Fantastic experience: Bogdan is the best instructor ever! Very attentive, kind and patient. I took several driving lessons for my mom who never driven before and can tell you that he is the best teacher! Also recommend for Russian -speaking people.

Negative experience: I recently had a very frustrating experience at the 911 Driving License Center in Lynnwood. As a first-time learner, I was unaware that I needed to bring a physical copy of my permit to my first lesson. When I reached out to reschedule due to this oversight, the staff was incredibly rude and inflexible, refusing to accommodate my request. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with a significant life milestone like getting a driver's license. I would strongly advise anyone considering this driving school to be cautious and perhaps explore other options.

Fantastic experience: Was able to pass my permit test, they do it digitally on your phone and was mentally easier for me since I'm used to looking at my phone and not at paper. Extremely friendly, respectful and nice people here, I highly recommend this place. Make sure to have a DOL express account made so it's less time consuming. They'll charge you $30 ish dollars for the first test but after that; retakes are only $15.

Negative experience: Just dont go there try difeerent school. I failed at 11:00 am driving test and just go to another school and with the luck got mu driving test 12:00 and pass with 86 Score. I got 2 different driving tests with two different person with them and both said different things.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Phil, after about ten years of dreaming about it my mom finally handed me the keys to her Grand Caravan. That kid with his ranger will never feel the true fufillment I did the day I got my license, even if he did buy a truck.

Positive experience: Great instructors. My child really enjoyed her classes and learned a lot on the drives. Less stars because the front desk is so very disorganized. Three different times we have made an appointment only to show up to no record of the appointment. The last time I even asked for an email confirmation and never received one. It is impossible to get someone to answer the phone, and if you leave a messege it will just leave you in a never ending game of phone tag. Because of this I hesitate to recommend this driving school to other students.

Fantastic experience: While I knew the basics of how to drive, I decided to take lessons here because I didn't know all the maneuvers covered on the road test. My instructor, Robert, taught me what I needed to be a successful driver. He told me exactly what I needed to work on and encouraged me in what I was doing well. He offered many practical safety tips as well as tips for being a more courteous driver. After just a few lessons, my confidence as a driver increased significantly. Reception is friendly and helpful, too! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: 911 Driving School Lynwood has professionals who know what they do. I was impressed from day one when I went in for Oral or Knowledge Test. When I went for the SKILLS test that's even more professional. These are people who treat well and respect you more so they are serious with their work. My Instructor was superb he is one of thr best at that place.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. The receptionists were always sweet and helpful with any questions I had. I mostly worked with Carlos but received instruction from Bogden once. Both are incredibly helpful, kind (they make sure to tell you what you are doing well), and calm. Since I spent most of my time with Carlos I have to give him a special shoutout because I’m not sure I would’ve been able to master my skills so quickly/feel comfortable so quickly without his help. He tailors his instruction based on the individual which is important because each student is unique. For example, he knew confidence was a problem for me when we met so he immediately started to help me build it up in our first lesson (this is important for safety). By the time I took the test I had no problems with any of the skills (just my nerves!). He’s a fantastic instructor as other reviews suggest. This man deserves a RAISE!!!!

Fantastic experience: A great driving school. Online lessons, drives, and tests were all great experiences, especially with an online portal to select time frames that fit your own schedule. The staff here always answered calls, emails, and questions quickly & kindly. Every instructor on drives was clear and helpful in giving advice/information. I never felt discouraged or uncomfortable while driving with any of them. Big thanks to Instructor Rob on my road test who calmly and clearly gave instructions even though I was definitely nervous that day! It’s clear that they want to see you succeed as a driver and help you reach that goal. Could not recommend this driving school more.

Other instructors can be quiet and less detailed when instructing, but Bogdan is very very informative and quick to tell you any tips. Learning how to drive is definitely intimidating but you really feel at ease with Bogdan. I just passed my road test and all thanks to him :) !

I didn't trust myself at all and other instructors can't help with that when they usually make me feel more nervous. I actually have license in my home country but never drive because of the fear. However instructor Bogdan's way of teaching is very practical and highlights the most important things. He helps me to build the confidence and also to know the important things to drive safely on the road. Warm words, rich knowledge and patience instead of yelling and blaming. My instructor, Robert, was just amazing. During the warmup session, he clearly explained the evaluation process, critical mistakes to avoid, and some tips to avoid losing points. Fantastic experience: I enrolled in the warm-up + road test package and I'm really glad I did. When you log-in though, you won't be able to schedule the appointment online. You'd have to call the office and they'll schedule it for you based on your preferred time and day. Anyway, my warm up and test went smoothly! I liked how I got to take the time to warm and I honestly think it's really helpful before taking the actual test because you can get to relax and familiarize yourself with the car (if you're using their company car). During the warm-up, you get to ask questions and no question is wrong! I would say ask as many as you can before the actual test because it can help with any anxiety or second-guessing during the actual test. I took my warm-up and test with Alison and she was super nice and sweet with reassuring me during the warm-up and after the test. I think taking the warm-up can definitely help anyone who has been practicing driving for a while but don't have the confidence. It's a great way to regain that confidence you have during practice and bring that to the actual test. Good luck to everyone taking their Road Test!

The dynamic young trainer Mr.Bogdan is exceptionally talented and has a lot of experience and patience. He could analyze my driving skills minutely-(I have more than forty years of driving experience from other countries) and pinpoint my shortcomings viz a viz high Washington driving standards. He pointed out the areas where improvement is required in a polite and firm manner. He suggested more practice on the road, without recommending expensive training. Following his directives and tips, and after fixing my shortcomings, I passed the test with high scores. I thank Mr. Bogdan, who is an asset to the Driving School.
