Negative experience: Totally disgusting, with years of driving experience, I am a Hispanic person and I am aware that it is an agency where they speak English, but the instructor did not have enough arguments to tell me why I failed the road test. He simply tells me that I failed the test because I did not put up a parking sign and that the other points do not matter, simply that I lost it and I had to pay again. He didn't give me any paper to apply anything or to show me the points that were wrong. He simply got out of the car and told me that if I wanted to reschedule, I should go to the office and pay.

Daniell, thank you for your review. I am sorry you were unhappy with our service for the road test. I did speak to your instructor and was in the room when he was discussing it with you. First of all, you signed a contract that says a pass or fail on this test is based on SCDMV regulations. We are a third party tester and are certified by the DMV and have to follow their rules. One rule is that we are not allowed to give the test in Spanish even if we spoke it. Second, there was an automatic failure on this test in two different ways. One was from the driver going off the road and second not following the instructions of the tester. These are called "Non-Cooperation" and "Dangerous Action." These are both things we are required to fail for according to the DMV. I am sorry you did not feel Dan explained this well to you. He did try to for 15-20 minutes. The points really did not have anything to do with the final result because of the automatic failures. He did though try to encourage you that you did not do badly on points and if you had some training wherever you decide to do the next time it would help your chances of passing.

Fantastic experience: Updated for my last review I walked in to driving school and talked directly about my concerning as international student to Magie and Barbara. They are so nice and i was assured. I would recommend Tracy instructor. He is very decent, patient, calm, experience. His cueing is clear and simple to get. I got my driver license ! Less professional customers service. I texted for asking about behind the wheel lessons for international client, but they only seen and didn’t reply. Even i sent messages two times.

Fantastic experience: The BEST and AFFORDABLE company of all time for driving. Including with the best instructor who is Tracy. Tracy is phenomenal !! He makes you be comfortable while driving and speak to you calm, cool, and collective. I had to brush up on a few skills and did magnificent with the help of Tracy. Thank you Auto Safe for it ALL

Fantastic experience: I had really good experince with Auto Safe Driving School from starting till end. Barbara was so helpful and she set up a lesson for me in a really short time. Instructor Patrick Goshorn was amazing with teaching me so fast and make me feel confident. I had suspects about failing but I passed the test in one with his instructions and he was so kind always. I strongly recommend Auto Safe Driving School with their office workers and instructors.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. I recommend Joshua, he's very professional and will teach you everything from A-Z. Highly recommend them Best in town !!
