She’s excellent at communicating the importance of safe and defensive driving while keeping the coursework engaging and relevant to whatever reason you’re taking the class. I would HIGHLY recommend this class for anyone whether you need it for court order or simply want a refresher to continue being a safe driver.

Negative experience: Went to patronize this business and Joann is extremely rude and disrespectful. When patrons are spending their money it’s extremely important to be polite professional and respectful. Customer service training needed immediately.

Fantastic experience: Classes were very intuitive and fun. It can get boring, but the instructor takes notes of this and tries to make the lessons we learn engaging. The instructor is also very understanding to the students and we take a lot of breaks. They feed us lunch and snacks which is also a bonus on some days. I am practicing driving with them, so I will see how that goes. I would definitely recommend if you want to get your Joshua law class over with.

Fantastic experience: Good driving school They make sure you know exactly what you need to know without wasting time, provides food, and the joshua law teacher is very nice and patient. You have to schedule driving appointments though.

Fantastic experience: The services received from Pinnacle Driving School from start to finish were amazing! The in-class instruction and behind the wheel training were well received by our daughter. The instructors were hands-on and really focused on making sure our daughter was prepared for the road test. We especially appreciated that it was a one-stop shop – from classroom learning to driver’s training and even taking the road test right at the school. It made the whole process so convenient. We highly recommend this driving school and will definitely refer our friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I must say my experience was truly an incredibly one. The staff at Pinnacle Pointe was very helpful. But specifically,Mr. Scott he is empathetic. When I just got started with this driving school I was diffident. I must first acknowledge my driving instructor’s patience towards me. My first attempt on my driving exam I failed and I remembered I was crying because obviously that’s not what I wanted, however it happened I remembered the encouraging words I got from the staff which motivates me and after I had a few more lessons and retried I passed. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone.

They gained an incredible amount of knowledge and are completely ready for the road. The school even offers the convenience of taking the test at their facility, which was absolutely perfect for us. We were determined to get her license before school started back, and we absolutely nailed it with the help of Chauncey!

He will go over if that’s a concept of being impaired and 1..2..3 BIOLOGY + CHOICES and OUTCOMES .HOW MARIJUANA AND ALCHOL MAY BRING MORE COMFORT . People that’s addicted , will run to that as comfort . really it’s impairing there mind , Brain and hinder them moving forward with life and decisions. He also goes threw charts and videos of how and why these things happen. BY FAR VERY HELPFUL . P.S RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 My brother found this driving school after getting some fingerprints done at the building. He loved the atmosphere and the fact that it’s black-owned. My sister booked my lessons for Christmas as a surprise. Picked up and dropped off directly in front of my door for every session. They made me feel super comfortable during my lessons and my test. Instructors are super friendly and patient. Very informative about the rules of road and tips to pass the test. I did three sessions, took my test with them, and passed my test on the first try. Highly recommended!

I passed my driving test with a fairly high score, and I owe it all to Ms. Heard. She was an excellent instructor who was not afraid to tell me when I made mistakes. Fantastic experience: The staff was very pleasant on my arrival, there was no wait time, and I arrived 30 minutes early. They got me right in and fingerprinted me in about 1 minute. The process was extremely fast! I recommend to anyone that needs their services! A+ and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing driving school. My instructor Mr. Rodriguez was so patient with me and taught me everything i needed to know. With only 6 hours of driving lesson i was a perfect driver. It’s absolutely worth the money and it increases the chance of safe driving on the road. I got the chance to meet the owner as he was with me on my road test and he is so kind. He talked me through the process and what to expect when im going to be on the road. If you have driving anxiety or just nervous to drive in general this really is the best school to go to in order to get comfortable behind the wheel. Also the school picked me and and dropped me off and even when i passed my road test they took me to the dmv as well
