Positive experience: *Edit: I will like to say that the company called me and provided me with help and an offer to take another lesson. I appreciate this a lot and wanted to adjust my review score to reflect this.* I was very disappointed and felt like my time was wasted. It discouraged me in doing my last two hours. I signed up for a class to refresh my knowledge of driving. But my instructor obviously either did not listen to me or wanted to waste 2 hours of our lives, when I told him multiple times I wanted to feel comfortable driving in a city setting since I was originally from a small town. The reason I know he didn't listen to me because at the end of my lesson he told you can get you license easy I had to inform him I already had my license and wanted to feel comfortable in driving in a city and on the highway since that is the least amount of practice I had. For my experience I say it was bad but for people that need to learn how to drive I can recommend. Please just make sure your instructors listen to a customer instead of wasting their time.

Fantastic experience: Love Alfa Driving School! Mr. Al was such an amazing teacher! His notes really helped a visual learner like me! Mr. Larry was also an amazing teacher- I was able to pass my exam because of them both! Definitely will be recommending to all my non licensed friends.

Fantastic experience: Fernando was the BESTTT. He’s so patient and his instructions were so clear and simple. I took one driving lesson with him before the actual exam, he let me drive on the road and told me exactly what to look out for (I already knew how to drive), but most importantly he taught me how to park and what to expect exactly on my exam and what to bring with me. He also accompanied me the day of my exam and we had another practice before that. he is the sweetest and most organized and patient instructor. Everything went so smoothly with him and was super clear. It could not get any easier or any better than this. I cant recommend him enough for first time drivers or people who are just practicing for the exam. You can guarantee you will pass with him and learn the easiest/best ways. THANK YOU FERNANDO!

Fantastic experience: Worth every penny. Larry was my instructor and he’s so good at his job. I didn’t have much experience when Larry met me the morning of my test. Fantastic experience: I found the school on google maps, saw rating and reviews and gave it a shot — totally worth it! Fernando is an amazing instructor, helpful, insightful and relaxed. On the day of driving test I had troubles with DDS and Fernando was there with me trying to get it resolved. And an amazing owner, Alvaro, who picked me up afterwards and brought me home. Great school, lovely people.

Fantastic experience: I freaking love you guys. Listen Christian Gomez is very professional, very patient and talked me through the entire test before we did it. I have been struggling for years now to overcome this fear but Saint Christian man, he is amazing. He not only completely calm me down but he also created a super friendly environment where I was allow to talk to him about all my driving problems and he talked me through every single problem I had building my confidence every step of the way. He even came an hour early just so I could get enough practice for the test. They say there's no perfect instructor but Christian is very very close. He boosted my confidence and knowledge from 40% to 120%. Please please promotion and raise for Christian Gomez, he deserves it. Guys I recommend asking for him, you will pass without a doubt and leave with a higher confidence level and a great new friend. Thank you so much Christian. You're beyond phenomenal. Fantastic experience: The best $275 , that i’ve ever spent !!! Ms. Elizabeth was so calming and amazing !!! We practiced before my test, she taught me how to parallel park the day of my test and I passed my drivers test with a 96 ! She went over and beyond and she didn’t have to, I’m so grateful for her!

Fantastic experience: AL was a good teacher, and he was very patient and nice. Christian was also kind and did also a great job practicing us before our road test. Because of them we were able to get our driver’s license. Avail their service especially if you came from a different country because you need a license here first before you can buy your own car.

Fantastic experience: I used Alfa driving school to help me with my permit moving from South Africa to Atlanta and it was the best decision I made. Larry was my instructor and picked me up right outside my apartment. He was patient and took me through what to expect in the actual test - we set up a mock testing ground and practiced until I was comfortable to do the actual test. Going to DDS was a breeze, everyone knew Larry and we moved through fairly quickly. I passed with a perfect score because of him. I highly recommend their services.

I always felt safe and secured and it’s also very convenient for my driver instructor to pick me up from where I want to get picked up and drop me off safely. Fantastic experience: I recently settled an appointment for my driving test through Alfa driving school and it went well than I was expecting , all that thanks to Mr Larry a really wise, patient and good teacher. I didn’t know anything about parking that day but I’ve been practicing the driving skills with my sister but not that much, So I was really anxious. Fantastic experience: My instructor Elizabeth Gonzalez is an excellent instructor. She is very patient and thorough, and unlike other teachers, she teaches according to what will be on the test. She went out of her way to make me feel secure, like picking me up earlier than scheduled on the day of my test so I could get more practice in. After years of putting it off, my lessons with Elizabeth gave me the confidence to finally get my driver’s license.

Fantastic experience: I’ve from out of the country and have been driving for about 3 years now. I did the road test package and Larry was phenomenal. It taught me some tips to master the parallel parking and reversing. He took me on the road to drive as if it were the test. Fantastic experience: Although I don't often write reviews, Fernando is a fantastic teacher. Using the methods he taught me, I was able to parallel and reverse park on my own the first time. He is really patient and calm. I was not anxious at all when I was driving.

Fantastic experience: I had a blast with my lessons. I was initially quite nervous but thanks to my instructor Fernando, that stress was alleviated. I made a few rookie errors, but I wasn't made to feel lesser for them. He was very patient with me and showed me many useful tricks for parking and generally navigating. He helped me pick up driving rather quickly, given my lack of experience. In just a few lessons, I've gained quite a bit more confidence on the road. Overall, I learnt quite a bit and I'd definetly recommend Fernando to anyone who's nervous or jittery behind the wheel!

Fantastic experience: The pick-up and drop-off feature makes it very convenient. I had 4 different instructors (Chris, Dan, Cristian, and Elizabeth), and all were great. I was able to learn a couple things from each instructor and combine them to drive how I was most comfortable. Additional shoutout to Cristian who was able to take me on short notice so I could review a day before road test.

Fantastic experience: I had my first class today - Fernando was an amazing teacher. Very patient and kindly gave corrections when I got things wrong. He was very reassuring when I did well and he's just all around a nice person. Al's customer service was off the roof! Fantastic experience: Today I took my exam at school, my teacher was Cristian Gómez. I am very grateful to him because he helped me in an incredible way. I had never touched the steering wheel of a car. Initially, I enrolled for a 2-hour driving lesson to familiarize myself with automatic vehicles and American roads. Under Cristian's expert tutelage, I quickly gained confidence behind the wheel. After assessing my progress, Cristian encouraged me to apply for the road test. Although I initially scheduled my test for April 10th in Alpharetta, I felt I needed more practice. Cristian went above and beyond to accommodate my request, arriving an hour early to provide additional practice. We focused on parallel and reverse parking, as well as a brief overview of the test route. Thanks to Cristian's dedication, I passed the road test with flying colors! I am incredibly grateful to Cristian for his unwavering support and guidance throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: Alpha Driving School was the best $500 I ever spent for my daughter. I had no patience to do this with her as a parent at all. I was really scared to drive with her. However, her instructor Christopher was hands down the best, and a perfect match for her. He was calm, relaxed, and made sure he gave her the knowledge she needed to pass her road exam. Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to this time. I couldn't recommend ALFA driving school more!! I moved from a foreign country a few years ago and was struggling with driving in busy Atlanta and getting my license for so long. I finally decided to search for a school and I am SO glad I came across ALFA. They had the best reviews online so I decided to give it a try. The home pick-up service and dropoff (plus the flexibility on selecting hours that work), rescheduling a session and the one-on-one communication ALFA provides is perfect. Marcela at the office was so amazingly helpful every step of the way. Booking appointments, guiding me with paperwork, booking my DDS appointment, over the phone or through email, communication was flawless. I even did the Road Test with my instructor by my side which made all the difference. Cristian was my driving instructor and he was SO great! He had the patience and also gave me the trust to get over my long time fears and get my driver's license! I even had some driving trauma from the past also and I was able to talk about it with my instructor and get over it. My native language is Spanish and the fact that they offer billingual service was a big PLUS for me as well. Fantastic experience: Before beginning my course, I had never even held a steering wheel. However, within just five classes, Elizabeth managed to teach me everything I needed to know. She exhibited incredible patience with every mistake I made and explained everything clearly until I understood. She helped me practice everything multiple times until I was confident and continuously motivated me throughout our sessions. I was able to pass my test with a perfect score of 100, all thanks to Elizabeth. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn how to drive.

He was confident with my ability to drive even before I got in the driver seat.He realized that I was heavy footed and taught me a trick that made it more comfortable and easier to drive for longer periods of time The road test process was a breeze.I had am grateful to Chris and Alfa driving school team. Fantastic experience: I sent two of my daughters here for driving lessons because we live in the city (different experience than learning to drive in the suburbs in my opinion). They come to your house to pick you up and they teach/take you driving for two hours at a time. Elizabeth was an EXCELLENT instructor. She was always very communicative and would text when on her way and or if she was running late (due to traffic). My oldest daughter passed her driving test with a perfect score. My middle daughter will be taking her test next. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my initial 8 hour lessons with Elizabeth and her patience allowed me to be comfortable on the road very quickly. For my drivers test I decided to go with Chris Mayo and the way he approaches driving made is so simple for me to understand that I passed my driving test! I was most nervous about the parking and Chris Mayo put it in such simple terms that I was able to ace that part of the exam for sure. I definitely recommend both of these instructors.
