My English is not so good, we still had a very good communication. At the end of the test, he suggested what I should improve and pay more attention in daily driving. He is not only responsible for evaluating your driving skills during the road test, he genuinely teaches you drive more safe. I really appreciate Matthew's help!

Fantastic experience: I want to provide feedback on my road test experience. Overall the test was smooth, and although I was initially nervous, Teacher MARAT did an excellent job. His instructions were very clear, and his interaction with me helped calm my nerves. At the end of the test, he informed me of the result and offered to explain where I lost points, which he did very clearly. He also explained the next steps and kindly indicated non-office hours and time-saving tips. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and style of communication. The overall experience with 911 School is great from scheduling to the front desk staff (they are nice, and I think I met all of them ;-) ), Knowledge test (I like one teacher there too), and Road test. If there is one suggestion I could make, it would be to support online scheduling for the road test. Fantastic experience: Great place to take your knowledge tests and perhaps road tests which I did not take here due to lot of traffic around this place. Registration was straight forward and then we were able to just walkin on Saturday and Sunday for the knowledge test. The knowledge tests are conducted using traditional paper pencil way, but that is an advantage in my view. It still doesn't take any longer than the computer based tests. Finally, the front desk staff is very polite and accommodating.

Negative experience: I visited the 911 school yesterday to take my knowledge test. Unfortunately, my experience with the Asian officer responsible for assisting test-takers was disappointing. She was extremely rude, acting as though the service was a personal favor rather than a professional duty. Even after I passed the test and approached her to clarify if I needed to do anything else, she responded by yelling, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Such behavior leaves a negative impression and discourages people from coming to this location. I would recommend seeking an alternative center if this is the standard of treatment here. That said, I want to acknowledge the gentleman who administered the test and provided the results—he was kind and respectful, which was a welcome contrast.

Negative experience: the receptionist a white old lady she was very not nice and yelled at me, i got here this morning and she yelled and me and say take a sit and then i was there waiting for my instructor she yelled at me again and say take a sit i say i’m not here for the test and she yelled at me again say it doesn’t matter, we are still not ready get, you guys open at 9 and blame on students of not ready? maybe your manager or boss need to retrain your receptionist, your the receptionist and yelled to a customer we pay for the classes, this gave me a bad experience in this driving school my instructor he’s super nice, but this receptionist definitely i post this for everyone that if u want someone with a good attitude don’t go to this one

Negative experience: The classes and drive portals are very disorganized and this makes it so if you cannot schedule things because of their disorganization you must restart the course. Please consider a different school.

Fantastic experience: I had my theory test and road test with 911, their efficiency and professionalism is really awesome! In particular to my road test, I failed my first one as I wasn’t familiar with the car and failed on speeding, the instructor was very patient in doing post mortem analysis with me after that. In my second road test, my instructor Matt was fantastic, professional and encouraging, he’s not only doing post mortem analysis with me after the test, but also tell me practical tips to get better, as well as tips to drive around Washington states. I had failed my road test three times before. Although I had a driver’s license from my home country, I rarely drove. I knew how to operate a vehicle, but I wasn’t skilled or confident enough. I had rented a car a few times in the U.S. but still felt uneasy. Since childhood, I believed that driving is a real sign of adulthood—full control and responsibility. This made me fearful of driving because I attached significant life meaning to it. Even though I knew many people drive daily, I became hyper-vigilant behind the wheel, projecting my life's uncertainties onto driving. While most Americans learn to drive early, I, in my late twenties, realized I was scared of driving/being an adult. After moving to the U.S. a year ago, colleagues told me it's easier to drive here, and they passed the test quickly. After failing three times, I knew I needed to address my fear, not just my driving skills. Then I met Lonnie. I took a one-hour lesson before the road test, and he was amazing. He was patient, kind, supportive, and always encouraging. Under his guidance, my nerves calmed, and he helped boost my confidence. He didn’t just tell me what to do but explained why and the philosophy behind it. One hour is short, and you can't expect to master everything, but it was incredibly helpful for me. He proved to me that my skills were fine and that I was capable—it was about overthinking and self-judgment. He helped me think differently and truly understood my feelings. For example, I tend to drive slowly due to a fear of speed and a desire to protect myself and others. I become overly defensive, trying to monitor all situations around me. In densely populated Asian cities, even with strict traffic rules, there are more potential dangers—people and cars appear unexpectedly. Lonnie understood this. Instead of criticizing me for driving slowly, he related to what I was feeling and why I developed such habits. He referred to it as “chaos control” and explained that driving in the U.S. is just another style—nothing more. There’s no right or wrong. It’s not about skills; it’s about adapting to our environment. He assured me it’s just a matter of time and practice will help me adjust. This understanding meant a lot to me. We’ll all master the skills we want eventually, but our mindset about life and ourselves really matters. He shared useful suggestions on driving safely, focusing on what's ahead, being aware without overthinking, and not taking responsibility for other drivers—that's their job. This philosophy helped me and applies to life. He also gave practical tips to overcome fear of high speeds on freeways. All I want to say is that he made a difference in this new chapter of my life, and I hope I can remind myself of what he said whenever I doubt myself. Negative experience: This driving school had such potential but it has a challenge with the amount of students ratio to the number of instructors. Because the majority are high school students, getting a driving time after 3pm is very difficult resulting in delays getting licensed.

Gave it initially with Dai, avoid him if you can..he was rushing through the test, and more stricter and rude..Well surely he made me nervous and didn't have empathy during his examination...

Fantastic experience: Dai is a great instructor. I took a half hour class with him before my actual test and he gave me very important pointers without which I’d have failed the test. With his guidance, I was able to keep all the rules in my mind and do well in the test.
