Fantastic experience: I moved to the US from India in 2021 and was initially terrified of the fast cars and freeways. After deciding to learn how to drive, the first person I contacted was Jeet, as I had heard so much about her. We began driving lessons on December 28, 2024, and from the moment she arrived at my doorstep, she had me get into the driver’s seat. Her positive attitude, constant encouragement, and tough love quickly built my confidence. By the third class, I was already confident enough to drive and make U-turns on Bluemound. Jeet is an exceptional teacher with immense patience, and the best part of her teaching style is how she offers practical tricks and tips to simplify complex maneuvers. She is professional, results-driven, and truly passionate about teaching. What's remarkable is her energy, knowledge, and humility—she’s the most dedicated instructor I’ve met, without an ounce of arrogance. Her genuine commitment to your success keeps you motivated every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn driving or prepare for a road test. By the 3rd class, you’ll probably want to keep her in your life as a friend forever! I successfully passed my road test on my first attempt today, January 9th, 2025! Fantastic experience: United Driving School was the solution we were looking for. Our 24 year old daughter never had the time to learn to drive. After graduating from college, it was the last piece she needed to be an independent adult. However, the feeling that the right time to become a licensed driver had passed and she was having so much anxiety about doing it at this time in her life. She had essentially resolved herself to planning to never drive. We, her parents, tried working with her for 2 1/2 years, and we could not make the progress she needed to be successful. We suggested working one-on-one with Jeet, and our daughter just was not interested. We coaxed her into one lesson with Jeet on a Sunday. After the first lesson, our daughter was willing to continue working with Jeet. Jeet worked with her 2 to 3 hours a day for 3 additional days, and her confidence soared. By Friday of the same week, she passed her behind the wheel test. We now have another licensed driver in the house. We are beyond grateful to Jeet for her patience, persistence, and how she was able to instill confidence in our daughter. Jeet was as vested in our daughter's success as we were. I highly recommend United Driving School.

Positive experience: The driving lessons were fine. The lack of clear communication was frustrating. At the end they never sent the completion to the DMV, but they say it's done automatically. Well I sat at the DMV for an extra half hour after the road test because I had to call them to get it sent. Good thing they answered the phone that time. They should at least say to expect a confirmation email that the completion is sent, then I would have known it was missing. EDIT: upgraded my rating after speaking with the owner who was very apologetic and promised to make changes so everyone knows to expect a confirmation email before going to the DMV.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience awesome school and teachers very friendly staff. I got really good feedback from my son every time he came back . He always said he learned lot. He passed his test at his first attempt thanks to all United driving teachers and staff who helped him achieve his goal and made his better driver. We live in Milwaukee 30 minutes away we only chose United because we heard lot about them from friends and family we are glad we chose United we made a good decision.

Negative experience: The so-called "United Driving School" is an absolute joke. I wasted $490 on their online course Behind the Wheel and Observation, which was a complete disaster. The online course took forever to load, and it kept making me start the 1-hour lessons over again. When I had to urgently move to another state due to a family emergency, they refused to refund me for the behind-the-wheel Observation, even though they never provided the service. Their refusal is absolutely ridiculous, and it's clear that they're just after people's money. On top of that, their communication is horrendous. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of someone, and when I did, it was like talking to a vegetable from outer space. In the end, I was left with $490 less in my pocket and no permit to show for it. Utterly dissatisfied with United Driving School. replied saying I am venting my frustration my parent was battling through addictions during the time that's why I moved I understand we signed a no-refund contract that's not what I am upset about honestly it was the service and having to call many times before reaching someone trying to get the permit in co was a whole other problem that had nothing to do with them but I needed there help to get the form I don't think it was an academic issues lol

Fantastic experience: Ma'am, you gave me such good training, today I cleared my road test due to your training. I would also like to say to everyone that if you also want to clear your road driving test in your first term, then you must do United Driving once. Visit the school, take training from them, you will also clear the rest in the first time, thank you very much

I am a 29 year old lady who hasn't driven for many years. I didn’t have much confidence in myself and had to learn all the US regulations to drive safely here. Jeet not only taught me how to drive, but also helped to boost my self-confidence and to schedule my test. It’s really easy to schedule classes with her. She always picked me up at my house on time and made the classes fun. I heard that it is hard to pass your first test and to get a good score. Well, I’ve just passed with a 100% score on my first test. So, with the right training and instructor anyone can do it also. Thank you so much Jeet!

Fantastic experience: United driving school is amazing! I went in and had basically no knowledge of driving at 19 but after a few lessons with Jeet it got a lot easier. And thanks to Jeet I passed but only lost 5 points because I didn’t check my blind spots, otherwise I would’ve had 100. For the people going into your driving test, try and be as calm as possible.

Jeet taught her so many helpful hints and tricks and also helped boost her confidence. After my sister passed her road test, she said it’s only because of Jeet.

She is very did a great job at explaining things and reminding me of simple yet important things like (signal, rear view mirror, blind spot) she repeats the instructions until you just do it out of habit in your first lesson. Fantastic experience: If you are in need of one-on-one driving lessons, I cannot recommend this place highly enough, specifically the instructor, Jeet. She is an amazing teacher and is so patient, informative, communicative, and friendly. I understand a stress with learning to drive is your instructor getting mad at you or being in any way unkind, but I promise you that Jeet is the utter opposite of all of those negative assumptions. You can tell her main goal is to educate and support her students, letting them know when they are doing well while still commenting and making points on where a student may need improvement. All around, her lessons are constructive and pleasant, and she really wants to work with each individual student based on their needs. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars, I’m so very grateful for Jeet’s instruction.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend them. They handled everything we needed, Even when my son signed up late for over the road, they helped us get appointments that allowed him to finish on his birthday. They answered all of our questions without making it sound like our questions were silly.

I love the option to do the classroom portion online. The course is informative, well-organized, and kept my daughter's attention. It prepared my daughter for her permit test. The driving instructors are knowlegable, and the office staff is very responsive to calls and emails.

Fantastic experience: I'm an adult learning to drive in my late 20s. I had spent maybe 7-8 hours behind the wheels with friends teaching me before I signed up for lessons with this school. My instructor, Jeet, was incredibly accommodating and very knowledgeable. Jeet even came out to pick me up for lessons when I couldn't find a ride! Jeet had me driving on the street right away, which was scary at first, but after about an hour, I felt a lot more confident and more in control of the car. She really believed in me, even when I didn't believe in myself. Jeet was also amazing at explaining road rules that didn't make sense to me at first. I passed my test on the first try. I would highly recommend Jeet as your teacher, especially if you're very nervous about driving and need an understanding and patient instructor.

Fantastic experience: I needed assistance teaching my oldest adult son to drive. Jeet was just the right instructor for my son. After a few driving sessions with Jeet, he went on to pass his driver's test the first time. YAY!!! I will be keeping this company and Jeet's number for future use with my remaining two children.
