Fantastic experience: When I received a $485 ticket for a left turn on a yellow light that turned red, I was thinking this is way too much to have to pay, plus having it on my record. I googled how to get out of paying for a ticket in CA and Ticket Snipers was one of many that popped up. Since I pray about every thing, and I had no idea which one would be best, after praying, I picked Ticket Snipers. They were absolutely professional about everything and I followed everything they told me to do. As a result, my ticket was totally dismissed and nothing is on my record. I received a check back from the Court (you do have to pay the fine initially before the due date). Considering the legal work Ticket Snipers does for you, the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! The check from the Court and the absolution of everything was a great Christmas present!

Negative experience: It’s been months and I am still waiting on my refund . All requested documents and account information have been verified. I have sent countless emails. Would not recommend .

Fantastic experience: Paid ticket snipers use them to fight a speeding ticket it was duck soup really I didn't have to go to court the only thing I had to do is make copies of the document for trial by declaration and get it to the courthouse with payment amount due it was that simple. Then waited I didn't pay for traffic school they asked for it in case I lost but I won completely free and clear the Court's going to send me my $325.25 back within 60 days and no points on my record so it won't affect my insurance it's just like it never happened they did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to dismiss a traffic ticket. Mine was a speeding ticket with radar so I'm super stoked that it all came out good well worth the money!

Negative experience: Called about 6 times asking for a refund politely and never received one. Went into court with the documents they provided and followed their instructions only for the judge to tell me that the method the “lawyers” told me to follow was not allowed for the county of the ticket I was charged with. Called and emailed, and every single time I was met with “We’ll be giving your case priority and telling our supervisors” yet nothing has happened. As a college student, $500 being lost to a situation like this is ridiculous. I have tried being patient and kind to the people on the phone yet absolutely nothing changes in between phone calls. I’ve waited and waited yet nothing seems to come of it. Their website had a “Full refund if your case isn’t dismissed or fine isn’t reduced” yet that clearly is not the case as I’ve been trying and trying for months on end.
