Our comment from DrivingSchools.Directory about Sonias Driving School:

Sonia's Driving School has received a range of feedback from its clients, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. On the positive side, many users appreciated the professionalism of the instructors and the comprehensive training provided. Clients noted that the school helped them pass their driving tests, with some finding the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Reviews praised the helpfulness of the instructors during the test process and good communication leading up to appointments.

However, several users reported serious concerns regarding customer service, mentioning issues such as poor communication from the office staff and negative experiences with certain employees. A significant number of complaints pointed to long wait times for appointments, abrupt cancellations, and what some perceived as unfair practices in the testing process, leading many to believe that the school was more focused on making money than on providing quality education.

Despite these issues, many clients still recommend the school for its experienced instructors, yet a common sentiment suggests that prospective students should be aware of the customer service challenges that may arise.

Negative experience: Esta escuela es un fraude, es la peor escuela realmente no la recomiendo por mínimas o por nada roban el dinero a mi me robaron mucho. Es negocio de robar. Decidí ir a otra escuela y pase mi test a la primera. Recomiendo mucho Lomba driving school. Pero Sonia’s si quieres ir a dejar dinero y que te lo roben ve pero esa escuela es lo peor.
