Fantastic experience: Great experience here. Note that you should get more laps over paying for a nicer car. Course isn’t long enough to get above 130-140 mph. So go for laps. I paid for 7, got a free lap (military get one free), and got 2 extra from my driving coach for having to pass or let cars go by a lot. Chances are, if you listen to your coach, you’ll get an extra lap. Stay and relax and watch (and hear!) all the cars. The drifting dodge hellcat is surprisingly fun to watch. Reserve online today!

Fantastic experience: Just had the most amazing time I’ve ever had at Exotics Racing, Nino made sure me and my buddy had an epic time setting our fastest lap times yet! Must do in Vegas and look for Nino as an instructor he’s the best!

Negative experience: My brother came to visit me in town so we decided to do something fun together. We booked a 5 lap event and headed down on the morning of the track day. Around 850a, an employee opened the door to let people enter for check in. He held the door open for a group in front of us and greeted them but didn't even bother looking at us and didn't hold the door open for us. We were MAYBE 10 steps behind. After checking in we waited for the briefing/orientation. That part went well, the instructor giving us the presentation was cool. But after this, a female employee came in and called the names of the customers in groups to go in the Cayenne for 2 laps around the track before the actual event to help people get familiar with the turns. She literally called EVERYONE else except my brother and I. Then at the very end when there were the last 3 people left, she says the name of one the third guy but just looks at me and my brother and goes "you guys can go ahead too". Didn't even bother saying our names. This isn't just a one star Google review. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB. And I'll make sure anyone who is curious about my time down here knows about my experience.

Fantastic experience: If you've ever wanted a chance to drive a car of your dreams, this is the place to do it. Cool facility, nice staff, great instructors, and an overall great atmosphere. I had the opportunity to work with John and Leo, both were great instructors while we were out on the track. I got to drive a Ferrari 296 GTB and a Shelby GT500, both of which handled very well and were very fast. I'm definitely going to go back the next time I'm in Vegas! Highly recommend for some great fun

Negative experience: I bought an online certificate for my boyfriend to use at a later date of his choice. I paid for the extra video and photo package which was $72. When he scheduled his driving day the video and photo package fid not automatically show up on his ticket so he purchased it separate. The certificate also came out to only be $500 instead of the $629 I paid. The website has a $50 service fee to use the services which should have made the certificate $579 which should have covered his video and photo op. He ended up paying for the package a second time on his own. Once we realized the mistake we called Exotics to which they replied that there was no double charge. I also tried texting them through the website which they have available, it took almost 15 minutes for a reply. I instead then decided to call to which I spoke to a woman name Rachel who answered the phone with quite the attitude and my inquiry. I tried to explain the situation and she ignored what i said and spoke over me about how there was no double charge on their end and that I needed to have my boyfriend speak with them. He called and spoke to someone who said he needed to talk to the manager but she wasn’t available that day. The day of his experience he we t to the desk to speak to them about the issue to which the manager was still not available and that she would call him on Monday. She sent him an email instead telling him that she would refund him $25. This is clearly less than what was paid. Overall the experience of racing was fun for him but the service and people working were absolutely awful. Incompetent and rude. I wish this had gone better but it is what it is. I am only giving two stars for the actual track drive. Overall a disappointing experience. 12/7/24 Update: There is no refund, you guys are unbelievably incompetent.
