Easy Method Driving School has been providing teen and adult driver education in Wisconsin for over 50 years, which includes the full 30-hour state requirement for classroom training that can be substituted with our hybrid course of 10 hours of online classroom training and 20 hours of traditional services. We also offer permit study and private lessons for adults as well as both male and female driving instructors. Take as many lessons as you like with no contracts to sign.

Negative experience: didn’t even call to tell us the driver resigned so we waited and had to call to be told the driver resigned. woman who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. it’s courtesy to call a customer and let a customer know the appointment isn’t happening. The woman was EXTREMELY rude on the phone! will NOT be coming here. terrible customer service. Oh and also when they reply to reviews they try and minimize ur complaints instead of apologizing. as you can see if you click they try to blame you. so when i see a reply trying to make it seem like i was an issue when me and my mother were respectful on the phone and confused and frustrated, i know they do this to everyone who leaves a bad review. TERRIBLE PLACE!! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!

Hello - Thank you for your feedback. We are having difficulty trying to determine who you spoke to. Could you please contact our office directly at 414-447-0202, and ask for to speak with the office manager. We'd like more information so we can determine who you spoke with so that we are able to provide the necessary continued training to this employee. We sincerely apologize if you were spoken to in a rude or disrespectful manner. That is never acceptable, however, without more information we are not able to remedy the situation.

Negative experience: They gave us paperwork to say that the class was completed. After passing the road test then Easy Method says oh our mistake you didn’t complete the course. You still need 1 hour. Easy Method never contacted us about not completing. Easy Method on Center St is a joke and very unprofessional.

Hello Beverly- That is actually not accurate. You were never provided any documentation that your child was completed because he wasn't. If he had completed you would have been emailed a copy of the course completion certificate. Your child only completed 5 of the 6 required hours. We apologized that you thought he was completed and squeezed him to complete this weekend. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding but we did not ever provide any documentation that he was completed.

Negative experience: Worst driving program ever I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Mr. Davis is a good instructor per my child, but the staff when you call the number is unprofessional and rude. If I could’ve posted this without having to select a star I would have. I will say that the site manager Ms. Deborah is nice and I did speak with her after the call I had with the rude young lady, she was able to help me and assist with the situation so I greatly appreciate her for that.

Hi Bre- We are sorry you feel that way. We understand that you are upset because we couldn't get your daughter in for an appointment when you wanted. She had a lesson you scheduled for tomorrow but you needed to reschedule and only available on Saturdays. You were given the first Saturday her instructor has available. If you would like a sooner appointment, you can request another location or instructor.

Negative experience: Payed for lessons the first time and wasn’t taught much just put in the car to just drive and the people who pick up the phone are rude as heck!!

Negative experience: Inscribimos a mi hija para que iniciara sus clases de manejo,y pagamos todo el curso por adelantado,las primeras clases fueron aceptables pero después empezaron a cancelar sus citas..así pasó un año o más y hasta ahora no le han dado ninguna clase y mi hija no ha terminado si curso ..nosotros pagamos extra para que vinieran y la recogieran de mi casa y ahora dicen que no tienen personal suficiente para venir a continuar sus clases ..la recepcionista fue muy grosera y agresiva cuando trate de arreglar la situación,incluso me amenazo con quitarle el permiso de manejo a mi hija..los reportaré a DMV ..No pierdas tu tiempo no tú dinero..no te inscribas en esta escuela y pases por tan mala experiencia

Hi Sonia - Your daughter is enrolled in the private behind the wheel instruction. Her lessons have taken longer than normal also because your daughter was unavailable for lessons from March to early June. Also, you will only allow your daughter to drive with a female teacher. We currently only have 1 female teacher on staff. We have offered numerous appointments to you much sooner, however, because she can only drive with a female instructor we are limited in available appointments. Your daughter was scheduled with our female instructor last night and your daughter had agreed to meet for this lesson at our main office. Your daughter did not show up for her scheduled appointment. When we contacted your home to ask if your daughter would be making the appointment, your husband is the one who was very aggressive and yelling at our staff. The only thing that was said to your husband was "Please don't speak to me like that" At no point have you ever been told that we cannot complete your daughters lessons.
