Fantastic experience: Thanks to Good Roby, I was able to pass the CDL test on my first attempt while working full-time. Their incredible support made it possible for me to study for the CDL despite my busy schedule. Alex and Eddy's Spartan teaching methods kept me motivated, and Alisa flexibly adjusted the schedule so I could take classes at my preferred times. Thank you to everyone. FYI , for PTI, it's more important to understand the core concepts rather than rigidly memorizing the words.
Thank you so much to be a great student and we are proud of you are passing your test from the first attempt

Negative experience: I enrolled in this school to obtain my class a cdl license. First let's start with the secretary her voice is so low you can barely understand wfar she us saying over the phone. So after going through asking her to repeat herself multiple time we finally got me enroll in the program. It's an online program then after you complete that you go in for behind the wheel training. During my enrollment the secretary Alexus asked me did I want to train in an automatic or manual transmission 18 wheeler? I replied automatic because clearly I can't drive a manual shift car less known a big rig manual transmission. My first day of class i get there and im training in a manual transmission that's about 20 years old. Now I'm frustrated but I don't say anything. As I get in the vehicle to try and learn the trainer is super rude. He ask me about my class b license I said yes but I haven't did a air brakes test in 25 years I haven't never driven a large vehicle so basically I know nothing. He begins to be frustrated as if he was disappointed that I didn't know anything and was rude to me. So after I tried to do a few backing maneuvers I realized I won't be successful in this. At that point I explained to the trainer that I asked for a automatic truck because I can't drive manual transmission. He stated their automatic truck was broke so I had to train in that. So when it was the next trainee turn I went to speak with another trainer because it was 3 of us. I told him how uncomfortable I was about the manual transmission he stated Well I thought I was coming to train in an automatic as well, when I enrolled she asked me which one I preferred. I called at that point to speak with the school . The owner Alex called me..this man was screaming at the top of his lungs to me stating his receptionist never told me that (which was a lie because the other two trainees said the same thing) He was saying that I will have a restrictions on my license which I don't care about that. At this point I'm still trying to explain in not comfortable and he's still yelling at me so I releases the call. This is not a good school, the equipment is old, and he does not have whatche says he has. He only tells clients he has automatic 18 wheelers to get you there and once you have paid you are stuck not only trying to learn how to drive a big truck but learning how to drive all over in a manual transmission vehicle. I would not recommend this school to anyone the owner is so rude and the only excuse you hear from him bring rude is he's Ex Military which doesn't mean he has the right to scream at his adult clients.
Michelle, I need to remind you that you signed up for training on vehicle with standard transmission, it clearly stated in your contract. We don’t have anybody with name Alexus, so it’s sounds like you described your experience with someone else, not one of our representatives. On the other hand, when we spoke over the phone you were on the speaker and everybody in the office could hear that it’s was you who was yelling and being rude. Actually we were discussing that your behavior was insulting. And later I knew from my instructor that you have treated him saying that your buddies will come and start tie us to a car and drug over the road. Is that how intelligent people should treat each other? It’s not only disrespectful it’s also a crime. And I need to state that if you won’t stop bulling and harassing our personal we will be forced to initiate legal actions against you. I have reputation of a patient instructor, I do not rise my voice, never, even if somebody is doing everything to provoke me. We told you from the very beginning Michelle, we don’t have trucks with automatic transmission, broken or unbroken, we simply don’t have any. We proud to provide training in vehicles with standard transmission, and help our students to obtain full CDL without restrictions! Despite your attitude that you showed in the office and at the yard we were doing everything to help you, but it was shocking to know that after you completed significant part of your training you came out with the decision to start telling no exactly the truth about our personal. I’m sorry that you decided to stop responding our messages and calls and didn’t show up for classes that you were scheduled for. Please call us so we can continue with the program you signed up for.
