Fantastic experience: When I received a $485 ticket for a left turn on a yellow light that turned red, I was thinking this is way too much to have to pay, plus having it on my record. I googled how to get out of paying for a ticket in CA and Ticket Snipers was one of many that popped up. Since I pray about every thing, and I had no idea which one would be best, after praying, I picked Ticket Snipers. They were absolutely professional about everything and I followed everything they told me to do. As a result, my ticket was totally dismissed and nothing is on my record. I received a check back from the Court (you do have to pay the fine initially before the due date). Considering the legal work Ticket Snipers does for you, the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! The check from the Court and the absolution of everything was a great Christmas present!

Negative experience: It’s been months and I am still waiting on my refund . All requested documents and account information have been verified. I have sent countless emails. Would not recommend .

Fantastic experience: Paid ticket snipers use them to fight a speeding ticket it was duck soup really I didn't have to go to court the only thing I had to do is make copies of the document for trial by declaration and get it to the courthouse with payment amount due it was that simple. Then waited I didn't pay for traffic school they asked for it in case I lost but I won completely free and clear the Court's going to send me my $325.25 back within 60 days and no points on my record so it won't affect my insurance it's just like it never happened they did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to dismiss a traffic ticket. Mine was a speeding ticket with radar so I'm super stoked that it all came out good well worth the money!

Negative experience: Called about 6 times asking for a refund politely and never received one. Went into court with the documents they provided and followed their instructions only for the judge to tell me that the method the “lawyers” told me to follow was not allowed for the county of the ticket I was charged with. Called and emailed, and every single time I was met with “We’ll be giving your case priority and telling our supervisors” yet nothing has happened. As a college student, $500 being lost to a situation like this is ridiculous. I have tried being patient and kind to the people on the phone yet absolutely nothing changes in between phone calls. I’ve waited and waited yet nothing seems to come of it. Their website had a “Full refund if your case isn’t dismissed or fine isn’t reduced” yet that clearly is not the case as I’ve been trying and trying for months on end.

Negative experience: Be careful. Do your own research and don’t make the same mistake I did. I used this company to fight a ticket but unfortunately I lost the case. Well they say that they give you a full refund if they don’t get the ticket dismissed. I have called and emailed multiple times and I still have not been refunded. They also will not refund the whole amount only a partial amount- less than half of what I paid them. Not sure if all other reviews were paid reviews but to me this seems like a scam. Better off just paying the fine for the original ticket!

Negative experience: Scam. It just postponed the guilty verdict. I logged in and it didn’t even have the updated info on my bond paid or the verdict. So on top of paying them I didn’t get my bond back and now I have a point on my record and my insurance will go up.

Negative experience: Do not waste your money. I was driving Uber and it was a $30 surge. There was a left turn lane painted. I was making the left, but it was so many cars passing by and a crossing guard. I literally couldn’t see any signs with time restrictions because of the cars. Immediately a motorcycle cop pulls me over because it’s no left turns during these weird a** hours that no one can see. I saw the Ticket Sniper ad and decided to go with them. They were professional enough, but when I got the packet I read the entire thing. My infraction was “Failure to obey a traffic control device” and they had written something about speeding in there. I asked them to correct that part and they kept acting slow like they didn’t understand. I showed them a screenshot of the exact part in the packet and they still acted slow. I tried to update the pdf myself, but they locked the document (big LOL). I turned in the packet as they instructed with the money order. I was found guilty about two days before I got the letter in the mail. The judge did not even allow traffic school he straight up denied it and I asked twice… Like judges ain't doing no damn trial and reading no damn evidence they get these stacks of violations and just stamp guilty on them all. Hello they want to keep the money for the state and they are in cahoots with the officers. At some point I asked for an extension from the judge and I had to attend court via video chat. I had to watch other traffic cases before I was called and everyone was pleading guilty or immediately accepting traffic school… These strangers were correct. JUST SEE THE JUDGE AND THEY MAY REDUCE THE FINE RIGHT THERE FOR YOU AND OFFER TRAFFIC SCHOOL OR JUST PLEAD GUILTY. Even traffic school is a waste because in California you will still have points it’s just hidden. So unless you are getting brand new car insurance don’t waste your money. You got a point regardless. In conclusion, Uber ran a background check days after I got the guilty verdict and I was offline maybe 15 minutes and they allowed me back. My first ticket in over 10 years. As for Ticket Snipers, I asked for a refund and they started acting like the Riddler lmao. Taking days to respond, asking for proof of the verdict even though they digitally have access to the court info etc… Chargeback incoming!!

Fantastic experience: Ticket Snipers is the real deal! I got 1 Ticket from the Red Light Cameras in the City of Garden Grove. 1 Ticket from a police officer in Santa Ana that assumed I was using my phone (text or something wrong) while I was using it for my GPS directions. I reached out to Ticket Snipers and they helped me battle both tickets. They guided me on where to send my paperwork and what payments to send. I got my payments back since I was found innocent on both ticket disputes. Highly Recommended company and staff responds in a timely manner. Would use again if i had to!

Positive experience: I received a ticket for unintentionally making a "legal left turn at an illegal time" on my way to work last year. After doing some research, I decided to try Ticket Snipers based on the reviews I read about them. Their website and their quick chat service seemed very professional too. However, and much to my frustration, the defense packet they prepared for me to dispute the ticket was not sufficient in getting the ticket dismissed at the court. I ended up paying a total of more than $400 for the ticket, including Ticket Snipers' $99 legal document drafting fee (after they refunded me their $80 service fee when the ticket was not dismissed). The original amount I paid Ticket Snipers to prepare the defense packet was $179. I maintained to follow all of their instructions carefully when I submitted the defense packet they sent me. I guess these folks offer a nice service and seem professional in their work. However, I just wasn't lucky enough to get my ticket dismissed. In California, these days you can see all sorts of traffic violations by drivers who get away with them, only to be ticketed for a minor infraction that endangered no one nor did it cause any traffic disruption.

Fantastic experience: I got a red light camera ticket in Garden Grove that clearly has my face, car & license pictures. Found Ticket Snipers on Google. I was very skeptical but went ahead & paid TS to fight my ticket. They prepared a thorough defense PLEA packet for me to mail to the court, including filing for an extension. I mailed everything in as directed on 2/28/23. On 4/22/23 I received a “Not Guilty” verdict from the court! Saved me ~$400!

Fantastic experience: They dismissed my speeding ticket. I was actually speeding passed a cop got pulled over immediately and I definitely was driving over the speed limit by 12-14 mph. I know for sure i was getting a point on my license. I decided to hire someone to fight it so I started researching online and found Ticket Snipers. After doing my research on them I decided to choose them to fight my ticket. They charge $180 but will refund half of your money if they can’t win your case. Negative experience: I used ticket sniper for a speeding ticket up in mono County and I really didn't like the service. Everytime I called some guy sounded like he hated picking up the phone. So all they do is have you fill out a long form to describe the many variations that may have occurred during your speeding ticket and they submit the form to see if that will win in court. THAT'S IT!! Nobody goes into the courts for you. Total waste of my money and time. They did not let me know nobody goes in to defend your case. ALSO if you loose don't forget to email them back your verdict so you can get what they quoted you to get money back. If you don't you don't get any money back.

Fantastic experience: An efficient way to contest your ticket without even showing up in court! You only have to sign and send your defense to the courthouse! In case you don’t win you get a partial refund back and a chance to fight it again with a new judge, or do traffic school.

Negative experience: I don't usually write reviews but want to take the time to inform those to not waste your money. All they do is contest your traffic violations via a trial by written declaration. They take your statement and stick it in the TR 205-Form. That's All. They do not help with anything more. I have tried speaking to the legal team and they do not receive or return calls. The only person you speak with is a middle man who takes your info and $ and tells you to email the legal team. The legal team communicates by email only to take your statement so they could type up the written declaration and tell you to send it to the courthouse, pay the fees and wait for court's decision and they do not provide legal advice or any type of guidance to help your case. If you lose, they just tell you need to do traffic school or try a trial de novo in court. If I would have known I was paying for this type of service. I would have gone to the courts self help and request for trial by written declaration myself and used the $ I paid them to go towards payment for the ticket/traffic school. Now I lost $99 for a bad choice using Ticket Snipers. Waste of time and money. If I could, I wouldn't even give this a Star.

Negative experience: THIS IS A SCAM! DON’T BELIEVE THESE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY! Before they received the money, they were extremely kind and helpful. I asked them about the process and Michael explained to me that first they’ll prepare my defense documents and they’ll contest at the court saying the ticket was not fair. He told mw most of the time the officer doesn’t even show up and they win the cases. I asked him what if we lost in the first round. He told me they’ll contest again asking the officer to show his methods of speed detecting, if he was able to show them Michael said they will contest again and this time they’ll ask the officer to show how he calibrated this device. He told me eventually the officer will fail or give up and we’ll win the case. But guess what, I lost in the first round and now Ticketsnipers is telling me there is nothing they can do and also the amount I paid in NON-REFUNDABLE! I realized that somewhere in the contract it does say it is non-refundable. I’ll take them to the Small Claims court and call BBB to file an official complaint about these scammers!

Fantastic experience: Update 2/2/21: I had originally written a review two months ago regarding the lack of communication from Ticket Snipers when I needed some help with the documents for my case. I can say that they took my review very serious and have completely improve their communication to not only return my calls but also follow up with my case. They have definitely shown their commitment to what they do and it shows because my case was DISMISSED. I received a full refund for the ticket and I got a follow up call from a Ticket Snippers representative who confirmed my case was dismissed and what to expect next. I have changed my review to reflect what I believe Ticket Snippers has earned in regaining my trust. Their professionalism in dealing with my concern and turning it around is above what I have seen a business do in a while. It is good to know that there are businesses that value their clients reviews and with take steps to make it right. I recommend Ticket Snippers 100%. I hope they continue to provide great customer service and help people because they always have great success. Previous review Ticket Snipers customer service is very unresponsive once they receive your money, they cease to exist. No matter if you use chat, call the number of the representative that initially gave information, call the number on your defense packet or any method they will not pickup or respond to messages. They will not answer any questions after they have been paid. I have yet to get my results but it is concerning that they are unavailable after you pay. Other reviews mentioned the same. They offer a refund of a certain amount and additional support but if they are unable to pickup for additional information then it is worrisome that they will not follow through with that promise. That they would provide further assistance if the case is not dismissed. I appreciate the response to my review, it is unfortunate that it is through this and not via the message that I left at the 619 number with Charles on the 16th. I also tried getting a hold of Carlos. Below is proof of me calling during business hours. There is no other way to leave a message. Only an automated recording indicating that no one is available to answer my call and then disconnects. I called the 800 number and the 619 number. My first name is not Salomon but you will see Clark in your system.

Fantastic experience: I got my Traffic light violation ticket dismissed. Ticker Snipers were up front in this type of case, it would be case dismissal almost 90% but, if judge gives decision otherwise I have to be on my own i.e. go to count in person. I am glade later case dint happen and I got my case dismissed for reason "No Officer Declaration Received". Thanks for Ticket Snipers to prepare my paper work.

Negative experience: I had two citations and three violations all were trafficked but one was a misdemeanor that had two violations I sent to get sniper the ticket showing them to violations and they told me they could handle the tickets which I paid 179 per violation not per ticket one ticket was a misdemeanor but had to violations they failed to tell me that I need a criminal attorney to Take care of the ticket and told me to contact the court and ask the court to allow me to Fight the ticket through written declaration Which I tried for several days contacting the court with no way to talk to anyone then I called a criminal attorney and he told me that they’re not supposed to do that they told me they would give me my money back but they never did and here we are

Negative experience: Customer support was good. Response to my inquiry was good. The template-like letter written was good. After the payment they all but disappeared. Case was lost Paid almost as much in TickSniper fees as the ticket Don’t feel like they represented me at all in court After they were paid it was like they didn’t care You pay, then you receive two email instructions Follow those instructions then who knows if they spend the time representing you or not as they were already paid. Nothing requested was achieved. Was better off paying the ticket alone or representing myself in court.

Fantastic experience: Got a red light camera ticket, I asked around for advice whether to pay it or fight it and a few of my co-workers suggested to fight it. Fantastic experience: 1. I contacted them by email and the reply was super fast. 2. Since I did not started the process right away the kept sending me emails as a reminder. Which I really appreciated! They even called and and they were super nice explaining the whole process. 3. They extended the due date of my speed ticket and they had my letter completed in a couple days. All instructions were very clear. 4. Two months later I received the check form the court. All my money back (because you need to pay for the tickets when you submit the paperwork). My case was easy. A normal speed ticket, less than 15 miles over the limit and no lidar was shown to me as proof of the speed, but I am sure they will be able to handle any other issues. Fantastic experience: Where do I start ! I came across Ticket Snipers because first of all who wants to pay for a traffic violation. Secondly I was desperate to try anything because I have a clean record! I contacted the representatives and got detailed information on my ticket and how likely I am to fight a violation. I then waited until I received the plea documents via email and awaited the day that I could mail the supporting documents to the Courthouse. I waited patiently and frantically for 2 months and received a notice from the Clerk of the Courthouse noting that they dismissed my case, violation and stated that I will be receiving a refund. Negative experience: Absolutely garbage they had to take three attempts to re-write my deposition and then after all of that they sent me the original that I had asked them to fix they will not issue any refunds either. I went to San Diego ticket fighters instead and they beat the price by over half and were a much better company to work with. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY THEY'RE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER MORE COMPETENT COMPANIES OUT THERE!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have to give Ticket Snipers 5 stars. I would give them more if I could. I got a $690 school bus/train track violation and contacted ticket snipers to see if I could fight the violation. They took action and helped me with a notice by declaration and I won my case.
