Fantastic experience: Enjoyed LaDonna’ Claude’s class, she makes the time pass by super fast!

Fantastic experience: The course was much more comprehensive than i expected, hopefully this is my last time i learned a lot lol. Stranger things have happened nevertheless so if i had to take a course again it would be here.

Fantastic experience: The course was user friendly, didn’t have trouble navigating through it at all. Received my certificate in the mail the same week I finished! I am impressed.

Fantastic experience: I took the online class and efiled my documents to court. I called them (the court) to make sure they received it, and they did, so I'm happy everything went smoothly. Also, when I had an issue, it was almost immediately solved over email exchange. Would take again (but hopefully not).

Fantastic experience: I received their post card and thought some funnies during my mandatory bad girls driving school would be a good idea - and it was. Don't get me wrong....there is a ton of just flat learning and all the "usual" stuff - but there's some things to chuckle at to lighten it up as you go through. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service too!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in a crunch to get my traffic school completed. I originally was going to register with a different online school but luckily received a postcard from Funny Bone Driving school. I took my chances and had a stress free experience taking the 6-hour course online. The video courses are very informative and reminded me why I shouldn't speed. Some videos in the course are thought provoking in such a way to remind me to leave earlier and not take chances. I received my certificate of completion on the same day with a few clicks and tadaa! I highly recommend Funny Bone Defensive Driving school!!!

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Claude’s lecture was Informative yet entertaining enough to keep the group’s attention and involvement for the duration of the class. It was emotionally touching and opened up a broader understanding on the subject. I look forward to going again.

Fantastic experience: PRAISES! Having taken many notes, I am blown away at what I did not know. This is a class all drivers should take every ten years as the laws change and we do not want to be ignorant. They lady in the video was very likable, funny, friendly and sometimes the conversation was cheesy but I think that’s what made it possible for us to get through the time needed to finish the course. EXTREMELY WELL DONE!

Negative experience: It's not funny and a total waste of time. It requires a quiz to be completed; but, would not let you take the quiz. It keeps saying "You cannot take the exam at this time. Please take your break and return after 45 minutes." I waited 7 hours, and returned, and it said the same thing. It says it has 24 hours support; but, it doesn't. It says "Anytime that you are logged out of the course, that time will go towards your break, so if you’ve been logged out for at least an hour, then your break time is complete." But, it still wouldn't let me take the quiz. What's worse? The wait time keeps changing. It first says you have to wait 60 minutes. After you waited 45 minutes, it says you have to wait 25 minutes. Somehow that 60 minutes wait grows to 70 minutes. Avoid this online course at any cost.

Negative experience: This had to be the stupidest thing I've ever seen. There is funny and there is stupid, the blonde presenting it IS NOT FUNNY, she acts like a complete airhead with NO humor. Secondly, the online course states it only takes 6 hours to complete, it took me 8 and a half hours WITHOUT PAUSING IT. I started each segment as soon as the previous on finished. Thirdly, I paid extra to be able to have immediate download and I can't even take the lousy test. After completing the course, it said I had to wait 60 minutes to complete the quiz so since it was SO LATE, I waited until this afternoon and yet again, it's telling me I have to wait 60 minutes. Fourthly, their website states they have tech support avail until midnight, well it's only 6pm and they are NOT AVAILABLE. I'm so disgusted with this company I could scream. I will go out of my way to tell people to never take this course from Funny Bone....

Fantastic experience: Can't ask for anything better than Funny Bone Online Defensive Driving even if you tried!!! This is a winning product hands down. Well written and humorous as well. I, as an old man, learnt a lot from this course. Believe it or not, it is and it will affect my driving habits from now on. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional, and that is a sign of Texansans in the Great State of Texas. Thank you y'all :)

Fantastic experience: Just want to comment on the defensive driving class I took Saturday, Jun 15, 2019, at the Round Rock, Texas, location. Mark was the instruction...he did an excellent job in spite of the fact his video equipment wasn't working. It was interesting, very informative and fun.

Fantastic experience: I took the defensive driving course this last Saturday in Round Rock, Texas. I believe our instructor's name was Mark. He is a retired police officer and former military now pursuing a career in stand up comedy! In short, his class was hilarious!! AND, I actually learned some things about the law and DUI/DWI that I had been completely unaware of! A "win/win" in my book. The class passed so fast I was actually sad it was over! The fact that Mark was funny AND engaging relative to the topics discussed made the hours spent both enjoyable and worthwhile!

It is a little silly, but I've heard of many online courses that put someone to sleep and this is NOT one of those classes! Great information, definitely picked up some helpful info. Also, their customer service replied quickly and is extremely helpful and capable. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh, I just got out of my Defensive Driving class with LaDonna. Very informative, eye opening and packed full of real life experiences. Not to mention fun, fun and more fun. She encourages lots of class participation, but only if you want . No matter what your reason for taking the class, whether it be for insurance deduction or dismissing a ticket, there is absolutely no judgment from anyone. I would recommend this class to anyone, anytime. For sure I'll be going back in the future. Oh, and least I forget, the food was pretty darn good as well.

Fantastic experience: LaDonna ran a very active and informative class. She is very personable and engaging. Her 'shopping list' of the effects of receiving a DWI was an eye-opener. DWI is just not my way, so I am not worried about that. If you feel you may need to look for another reason to avoid it, she has more than 70! In short, save your money, don't drink and drive, and take LaDonna's class instead! You will be glad you did. Your new insurance discounts will more than pay for the class, so think of it as a free dinner too. :-)

Fantastic experience: For a Saturday class it was 6 hours of training- good for insurance discounts(depending on insurance), entertaining as well as worth it. Ask for LaDonna, driver safety instructor. Tell her Lola & 14 year old John sent ya’ ...you will get a free lunch guaranteed!!

Negative experience: Customer service / Technical support sucks I've called numerous times and left several messages about being locked out and no answer or call back at all! Says 24 hours but yet I get nobody!

Positive experience: My daughter took the course. She said the videos and the course itself was fine. The fact that we had to keep calling due to being locked out of the account was very frustrating and wasted a lot of time!

Fantastic experience: I took the Defensive Driving class with LaDonna Claude on Sat, 6/30 at Texas Land & Cattle in Cedar Park. There were 18 of us in the class. The interaction among the class members was great and we had alot of good discussion regarding topics such as road rage, DWIs, etc. LaDonna is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor. Although, we had some serious discussions, we managed to laugh at some of the experiences some class members had. The 6 hours went by quickly and I feel like I came away from class with new knowledge and insight about the topics discussed. I highly recommend this class with LaDonna.
