Fantastic experience: Jack is a terrific instructor! I started my in-car lessons nervous and unsure, and ended feeling well-prepared and confident. Jack was extremely patient and understanding! When I made mistakes, he was sure to explain in detail what I did and how to improve when I tried again. Safe Pass is extremely professional and organized, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone learning to drive!

Fantastic experience: Safe Pass was great from even before I signed up (Adult Behind the Wheel Lessons). The information I asked for was provided promptly, and the registration and payment process was smooth, no hiccups. I was contacted over e-mail very quickly after registering, and in no time I was assigned an instructor. Melissa was amazing, she worked around my schedule for my lesson dates. I was anxious about driving, but Melissa was an absolute pleasure to learn from. She has guided me through every new thing, answered a million of my questions patiently, and what I appreciate the most: demystified the driving process for me. The feedback after each lesson was very helpful. The lesson plan was designed keeping my learning goals in mind. The car was well maintained and beginner-friendly. I cannot recommend Melissa and Safe Pass enough.

Negative experience: I took the adult maneuverability corse. Just took my test today and failed the maneuverability portion of it. The guy who tested me said I was taught the maneuverability wrong so it wasn’t my fault. I’m very disappointed. Feels like 100$ just for me to be taught wrong, and fail because of it.

Fantastic experience: Ever been trained by Safe Pass for safe drive and their instructors are the pro's.

Fantastic experience: Safepass was definitely the right decision. My instructor, Dylan, was incredibly helpful and provided great critique and assistance. There were a bunch of things that I needed to improve without knowing I needed to improve it and with Dylan’s help I was able to figure those things out. Dylan was nothing but supportive and I am grateful that i got him as my instructor. There is much I learned about being on the road and how it have proper driving etiquette.

Fantastic experience: I love this place so much. I recently just passed my driving test. My instructor, Melissa, is amazing and patient. Melissa has been my driving instructor for almost a year now and I love driving with her. She gives out good advice and helps you work with both your strengths and weaknesses. She’s also very supportive and flexible when it comes to scheduling lessons. Love her very much.

Fantastic experience: This was absolutely an amazing experience, I couldn't have asked for a more detailed driving school class, and a safe driving instructor. Made some new friends, learned tons, and made a lot of mistakes! The environment of the building feels safe and somewhat cozy, while the teachers are very understanding and encourage you to ask questions!! They also offer courses for adults, which I've heard is a lifesaver for some. Overall 11/10 if I could rate that.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank this driving school enough! Melissa was a terrific instructor who helped me master the maneuverability that I needed to pass my test the first try. Her communication skills are great, she gave very clear instructions and answered all my questions. She even gave me really useful tips about the specific test center where I was going.

Fantastic experience: SafePass Cle has helped me so much through this long journey of getting my license! I’ve been actively taking lessons since I didn’t pass in the summer of 2022. I stayed diligent and took multiple lessons with the help of Melissa and Rob. I passed my test TODAY! If anyone else is over the age of 21 and didn’t feel hopeful that they would pass their test — I’m here to tell you that you WILL! Keep practicing, keep working hard and keep up with your lessons! The lessons really do help! Thank you SafePass for helping me!

Fantastic experience: my instructor was cassandra and she was so nice and so friendly. If you’re going to do the drivers ed course i definitely recommend her. she has such a kind soul and was so welcoming on our first day. I didn’t feel nervous around her at all, she made the lessons fun and made me excited for the next lesson.

Fantastic experience: Jack is excellent. My in-car lessons were well planned (thank you Safe Pass) and my instructor was incredibly friendly. Very good at constructive feedback but also explaining why things work on the road and how. During the time in which there was nothing driving-wise to be said we talked, rather than the horror stories I’ve heard of instructors at other schools being on phones, just listening to the radio, etc. Jack provides a comfortable learning space, and Safe Pass really does a wonderful job at furthering driving education. Safe Pass will prepare you to be on the road by yourself, and it is clear throughout that their goal is not to make money but to help people get closer to obtaining their license.

Fantastic experience: Jack took my mother for a driving lesson today and she came back with only good things to say! My mother is 70 and recently had an injury and was nervous about driving. He was responsive and kind and after only one session my mother feels so much better about getting behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience at Safe Pass! The scheduling was efficient and easy, and the instruction was steller. Previously, I had tried other driving schools which left me struggling with scheduling and not being on the same page as my instructor. Not an issue at Safe Pass! I enrolled in Adult Abbreviated instruction through the school where I got scheduled quickly, and really felt like I learned how to be a safe, effective driver. My instructor, Max, listened to what I needed to work on and supported me in reaching my goals. Their teching style focused on problem solving, which helped a lot with my vehicle manuverability growth area. I feel like I learned skills to not just pass the test but to manuever safely near my urban home. I also struggled with driving anxiety before I came to Safe Pass. Recieving such high quality instruction has helped calm my nerves, since I now know how to cope with manuverability and driving challenges. I now feel confident driving myself to work and to do errands. I still struggle with driving on highways, so I will be renrolling at Safe Pass soon for their freeway instruction class. I'm looking forward to going back! (Never thought I'd say that about a driving school)

Fantastic experience: I don’t write reviews often, but I definitely wanted to write a review for SafePass. My son who is 18 and my daughter who will be 16 in a week both had wonderful experiences with SafePass and their instructors. Melissa was my daughter’s recent instructor and WOW, what great work she did teaching the logistics of driving especially maneuverability. I highly recommend SafePass for your driving school.

She always made sure I was comfortable and explained things really well. Driving in different weather conditions & different kinds of roads helped me to boost my confidence. From driving test perspective, I got to learn all driving signs which are used in day to day life. Maneuverability was never so easy, but with guidance from Melissa, I was able to learn it quickly. Simulations were amazing. When looking for driving packages, I struggled for months with getting responses back from other driving schools, but Safe Pass was very quick and easy to communicate with.
