Our comment from DrivingSchools.Directory about Boston Driver's Ed - Driving School:

Boston Driver's Ed - Driving School has garnered a mix of feedback from its students, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. Strengths include:

Many instructors, such as John and Alex, are praised for their patience, excellent teaching skills, and ability to help students build confidence behind the wheel.
Students have reported successful outcomes, with several passing their road tests on the first attempt after taking lessons here.
The school offers personalized and accommodating service, which some students found helpful in their driving journey.
Positive reviews emphasize the supportive atmosphere created by the instructors, making learning to drive a more enjoyable experience.

However, there are significant concerns that cannot be overlooked:

Several reviewers have reported chronic issues with poor communication, mentioning unresponsive phone lines, unanswered emails, and last-minute cancellations.
There are numerous complaints about missed lessons, with some parents noting that their children were left waiting without any contact from the school.
A consistent theme of disappointment stems from difficulties in rescheduling road tests and a lack of professionalism in handling student inquiries.
Some users expressed frustration with the administration's organization, suggesting that more staff could improve client interactions and service efficiency.

Despite the excellent instructional qualities noted by several students, potential customers should consider the mixed reviews regarding communication and reliability before enrolling.

Negative experience: Horrible!!! Horrible!!!The office in Waltham is closing down, and we still have some lessons remaining. They missed many lessons when my daughter was scheduled, without any phone calls or message responses. It’s just been a horrible experience with this Boston driving school. We’ve already paid, but now we don’t know what to do about the remaining lessons. It's a nightmare dealing with them

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Signed my daughter up for a package deal of over 700 dollars and can't sign my daughter up for road lessons. Someone needs to shut them down for taking money and not delivering services.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a complete joke. They come off super nice at first and then the communication breakdown begins. They don't answer emails or phone calls, I had to drive over there and confront them. I once called and when I FINALLY got John on the phone he told me to call him right back. I told him I didn't want to b/c it had taken me so long to get a hold of him and he promised he would answer. When I called the same phone number back in 5 minutes- THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A PIZZA SHOP. I'm not kidding. Spend your hard earned teen's money somewhere even remotely more professional.

Negative experience: Awful experience trying to schedule driving lessons. They took our money only to not show up for the scheduled lesson and to not respond to any of our phone calls. This is likely a scam business. Buyer beware!
