Fantastic experience: Honestly could've just sat down and got it over with, but really glad it was so flexible with me coming in and out to where I could do a chapter if I only had 30mins to spare! 10/10 experience super easy and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I wish all schools were like this one. I don't know if they tested me based on my driving experience or if they treated everyone the same way, but I appreciated that everything was explained clearly. I was able to review and expand my knowledge and learn some new information, even though I've been driving for a while. I also appreciate that they were able to send me my certificate right away via email and I trust that they will also send a copy to the court. The price and service are excellent. I will definitely recommend it.

Negative experience: Pls don’t get fooled by Urban Traffic School . There is no info on Fee on the Home Page, instead they give option for digital certificate, which leaves the customers in hang to just do the test and finish the task. Advice - just add one more line of fee so the customer knows.

Negative experience: No stars. I took this bc it is required for secretary of state of you have lost license do to a dui..website is miss leading..says 24 years or older adult driver ...however after paying and completing.exam ...I get a blank email..I follow up today and am told I will get no certificate and will not be reported to the state bc I am older then 20yrs...complet scam..website misleading...customer service rep was completely unprofessional and rude..refused a refund and tried to make me look stupid. I am reporting for the state to remove you from thier website. This place is a joke and the jokes on me. ...cute

Negative experience: It was perfect at first no extra costs great customer service and all but then it happened I didn't know when did I select my gender but it got selected as a female Then when my certificate came I saw and contacted why it is female then they said to pay 10 dollars to change it to man common now I have to pay 10 dollars to make a small gender change seriously can't believe it and I am trying to call there customer service number but no one is picking so let's see how it goes I am not paying

Fantastic experience: This course is excellent. Easy to follow and very informative. The ability to switch from different devices (laptop, to table, to cell phone) was super convenient. Also the options of studying the material in reading, video or audio only formats made it easier to complete.

Fantastic experience: I found Urban Traffic School on the DMV website. It was quite easy to sign up for and the process from start to finish was fairly easy. I was able to complete the course in one sitting. As for the course itself, it was a good amount of reading but it does prepare you for the quizzes and final exam. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely reccomend Urban Traffic School to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I passed the online “Defensive driving” course with them. The material for the course was really helpful and informative and is going to reduce my insurance by 10% which is a pretty good deal. Also once contacted them about my certificate they were really kind and helpful.

Also, the customer service provided was exemplary. Negative experience: Somehow, I unwittingly signed up for this vendor's course again. Wish I had read my own review as it is still not well designed, and the content has not been updated since 2015. Many of the videos are missing and they reference charts that are not there... and i'm only on the 2nd chapter. I'm asking for my money back so i can try a different course, still waiting on their reply... Review from 2020 I've taken much better defensive driving courses, I suggest you pick a different vendor than this one. The content is mediocre and writing poor. The videos were simply the same repetitive images and short videos over and over with the text narrated. The videos added very little value, they rarely added to the understanding of the course content. I resorted to reading the content instead of watching the videos. The timing was too long in some sections and too short in others, thus i had to wait for it to run out on some whereas it took me far longer to complete a page in others. If you truly want to learn better skills with a well written and engaging e-learning course, I suggest you move on and choose a different one that is more professionally done with better instructional design.

Fantastic experience: The price was very affordable and the material was presented in a manner that makes it easy to learn. The site is easy to log back into after a long break. Did and finished my class without any issues.

Positive experience: The course was simple and the questions were understandable, I used the video and read along so as to get the most out of it. Passing should be possible for anyone. Only thing is that I took 2 stars away because once I completed the payment the next step was the type of delivery for the certificate. They have it set up as free for USPS, however the program required you enter the amount in $0.00 format and the ability to do that was NOT available so you had to choose to pay the $9.95 upgrade for the email option to get done with it all. The program forces you to pay for the upgrade, that was a total rip off. Ten bucks that did not need to be spent, and it is dishonest as well. 2 stars for the ripoff. I tried all the options I could think of so as to not do the upgrade.

Fantastic experience: Great way to avoid points and higher insurance costs. Everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately in California a single mistake cost me over 600$ for running a red light 1 second late. This site eased the pain as most of the courses are very straight forward. I finished the course in less than half an hour and passed on the first try. Pay for your traffic school, it will cost you less within 3-4 months. The higher rates on your insurance will be significantly higher then paying for the administrative fees and 6$ traffic school.

Fantastic experience: I cannot remember a customer service experience as good as this in any context. I had a couple of issues; there is a live chat link and they answer right away. When I was done I asked if everything was complete and the gal said my ticket was missing the "L.E.A." number. I had long lost the ticket info. While on chat hold she linked into the annoying traffic website and located my ticket in a minute with the correct code. 5-Stars.

Fantastic experience: Review Date: 5/12/17 Cost was only $12.95, Took me appx. 2-hrs total, passed the 5 chapters test of appx. 5 questions each (you can bypass the tons of reading material & take each chapter test and can keep retaking it until you pass(i passed all 1st try 100% even main test, most easy common sense)(You get 2 tries on main test 25 questions 70% or better to pass or 7 wrong is still passing) I took my time and opened up a tab to the California DMV & searched by typing in the questions in the search bar of any questions i wasn't sure of, it was easy to find answers to double check myself. I guess if you happen to fail the main exam after 2 tries then you have to retake the whole course over but suppose to still be free until you pass. I bet one could fly through all in about 1 hour if savey with Dmv questions & common sense (So all in all i spent like 2-hrs looking up online traffic schools reviews/info etc trying to figure out the right one & still wasn't sure but decided to go for this one Urban Traffic School & glad i did, all was legit, cheap, easy & if i get another ticket with out a doubt i will use this sight again. Hope this review helps others out to decide on a legit online traffic course!! :)

The chapters were fun because I didn't have to drive somewhere to sit in a classroom. Too inconvenient when one needs to commute for work. After finishing each chapter, there is a test which helps you review the content which you just read. The website itself is well made and to-the-point. Skimmed a lot of it and passed easily--paying attention to number figures. I'm not the fastest reader/test taker and got it done in around 2 hours.
