Negative experience: Communication is absolutely terrible and has delayed us MONTHS!! I don't think I've ever left a bad review, but I'm so disappointed with our experience here. We were recommended this driving school and my son attended the in-class portion of the driver's education right after he got his permit. We were told to get all of the required driving hours done before scheduling our instructor-led driving hours. We finished them and have had the worst time trying to get a hold of anyone. Over the last 2 months, I have left probably 5 voicemails and 8 or so texts to try and get something scheduled. The one time someone answered the phone, last week, I was told that the instructor I originally was assigned to was in the hospital and that we were going to be reassigned to another driver. I totally understood. It's been over a week and I have heard nothing from anyone. I called again, nobody answered, so I left another voicemail. My schedule is about to change and we need to get my son's license as soon as possible. I called another driver's education, one a friend had recently used and loved, but they won't take us unless we do the in class instruction through them. I can't tell you how frustrating it is that it's so hard, but required, to get these classes out of the way! I feel like I'm going to have to pay again for in class at another driving school, when all I want is to pay these guys to finish what we've started with them!

Fantastic experience: Lesson 2 Mr.Bob was very helpful and even more informational on driving as well as the road test. Mr.Bob prepared me very well and made sure that I was prepared to do my road test.
