Negative experience: I signed my son up for driving lessons at Sharon driving school and schedualed four classes three weeks ahead of the first leson, which was on Friday, Decmeber/27/2024. I was given the option on their website for my son to be picked from home for each of the claases. On that day, my son was waiting all day long for his first class, on that day, a driver sent a text to my son, minor 16 years who does not answer unknow txts/calls, indicating that my son has to meet him at the school for his first class because they do not pick student from my city; however, I was allowed that option on their website. THEY HAVE TO FIX THEIR WEBSITE. Rude school, I was told by their personal "if your son is not old enough to answer the phone he is not old enough to drive" They had enough time to call me and inform me that they do not pick strudent rom my city; however, they waited until the day of the class to reach to my son instead of reaching to me...an adult has to drive my son to sharon to start his first class... They are just rude and unproffesional school. They wanted to chage my a fee. $80, missed class date.. IT WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE, i WAS GIVEN THE OPTION FOR MY SON TO BE PICKED UP FROM HOME FOR EACH CLASS. HOWEVER, THEY HAD ENOUGH TIME TO REACH TO ME AND CORRECT THE MISTAKE OF THEIR WEBSITE. I moved my son to another school, a school that really respect students and their parents. I asked the school to refund my money after subtracting 30 hours of online classes, I was told that I will be charge for missed class fee, $80. I told them many many times, It was their miskate, their website gave me the option for my son to be picked from home, they wanted to chage me an extra $80...so I informed my, I will seek justice for this probelm. They are very rude and unproffesionl school... Do not take your kids there. I wish, I could give them zero review.

Negative experience: I was very sick so I called in to cancel my appointment, knowing that they have a policy that you have to notify them 72(?) hours before the lesson starts in order to get your money refunded, but I thought maybe since it was a sudden sickness and sort of a medical emergency that they would be willing to potentially refund. I call, a lady picks up who I'm assuming is the owner of the business (from reading other reviews), and she asks me what my name is, and everything is okay until I ask very nicely if it would be possible to get a refund. She sounded as if I insulted her entire bloodline: ".........a refund?? I just lost an hour because of you and I still have to pay my instructor. No you can not get a refund", and so I asked if we could move the lesson and she said no again, so I said "okay I'll just go to the lesson today since I don't want to lose my money" and she (almost in a yelling voice) said "no. you ask me for a refund, now you want to get my instructor sick. no." So I was left with no choice but to just accept her yelling at me and being rude to me while IM THE ONE PAYING HER MONEY? If you want a successful business, then be nice to your customers, it's not even that difficult. She could've at least just said "I'm sorry we have a strict policy on cancellation, but I hope you feel better"

Negative experience: Does not keep their schedule and caused a delay of more than a month of getting a license as a result. Staff can be very rude as well. Got screwed over multiple times from them. Do not use them and go elsewhere

Negative experience: Probably the worst driving school I’ve ever dealt with. I only loved Rob the driving instructor, but the staff and road test instructor is incredibly rude. Never spending hundreds of dollars on this place AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: Sharon Driving School is amazing. They answer the phone, you can book appointments, they pick the kids up at the house. Its seems like this would be standard but beleive me it is not. Tried other driving schools and they added stress into my life trying to get appointments- so thankful this is such an easy process!!!

I was suppose to go in at 10 today to make a payment I call to let them know I’m here and she tells me as it’s past 10 that she won’t make it .. all in all very unprofessional

Negative experience: Terrible, terrible experience. The driving school employee (‘sponsor’) talked with the RMV examiner the entire time my son was taking his driving test. Not only was it very distracting, it was incredibly unprofessional.

Positive experience: I took lessons and had the road test proctored through this school. The instructors were all really good. And I passed the test on the first try. I was well prepared for the road test. However, i felt brushed off and dismissed with my request for support when my license did not arrive.

Negative experience: This school does not even worth 1 star. The scheduling online system is horrible and school are trying to get you to the trap with prices. Very rude representatives and owner - Gilli. Please do not even try to deal with this school, wasting your time and money.

Fantastic experience: I did pass at my first attempt in Sharon driving school and Jim is a very nice and friendly instructor who taught me real time road scenarios for a successful driver and i would highly recommend to my friends!

Fantastic experience: Despite bad reviews, I went to Sharon Driving School to get my road test done simply because this school is a MASS RMV approved school and closest for me. My experience with them was seamless. Their website has all the details what you need. In my case I wanted to do my road test done with them during weekends and do a brush up lesson to prepare for the road test. Once I made my registration with payment of $240 for 1 hour brush up plus road test, they created an account on their web portal where you can manage and schedule your lessons. So I scheduled my brush up lesson and brush up lesson was extremely good. Instructor was very attentive and helpful. Cars are also well maintained and in good condition. Also they will schedule the road test with RMV for you since they will be sponsoring the car and they email you all the details required. At the end of the day it's individual's responsibility to have all the paperwork in order with good condition.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this school. There is no promised transfer, they want an additional fee for it and a very scandalous director

Fantastic experience: My family member took classes there recently and I have taken classes there two years ago. When I read the negative reviews I don't recognize this particular school. Sharon driving school is amazing, it is not a large corporation that sees students as numbers, they see students as people. They teach students to drive safely and take part in keeping our streets safe with responsible and knowledgeable drivers. Customer service has never been an issue for me or others that I know that took classes at Sharon driving school. I absolutely recommend to everyone to utilize their services if you want yourself, your friends or family members to gain good driving skills and habits to drive comfortably on the roads.

Fantastic experience: I have taken 11 classes at Sharon Driving School. My instructor were Jim and Ron. They are both great instructors. Jim taught me everything. He is very patient and attentive. He will correct your mistake he doesn't yell nor he scolds. I really enjoyed driving with him and I feel that I learned a lot from him. Sharon Driving School worth more than 5 stars!, definitely will recommend to others. My husband has taken classes with Sharon driving school 12 years ago and signed me up for classes there as well. Customer service is great as well, the owner Gilli, was great she responded to calls and emails and was able to help in short notice. She was very professional and helpful. I will continue to recommend Sharon Driving school to others as best driving school in the area.

Fantastic experience: my experience with this driving school was great. i had jim and rob as my instructors and they are both amazing people. they help you with whatever you need. if you make a mistake they help you learn from it. gilli is a great person aswell. she helped me out with a lot. very lenient. overall great driving school!

Negative experience: Horrible experience, the people that call you back are rude and very disrespectful, I didn't even get a chance to book hours with them , I paid the 240 .00 and the lady told me to call back once I booked and paid , I did what she told me to do , I called back left a message, they called me back and the 1st rude thing that came out of the lady's mouth was " can you have some patience" said I called her 5 times ? Really awful horrible experience on the phone let alone the services ! If I could give a 0 I would, don't recommend calling they will downgrade you , find a car and go straight to the rmv where they actually respect you as a client!

Negative experience: I took my road test there half a year ago. The examiner and the woman who sit in the back seat were talking the whole time. They distracted me and It was really a bad experience.

Negative experience: Worst driving school ever!! The receptionist is very rude and her attitude is on cloud nine. She even don't reply to the questions properly when I asked about driving lesson details she became angry on me. She don't treat you good especially if you are Indian. I don't know what problem she is having with Indian. During my road test she was sited beside examiner and she told that "these people (Indian) are....". My friends also experienced the same. Terrible experience!!

Negative experience: Honestly one of the most rudest encounter experience from a business I've ever had in my life! My daughter was a little confused about her driving hours so I called to confirm. She then called not knowing I called and was met with a barrage of insults. When I called to confirm this with the company a women identifying herself as the owner yelled and cursed!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy .

Positive experience: I was referred by another parent who also didn't have the correct break in their car. My son had already completed driver's ed with his school so we just needed a practice exam and a car. I'm not going to lie the beginning was a big rocky, we got our appointment cancelled, communication was a bit vague and even felt a little hostile at times. We went back and forth a bit and couldn't lock in a Saturday which was very confusing. So I called in tears (we have a lot going on and I was exhausted by this point) and Gilli was such a great help! She agreed that if I could schedule a test myself for my son at the local DMV she would personally come there. We had an appointment within 36 hours and she was there just as she said she would be. It was at least an 1.5 hour drive for her. Having someone other then myself helping my son was worth the money alone!! It was a rough start but they definitely made it all come together and Gilli is very sweet and super helpful. I'm extremely grateful.

Negative experience: All of the negative review are true! If you don’t believe it, then experience it yourself. Terrible service. They were late and cancel all the time. But when you’re late or cancel they will charge you. Very rude people. Look at the video in the reviews. I wish I saw this before signing up.

Negative experience: The worst service I’ve personally ever received. Booked my road test that had a set date, had been moved 4 times making my road test 6 weeks past there faster than the rmv date. It had been like pulling teeth to actually get anything scheduled I had to threaten to contact my bank. Every time my road test had been rescheduled I was told I would receive a confirmation the night before. The day comes around no confirmation, try to reach out? No response there’s some other driving schools that offer a road test service I would try out one of those and then maybe the RMV if the RMV explodes and there’s no other schools I would risk the charge.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. Instructors would routinely be 10-20 minutes late for sessions, their refund policy is overly obtuse and a scam, and their instructors are often rude and difficult to work with. During one of my first sessions one of the instructors ended our session early due to my difficulty on the road even though working through that and teaching me is quite literally her job. The lady who runs it is off her rocker and harassed me and my mom when we requested a refund for extra sessions we unfortunately purchased. She keeps sending us emails in an attempt to intimidate us and threatens to take us to court because a bad review my mom posted hurt her feelings. NEVER COME HERE, you will regret it.

Negative experience: Horrible company. Paid $375 just to see available driving hours. No times that I could personally use, which is not the company's fault. Did nothing other than sign-up, look at the times, and ask for a refund. Only given $275. Lost $100 for no reason. Have fought me for 9 days to give the $100 back.

Negative experience: A Terrible driving school . The receptionist always seem to have an attitude and gets angry at the smallest inconveniences that the Driving School causes. You pay 700$ and if you don’t remember that you paid they will indefinitely keep your money. I do not recommend sending your children here as a driving school who is more focused on money then the integrity of there business.

Fantastic experience: I will preface by saying we only participated in the driving exam including the prep session. In prior years my family has engaged with other local driving schools and we have had issues with all of them. In fact, in this scenario, we took classroom sessions with one company and needed to take the driving lessons with another (former company was unable to meet our schedule although we were informed they would). The latter driving company did not file our paperwork correctly with the RMV thus we were unable to take the driving test. Fortunately SDS allowed us to join their program and complete the driving exam with them. They communicated effectively and met all requirements as stated. David Newmark was very professional and an asset to the company. You defer to professionals to complete requirements and meet your needs. I would suggest reading all fine print and establish an effective communication plan including a parent/guardian if a minor is involved. SDS was clear and concise in their communication and provided a positive ending to what was a difficult road. Thank you for that.

Negative experience: Stay away from this school at all cost!!! This place cut lesson short, cancel you right before your lesson, lash at you if you make a complaint. There’s a video of the owner calling the police on a parent for making a complaint about her driver. Do your research and read the review! Answer to owner response: not if the owner Gilli Lavrishina fraudulently schedule for the second hour and charge her for it too. Also you cut her son’s lesson short and canceled on him 1 hour before lesson too. She needs to be compensated as well for taking time off to take him to lesson. They scam you for a living. Just stay away and you will save yourself headaches. And no RMV is not on your side. You will get what comes to you soon. Karma is very fair.

Positive experience: The instructors really help you with your needs! At the beginning I was very nervous while driving, but as I took more and more lessons I was able to gain much more confidence. Dave is an amazing instructor and is really good with parallel parking.

Negative experience: We had a terrible experience with Sharon Driving School. I wish before we signed up I had seen the actual availability for driving lessons and known how limited the after school driving hours were. This school has a rule that you can only sign up for 4 driving lessons at a time (so you can't plan far ahead or get a "regular" schedule). Since you could only sign up for 4 lessons at a time, by the time you got one finished and could sign up for more, there were no after school hours left at all and you had to wait for the next month's calendar to be posted (which was unpredictable). There's no way to move quickly without missing school or work to do driving lessons - that was exceptionally frustrating.

Negative experience: my brother, his girlfriend, and I wish she listened to the bad reviews. staff was just as rude as the reviews say, and the value of it is not worth the cost. as well as how the management handles customers… regret for not listening to the reviews.

Positive experience: My experience was pretty good with Sharon driving school, they scheduled me for a driving test easily and although there was no brush up lesson I was able to get one in before the test impromptu. My only complaint would be that they seem to book people too close in time and when I arrived there was about 10 other people waiting, one of which had their appointment scheduled for 2 and 1/2 hours ago. I waited an hour and a half to get my driving test. I was expecting the way as I had been warned from a friend, although I understand how other people may have a problem with this. I do think that the driving school should perhaps put a notice saying that their dates for driving tests are completely dependent on the army, my test was canceled only a few days before i was supposed to take it and given my circumstances that messed up my holiday schedule badly but it's not their fault. All in all it's was an okay experience. All done and over now. Expect to wait at least an hour or have your appointment moved due to rmv reps not being available.

Negative experience: I really am shocked by the way this so called “business” deals with people. I had a family member go to you guys and the way they talk to people is unbelievable. Beyond disrespectful and major attitude for absolutely no reason. People come to you to learn how to drive. The number one problem is the owner/ woman in charge, obviously the source of the disrespect they feel as though they can give to people. You claim to have ran a business for over 20 years, it definitely does not seem like it. I understand there’s a certain level of experience that you have acquired but honestly what good is a business if you treat people like they aren’t paying YOU to run a business professionally. Sharon Driving School does not make you feel welcomed, maybe they are overwhelmed with the amount of people they get and take the attitude out on other customers. Either way, since you are a business with over 20+ years of experience, you should be able to manage. Take consideration for individuals that are already in a nervous state to drive because the energy that is given from the workers there definitely rubs off.

Fantastic experience: My wife was able to perfectly pass the road test. Gilli, her instructor, was very polite and patient, providing detailed instructions with focusing on safety, and at the same time maintaining a friendly conversation to keep her relaxed as driving was quite stressful for her.

Fantastic experience: I had Debra as my instructor, and she was so wonderful. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure to highlight important details. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. We went over parallel parking, three-point turns, backing up, and what to do during the test, so that I will be able to pass. She was an excellent teacher. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. I definitely recommend going to this school, and if you get Debra as your instructor, consider yourself in good hands.

Negative experience: I am so taken back by how unprofessional this unit has been to my 70 year old Grandmother. We signed up for this class 2 months ago and we signed up for the wrong place so we asked for a refund because we weren’t eligible to go to this place. So the first week they said they sent the refund and it would take up to 30 days to receive it after the 30 days that was marked on our calendar we respectfully told the company that we had waited the 30 days like they had said and there is still no sign of a refund ever being processed, the attitude never left. No sign of compassion or customer service.at this point they tell us it’s not on them it’s on our bank so we listen to them and go and take it up with our bank thinking there is some type of firewall so to speak that’s not allowing us to retrieve the money we had spent. Well low and behold our bank had assured us that there was no sign of this action being taken. So we go back to the driving school and reiterate exactly what the bank says to us meanwhile they’re talking over us being rude and telling us that we should just take legal action. Which is unnecessary. they don’t know what to tell us it takes up to 60 days now notice how before they said 30, now after she said it was the 60 days. After 2 months they say if you have a problem take legal action. Thinking about the whole matter knowing how much of a headache that would cause imagining how many people must’ve just taken it as a loss when in these times it’s considered a lot of money ESPECIALLY for a 72 year old woman and I am HIGHLY disappointed. I will be writing reviews until I get my grandmothers money back. They are disrespectful I remember even in the beginning they kicked my grandmother out of the establishment just because she was trying to understand why she wasn’t getting her money back I AM UPSET. It’s more about principle in my eyes.

Positive experience: On the road, great school. They teach you how to do the driving maneuvers really well. In the classroom it’s a different story. Stuff goes down all the time. Schools mids.

Negative experience: This review is a little delayed. Owner Gilli ? —rudest unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Read all her google and yelp review before making a mistake. Love the video on u tube also about her calling the cops on everyone and trying to sue them for telling the truth. She needs to look in the mirror and correct her attitude.

Negative experience: 1. Unprofessional classes. Instructor constantly distracted while teaching, talking to co-workers and swearing while in lesson. 2. Fake reviews. Some reviews are obviously fake. They follow the same writing style and say the same things. The only genuine reviews are the 1-2 star reviews that are really telling the truth. There are better options. Don’t even come here as a last resort.

Negative experience: Updates: I encourage anyone who was wronged by Gilli Lavrishina to report with the RMV on Mass Gov website. They have responded to me and will look into it. Also the attorney general office will look into this business if there’s enough complaints. Everything was good up to the driving lessons. It's hard to book and lesson and my son got canceled twice. They add a second hour to my son's lesson and we missed it because of surgery. Not only they're not sympathized with it, but charged us 2 consecutive hours of $115 before we can book another lesson. I asked them if they will compensate me for the times I took off when they'd canceled my son's lessons and their answer was "the fee still stand". First email they said that "If you would of contact us, if would be fine" which we did contact the instructor twice. Then they said that the instructor had to wait 2 hours. They purposely doing this to get you're money because they know your kids need their signature in order to take a test. I told them at this point I want them to refund my money and I will go elsewhere or I will do a dispute. They threatened me they will take me to court. I'm ready to see them at court for their wrong doing. The instructors are great, but this business is terrible!!! Updated today: Owner emailed me and threatened me if I don’t take this review down she will sue me and that my son will never get his license!!! Whatever she said, I don’t refused to pay $50 for missing the 1 hour but charging me $65 for the second hour that I did not request it’s fraud! We have phone proof that the instructor spoke to my son about not coming so why he still wanted to wait for 2 hours it’s beyond nonsense. Plus the online system doesn’t allowed anyone to book more than 1 hour at a time anyway. $65 it’s nothing but it’s a standard and I will not give up my standard!

Fantastic experience: My daughter just got her license through Sharon driving school. She had a great experience with most of the instructors. It was so easy to set up driving hours, she never had to wait. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions, also the owner always responded to my emails immediately.

Positive experience: I just had my road test Sunday morning and I passed but I wouldn’t have been able to do that if it wasn’t for the instructors at Sharon driving school who are really kind and are truly helpful, they all have their own ways of teaching which helped me a lot and they are all respectful and nice which I’m thankful for.

Fantastic experience: If you want a great option to get your license fast and not feel afraid behind the wheel, I would definitely recommend Sharon Driving School. Negative experience: I feel ripped off by this place. The website advertises $199. Once you pay, there are online classes but my son tells me the instructors are frequently taking other calls on other matters. Once the classes are complete, the school says you owe another $550 for new services. When you don't pay, they refuse to issue any certificate for the classwork done and already paid for. Seems like a classic bait and switch.

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best driving school experience I have ever had! Constant communication throughout the whole process. I got the road test package which included a driving lesson before the test. The single lesson I had with Nick was amazing. He taught me so much in only an hour, and two days later I was able to pass the road test with flying colors. This was my third road test, but my first one with Sharon Driving School, and compared to the other schools I took the test at, this driving school was definitely the best. The lesson alone was worthy of 5 stars!

Negative experience: I scheduled a road test it was delayed TWICE. Was delayed 2weeks and when i went to take the road test the staff was very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: My son Alaric Dodd went there and I did the parent class which they never gave me the certificate and then when I asked for a copy of it told me I had to pay another $25.00 for it when I paid for it when I did the class back in 2017

Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had. They have charged me so much money during the pandemic and then called me up 2 days before PREPONED MY DRIVING TEST BY 7 days!! Who does that? And they have not asked me and I needed my license urgently. Terrible, do not ever go to them or trust them. They have told me I called the manger to prepone the test- I don’t know their manger! Very disappointing and this almost cost me job as I had to get a license and car before starting for it.

Negative experience: They WILL defraud you: I requested a Sunday road test for my daughter for August 2. They did not contact us for three weeks. We finally called them a couple of days before Aug. 2, and they informed us that they had set up a test on the previous Wednesday for us, but they never called or in any way informed us of the test, which my daughter had ended up missing.

Negative experience: Very rude. Not even signing up anymore. I heard they provide a discount if you make a 5-star review, and that's the only reason this place isn't 1-star total. I'd drive an extra 40 miles just to take class somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My wife who came from the Dominican Republic at the age of 31 has never driven a car. We had tried two other driving schools out of Brockton and after multiple lessons with both schools we felt that neither school gave her the proper training. Consequently she failed the road test a few times and was getting very frustrated. A friend referred us to Sharon Driving School and she immediately noticed a difference with her confidence and driving skills. Although it took her two attempts to pass the road test with Sharon Driving School I do believe she would have passed on her first attempt if we had stared lessons with them in the beginning. I have a 13 year old daughter who when of age will definitely be attending Sharon Driving School and I plan on referring others. Robert and Darihanna Andromalos P.S. I read a couple of other reviews that stated customers who gave good reviews were given discounts to do so. Although I can't speak for them I can tell you I was not coerced in any way to write this.

Negative experience: This place is a joke, highly highly professional. Not. Worse driving school in the state and probably the country.

Negative experience: Company tried to sue a girl for writing an honest review. Seeing these emails showed me how immature the person was, and that they should not be running a driving school. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The hateful energy from this company is not okay and deserves to be take down.

They do not attempt to reach out to schedule driving times and yet they get upset when you attempt to schedule them yourself. I would never recommend this business to anyone, please find somewhere better.

Fantastic experience: I started my driving lesson in this school in October 2019. And in January 2020 got my Driver's license. In this school I got skills what I need for safe and confident driving. I got a chance learn maneuvers and practice all the time. It was very helpful before the road test. Thank you for the skill sharing.

Negative experience: There is a reason there are only 5 or 1 star reviews. No in between. Its cause they bribe people with discounts to leave a five star review. Theyre all fake. They're greedy and liars. They lied about my daughter and have threatened litigation against those who leave bad reviews. They yell and scream at children, smoke in the car, they are frauds. Do not send your children here. One star reviews are the only ones here you can trust since As I said the five star ones are a result of discounts, or I'm sure the terrible employees have created fake reviews as well.

Negative experience: If your not a student at this place, do not sign up for a road test. Sharon is as biased as they come, as a result your inspector will be as biased. She will let it be known that your not her student, she will put all her students before u even if ur schedule for a particular time, and all they do when u pay for brush up lesson is put doubt in ur mind. Let me be the first to say driving in this is a need, not a want. The weather conditions alone are overwhelming. You cannot be toying with people's well-being. I hope the future road test can be video taped to rule out inspectors that are subjected to the opinions of schools like this. Shame on you!!

Negative experience: Sharon school is ,,,NO GOOD,,,I simply asked her if anyone there speaks Spanish and she got so angry, she told me we don't speak Spanish here, she said, you speaking English fine with an attitude, I said for my wife , I asked to speak to her supervisor she said, I'm the supervisor, and hang up at me , I called back and she threatened me by calling the police, I told her please call them , and again I asked to talk to her supervisor, and she hang up on me , again she wouldn't give me her name... please don't go there........

Negative experience: The people that work here and rude and unprofessional, their locations and dirty, run down and disgusting and they don’t take any responsibility for their actions, everything they advertise is a lie, and they don’t even have a proper phone system. I signed up for a June 29th test last week ( on Thursday I believe), and they didn’t decide to charge my card till today, no notice, nothing even though it’s stated on their website everything needs to be done within a time limit. (If payment needs to be processed 2 weeks before the scheduled test why was it put through after? and now it’s an issue when I want it back?)I find out two hours later today that I can’t take my test due to something on my driving record after my card had been charged. And they didn’t want to refund me because it was too late (the test is 2 days shy of two weeks from today) If there was an issue with me taking my test or I’m not allowed for whatever reason I should’ve been told when I signed up, not a week later whenever you guys felt like putting the information through , then when I call asking for a refund they want to argue and give attitude. Even the actual rmv (why didn’t I go there? I was having trouble with my documents going through their system) allows up to 72 notice for cancellation or will tell you when you sign up that you can proceed before they charge you. I understand spots are reserved but a fee is acceptable and understandable taking everything isn’t. 150 for a test is already ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to pay for a test I didn’t take or sponsors or anything that I didn’t receive or get to do. They are corrupt people looking for a scam anywhere else has to be better than this school. Don’t waste your time I’m posting this so no one else has to deal with what I dealt with. They will rip you off take your money and try to say it’s their fault when it was at their own negligence. Listen to the other reviews this school is NOT worth the hassle or stress, if they cared about their business they would take better care of their customers.

Negative experience: If I could give it zero stars, I would! This place sucks. The instructors are rude and impatient. The owner, Gilli, is very rude. She has no respect for anybody, even the instructors there! She likes to cut short on driving time and is very impatient with the kids. My son took a couple lessons with them and immediately switched to another company. Now he’s on his way to getting his license. He definitely would not have passed with this company. Final verdict: PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!

Negative experience: Paid around 140 for two lessons and scheduled it two weeks prior and what do they do? First one they cancelled ten minutes before the scheduled time saying that since the owner’s son was sick, the instructor cannot leave the office. Alright, fine. A day later, they cancelled the next appointment. And what was the reason? The instructor’s son was ill and cannot come in. Wow, I’m sure you can all tell how responsible this driving school is now. They said they will take $5 off of the $140. Yeah $5 will compensate for the time I lost and the work that I could’ve got done in that time. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. AND YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER!!

Fantastic experience: They are an excellent driving school. In the 12 lessons, I’ve had I feel like a confident and good driver. The instructors break everything down for you, and answer all questions. They made parallel parking easy for me! I highly recommand this company to all drivers, teen and adults. You won’t regret it!
