Fantastic experience: I wish to thank Cantor's driving school for helping my daughter pass her driving test on Dec 26. The instructors, Joseph Micochero and John Holcomb, went above and beyond to make sure my daughter gets all the driving education she needs not just to pass her test but also how to be a safe driver after she gets her driver's license. I highly recommend this driving school, and I'm glad I chose them to help my daughter get her license. Also, the last-minute online notary public recommendation helped us out beat the deadline for all the documents needed for her test the day after Christmas. Thank you!

It was super simple to choose your driver and the date and time. James was always early, always pleasant, and always gave us a recap of how she did during her lessons. We were very satisfied with this company and especially with James!

Fantastic experience: My daughter did the 8hr lesson with John Holcomb and he was the BEST. If you don’t know, all the instructors are former law enforcement which is beneficial not only legally, but gives you a sense of trust when you’re sending out your kids for hours with a stranger. John was patient, kind and very encouraging. I felt very safe every week sending my daughter with him. He spent extra time on the lessons she needed more guidance with like parking and the freeway. I am extremely happy I decided to go with Cantor’s Driving School. I encourage more people to give them a try. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Fantastic experience: I have been driving for 27 years in my home country and then came here to find out I have to take a test again. I thought I could just pass my driving test and was I wrong!! I failed miserably and was feeling pretty insecure about all the rules on the road that I had not been used to. I liked that the instructors are all retired police officers and was very happy with my instructor James. I had a 2 hour lesson with him and definitely came away feeling more confident to take a test again. James taught me all the things that I had no clue about or was confused about and explained everything so well. He was patient and was a really nice person too (which makes spending 2 hours with a stranger much more comfortable). I would definitely recommend James you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: As a mature student, I had some anxiety about getting behind the wheel and finally getting my drivers licence. My Instructor Richard, always punctual, was patient and allowed me to learn at my own pace. He helped to to slowly build up my confidence and gave me the practical knowledge I needed to be a safe and responsible driver. In addition, company representatives were helpful and flexible. When I realized I made a mistake with my online purchase, they allowed me to swap out two lessons for the day of test service at a slight loss to them. My over all experience has been a good one.

Fantastic experience: Best driving instructors around! Rich Dorsey has given two of my daughters driving lessons and more than prepared them for their driving test (which they both passed with flying colors!). He also made them both safe and confident drivers. I cannot recommend Rich enough. He is truly the best!

Negative experience: I’m driving next to this guy and he is the only one in the car so I’m assuming he’s an instructor. If you too busy drinking your soda that you can’t pay attention to the cars right next to you, then maybe you should wait till you are stopped instead of running someone else into the curb.

Fantastic experience: James G was my instructor for 3 lessons this past week and a half. He’s an absolute wonder to learn from and understood where I was at mentally. He helped me work through the stress driving gave me from a prior accident. He works at your pace and as long as you are respectful to him he is respectful to you. He’s patient and honestly very funny. I would retake these classes with him in a heartbeat and I know the education he gave me these past few days has given me a second chance at being a happy and most importantly safe driver.

Fantastic experience: Choosing this driving school was the right choice during a recent visit to Las Vegas from my home in Australia where we drive on the other side of the road with the steering wheel on the right hand side of the vehicle. Richard Herold was my instructor and he was absolutely superb. He was happy to drive me away from the busy Strip area to a quiet parking lot where we practised all the basics, including parking. Once I got more confident operating a vehicle with lefthand drive, we drove around different parts of the Las Vegas area. Richard is calm, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. We enjoyed many laughs as my natural Australian driving habits saw me repeatedly turn on the window wipers instead of the turning indicator lights! I appreciated his patient and calm demeanour and he had lots of important safe driving tips to share. While I only had time for one lesson, I’ll be sure to follow up with more on future visits before ever taking to the roads in Las Vegas. Richard mentioned that he instructs quite a few students who have come from other countries and need to be proficient with driving in the USA and to get a Nevada driving licence. So, if you’re in that position yourself, I would recommend Cantor’s and Richard.

Fantastic experience: Before taking this class, I had failed my test two times. I just thought I would keep failing. However, I decided to take a class, and now I bumped my score up to a 94. The teachers are trained to help you learn how to drive, and how to improve to pass the test. I was shown things I didn’t realize were counted against me on the test. Fantastic experience: I had three different instructors. Stephanie, Joe, and James. They were each different but taught very well. Every question asked was answered and given an explanation and example to help me understand. They taught me the ways of the road and how to successfully pass my drivers test. All three of them helped me notice my flaws and allowed me to work on them to the best of my ability. They would also take me around the dmv courses and show me the specific areas of what to do and what not to do. They also elaborated on what the instructors would specifically test for. They were all nice and great conversationalists and I enjoyed my time with each of them. I am very lucky to have had them as my guidance to drive better and I am grateful for what they taught me. I highly recommend each of them.

Fantastic experience: Instructors are nice and will teach you how to drive in a way that's easy to understand. I was able to pass the test first try as the instructors also teach you the practical routes the dmv will take you for the driving test and fundamentals that you'll need for driving. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Stephanie! My daughter had six hours of lessons and I'm very pleased. Stephanie had her drive around the area where she would take the driving test, pointing out speed limits, school zones and other things to watch out for. They practiced parking, changing lanes and driving. My daughter passed the test the first time with a 95 and I'm confident she is ready to drive!

I had four lessons over the course of 3 weeks. I can’t begin to express how much these lessons have helped me. I’m now what I believe to be, a confident driver. Fantastic experience: All 3 of my girls completed the 15-5 driver education program and drove with Cantor’s instructors for 6 hours each as a part of that program. Every instructor was excellent! My youngest completed all 6 hours of instruction with Stephanie, who I’d highly recommend. She was always on time, prepared for each lesson (based on what our daughter needed to practice), offered feedback after every lesson, and most importantly helped our daughter develop excellent driving skills. Our daughter went into her driving test with the DMV on a Friday afternoon with confidence and received a 100% as well as recognition from her examiner as the best driver all week! I’d highly recommend Cantor’s as well as Stephanie!!!

Fantastic experience: Richard Herold is very good with drivers that deal with anxiety and a lack of confidence. It took me 9 years to even be able to begin my driving journey. On the first lesson Richard helped me drive on the road and I was shocked because right before the lesson I was a nervous wreck but Richard was calm, cool, and collected. Richard was patient and very understanding. The rest of my lessons though I had mistakes I continued too have less mistakes every time I was driving with him. He helped me drive on the freeway three times and helped me learn how too park during my second too last lesson. Richard continued to help me gain my confidence. For only having five driving lessons with Richard Herold and only driving on the road for 3 weeks. Thanks to him I improved greatly in driving and I continue too improve everyday. Now at 25 years old I am finally at a strong and confident place when it comes too driving. Though I didn’t pass my drivers test the first time today, I’m grateful to have the confidence too even be able too drive. My journey of driving has taken me nine years but thanks too Richard I’m finally becoming a more confident driver. I prepared too take my drivers test today though as I said after 3 weeks of driving with Richard I didn’t feel 100% ready. So even when I didn’t pass my test today, I was grateful too have Richard teach me. I wasn’t upset, I’m relieved because that means I have more time too practice for my retake test. I’m determined, motivated, and more confident than I have been before. I know how too improve on the mistakes I made and I know I will pass during my second time at North Decatur’s DMV in 3 weeks. Thank you Richard for being patient, kind, and understanding too my situation. Thank you for listening and being able too teach me how too drive, and be confident and relaxed while driving. I’m truly grateful for you being an amazing driving instructor. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Cantor’s Driving School is awesome! I was really anxious about learning how to drive in the beginning, but my instructor, Stephani Preston Loffredo, was very kind and patient. She is respectful and a wonderful teacher. Working with her really improved my confidence! I feel capable of taking on more driving challenges after my lessons. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: This was a great program! I chose Stephani Loffredo as my instructor and it was the best choice I ever could have made. She was kind, caring, and gave great advice and tips. She helped me gain so much confidence in my driving and parking, and ultimately, helped me pass my driving test. I never thought I could reach this point, and I’m so thankful to Stephani for all her help. She was always 10 to 15 minutes early to each appointment, which I really liked. She’s also the perfect choice if you are more introverted and/or are not good with talking to strangers. I was really nervous to drive around with someone I didn’t know, but she made me feel comfortable right from the start. I highly recommend choosing Stephani!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driver’s test today all thanks to my instructor Gerald Dompier and the services provided by Cantor’s Driving School. My instructor helped me become confident in my driving and advised several tips to apply to my driving which made me better behind the wheel. It was a fun and knowledgeable experience. I’m glad I picked Cantor’s and I consider the time spent very worthwhile.
