina ran the class like a well oiled machine. The only reason I went with Advance Now was because their competitor Friendly Driving School had an extremely rude woman who always answered the phone the few times I did call. Now as for [my] personal opinion: If you prefer to speak with someone at Advance prior to dropping hundreds of dollars on a course; or if you are expecting to be able to speak with someone, ask questions or have your calls and emails returned prior to or after signing up for a class, chile, DO NOT hold your breath. Matter of fact, seek an oxygen mask now, because... Advance Drive Now DOES NOT answer phones or respond to emails. As a business, I find their intentional method of not interacting with the public unprofessional. I get that sometimes staff shortages hinder the ability to fully respond to everyone. However, there are far too many auto attendent phone systems out here for this to be happening. Their lack of a CRM system is a significant problem. The only way you will communicate with them is when you or your child starts their classes. After your classes, you have to reach them through their portal. We have not tried that yet, but we shall see...

Fantastic experience: I needed a rental car for a drivers test and it was very easy to set up an appointment with Advance Drive Now. We chose a date that the car was available and that also had free times at various MVA locations. Ms. Katrina was very helpful and patient in setting up the appointment, and on the day of the drivers test, she gave good advice and I passed. Thank you!

Negative experience: For starters, I would NEVER recommend this driving school to anyone. The communication is poor. The instructors are beyond unprofessional. They don't show up for drive appointments and want to charge you $50 (cash only) for something that isn't listed anywhere in your contract. The woman actually said that it was cash only and that if I didn't have cash, we could drive to my bank instead... Pretty Sketchy right? They can barely pay their rent in the building and can never get anything right with students and what they paid for. Save yourself, don't go here .. even if it's convenient. Don't do it.

Negative experience: They don’t answer the phone..like at all. I’ve called within business hours multiple times at different times and yet never have gotten an answer.

Fantastic experience: Fee is little bit lower side if you compare with other driving schools. Lessons are good. I got my license with them. Communication is little bit poor from their end but they will act exactly on time. My overall experience is good with this school.
