Fantastic experience: I had several amazing driving lessons with my instructors Ghenwa! She taught me how to do my maneuvers great and even gave me tips of how to make them perfect! Overall, I loved my time with her as my instructor when I was driving!

I had so many questions about signing my son up for some classes and his road test and was only able to reach out via text and Nelson was so patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions. Fantastic experience: Kelly Dumas was my instructor for driving with adaptive equipment. She is a gem, offering instruction, helpful advice, and hints about things to do in order to pass the RMV road test all in a friendly relaxed manner. I'd like to also acknowledge Kristen Kelly for getting my process started and completed and Jennifer who stepped in so I could take my road test on short notice. They all helped me regain my driving independence. I recommend and thank all involved at CMSC.

Fantastic experience: CMSC helped me in many ways than one. Not only did I get my license at the end of it all, but they helped me gain confidence in driving and it took less than 2 months! It’s such an amazing school that I would highly recommend going to.

Fantastic experience: My daughter used CMSC for her driving course. She has Jess Sargent as her instructor for all but 1 drive time. Jess was amazing for my daughter. My child could be anxious at times and Jess was very good at giving her confidence and helping her out. Jess also taught her the motorcycle course which she also passed! Again very helpful and supportive in knowing how to relay the information that helped my daughter understand what needed to be done. Would explain things in a different way if needed. I was even able to contact her directly to finish scheduling her lessons because she understood how hectic trying to schedule through the call center can be. Such a blessing to have teach my child the proper techniques in a way she understood and very patient!

Negative experience: I had a moderate experience at CMSC. I think the place itself is very organized in terms of booking and such, and very flexible with booking things such as boot camps to fit into your schedule. However, they need to do their research when booking sponsors and examiners; and also lowering the cost of some services. My last road test experience my sponsors and examiners were very inappropriate and yelling at me during the test which heightened the extreme anxiety I already had. Telling me to turn into a street right after passing it, and making me break traffic laws that are literally in the book. ( i.e waiting for your right of way, yielding for traffic at the intersection going into the driving school, etc). Cursing, and laughing at a student while they are in a high pressure situation is very inappropriate- and after my dad and I reported them that day, I wish the school did a better job of making sure I was okay. I’m very blessed that my dad encouraged me to go back to CMSC to take my road test; and I passed. Thanks to the best boot camp instructors - Daniel & Jennifer. I broke down crying in fear I was going to fail again but Jennifer encouraged me that I will be alright, and gave me great advice before the test. Overall, CMSC is already a great school, and you can tell they definitely want everyone to be safe on the road - I think a few things need to be changed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome and thorough driving school! This school improved my daughter confidence driving. She is a much better driving now, then me alone teaching her. I love the online option for class room Ed. One thing I would improve would be having more driving lessons available and also the price to pick up was too high. But still had a great experience with CMSC.

Negative experience: Tell the instructor driving car 40 just puttzing along 50 miles an hour in the center lane of 290 impeding traffic to pay attention and drive in the right lane if you’re going to go under the speed limit

Fantastic experience: I started lessons in my mid thirties with really not a ton of driving experience beforehand and spent most of my life thinking I would never be able to get my license. My instructor Jennifer was very kind and thorough and made it a comfortable environment to grow and learn in. With her help and guidance I was able to successfully get my license and it still feels like a dream come true! Thank you for believing in me!

Fantastic experience: Jenn was great! I couldn’t recommend her or CMSC more. They were really supportive and encouraging of my challenges and strengths while teaching me to drive. She never made me feel bad and highlighted what I did well while working on strengthening other areas and encouraged self reflection. She was always brainstorming ideas and being thoughtful on how to teach me to become a better driver and help me in general. I hope to go back for more lessons!

Fantastic experience: CMSC has been fantastic with my son’s lessons! Easy to schedule and easy to complete everything in a timely manner. He had most of his driving time with Ghenwa and she’s wonderful!

Fantastic experience: All three of my sons have attended CMSC. The first two had no issues, but my youngest faced some challenges. Booking driving lessons on the website was straightforward. I discovered that checking the booking schedule daily allowed for securing appointments. While you may need to travel, it’s worth it to complete all classes in a shorter time frame. I must admit that the booking process has changed significantly over time. It’s worth noting that my children are approximately four years apart, and scheduling for road lessons evolved during their time in the program, which is to be expected with any organization. One of my sons participated in the program during COVID; he attended in-person classes until everything shut down. However, CMSC managed to continue offering driving lessons while implementing strict protocols to ensure the safety of both their employees and our children. The pandemic was tough for everyone, but CMSC found a way to adapt, allowing their instructors to continue working during such challenging times. The instructors are fantastic, and it's a blessing that we can have various instructors teach our kids, especially as we parents model certain behaviors when they first start driving. Let’s be honest – we all have our habits, like speeding or forgetting to use our blinkers. These instructors truly deserve recognition for their efforts in managing our children. The booking process for observation was problematic. While you can book driving lessons, securing observation slots was challenging. When I called to inquire, I was advised to check if he could observe before or after his driving lesson. On a few occasions, when I had scheduled observation in West Boylston, the driving instructor never called his name, as promised. This created a chaotic situation! On the few occasions, he was there to observe, I had to ask an instructor if he could join them because he was never called which made him a few minutes late for his driving session. The second time, again in West Boylston, he was not called either. Fortunately, a helpful woman (who works at Assabet, forgive me I forget her name) saw him waiting and let him call me since he didn’t have his phone. She let him call me, and she was able to secure an observation for him. Booking my youngest's road test for his license has been quite frustrating. After emailing the person responsible for scheduling the test, I didn't receive a response for two days. I replied the same day I received their message, but after three days without communication, I called to check if they had received my second email. I got a response just three hours later, providing a date and time for his road test. I want to give a shout-out to Jake, Lynne, and Dennis! I reached out due to confusion and frustration regarding my youngest son's observation appointments and his driving test. Speaking with them was a wonderful experience; they listened to my concerns and even considered my suggestions for improvement. It was incredible that they took time out of their busy schedules to talk with me. Jake, Lynne, and Dennis helped him secure a road test! He is now a licensed driver! A huge THANK YOU to CMSC for consistently delivering excellent customer service, and to all the instructors for dedicating their time to support both children and adults in achieving a fantastic driving experience. When writing reviews, keep in mind that they are people just like you and me!

Fantastic experience: I’m very satisfied with the classes. I had Jessica Sargeant as my instructor. And I couldn’t recommend her more for students with driving anxiety, and driving PTSD like me. I was specifically looking for a female driving instructor in the Leominster area. After 3 classes with her, I felt way calmer and more prepared to take my road test. She was also my sponsor, and I was able to pass on my first try. Thanks Jessica!

Fantastic experience: My dad, Kenn was given lessons by Jennifer Bounville to prepare him for his driver test post stroke. We could not have had a better experience. She understood the importance of his long journey and how much he, for his mental health, needed to be back on the road. She worked hard at getting him appointments and his drivers test in a quick and reasonable enough time. Her efficiency with his lessons and giving me updates while making it enjoyable for him mean the world to him and myself. Jenn exceeded our far expectations with hard work and kindness. Many of my daughters lessons were with Ghenwa, she was absolutely amazing with her. Fantastic experience: First thing to know is that this place is extremely popular for a reason. Don’t let that deter you because there is no program that will do a better job preparing your driver. From the convenient and thorough classroom sessions to the parent training - top notch. Where CMSC really comes through though is their driving instruction. They have, hands down, the best instructors. One in particular is a rockstar - Ghenwa. She is affable yet thorough - she puts the kids at ease while being strict on the fundamentals. She goes out of her way to make scheduling a breeze. She communicates thoroughly - if a lesson was canceled for weather, we received notice from her immediately. Ghenwa is such a wonderful person - she hung around after her unrelated lesson to make sure our driver passed his exam so she could celebrate with him. Hands down the best instructor at the school - we love her!

I was having trouble and he spent countless hours answering all of my questions and was totally understanding of my situation. The school is always on time with their driving appointments & has multiple locations for students to pick up, very convenient. The instructors are great & patient. Fantastic experience: Mr. Kevin was the most prestigious teacher I have ever had. He was very nice when we all asked questions, he would always help us after class if we had any questions or concerns about the course. He was super easy to talk to, and was open to talking about the patriots and Boston sports during the free time/snack time. He would also always keep us on topic if we started drifting away from the topic. At first I was scared to come here but with Mr. Kevin he made me feel very welcome, comfortable, and eager to learn. I am so happy that I ended up with him for my teacher. I hope everyone else is lucky enough to end up with him.

Five words that best sum up the instructors: kind, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to give constructive feedback to my son after every single lesson; it prepared him very well for the road test, which he passed on the FIRST TRY. I am glad I chose this driving school, but my son is even gladder, saying praises like “this driving test was so easy” and “Raza Mehumd is so helpful.” Who’s Raza Mehumd? The BEST. I can’t say enough good things about Raza. His customer service is exceptional. His delication and patience are unbelievable, and most importantly he gives the impression that he cares for every single customer.

Fantastic experience: To whom it may concern I am very pleased to summarize our experience with Ms. Kelly Dumas teaching Eric driving lessons. Kelly was most patient, caring and insightful instructor with the sensitivity who understood Eric’s strengths, weakness and temperament to design an individualized driving program. Her teaching skills, mentoring and guidance help build Eric’s skills and confidence for driving resulting in his passing his driving test on his first attempt. Negative experience: The only positive part of the CMSC experience were the instructors for the road classes. They were all knowledgeable, gave great feedback and advice, and were overall down to earth which made me feel less nervous behind the wheel. After my last class, I reached out to their designated road test scheduler who was on vacation. When she returned, I received an email with a date, time, and link to pay the RMV fee. She said more information would be emailed to me about a week before the test. I never got that email because the same girl was on vacation again. I called CMSC three times and wasn't able to reach a real person. When I got to CMSC for my test, I waited and noticed that everyone ahead of me was failing. I didn't think much of it at the time, figuring it was simply a hard test. I parallel parked, drove a few streets down and did the rest of the technical maneuvers (reverse, 3-point turn, etc) and executed them perfectly, which he acknowledged. I drove back down the street towards the school and the tester told me to turn left into the plaza where CMSC is. It seemed odd that he was having me return so soon, as I expected to actually be on the road for a little longer. I took a left turn in a left turn only lane when it was safe. The tester failed me for taking said left turn, claiming I was in the right lane when I wasn't. He said I should've gone straight instead. Again, I was in the "left only" lane because he told me to go that way. Going straight wasn't an option. The person in the back wasn't paying attention and sided with the tester. He tried to convince me I was in the right lane when I know for a fact I was not. My mistake was not challenging him more on the spot, but I was in such shock and knew I wasn't getting anywhere. His word against mine since the other person wasn't watching. I see now why so many people also failed, and question how many of them should have actually passed. I strongly believe that in his mind, I had failed before stepping in the car. Not sure if he wanted to quickly fly through the tests and leave, or if quota wasn't met this month or what. Either way, it was a total waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Our Proctor Kevin was not only very efficient at teaching us to the point I barely even have to study, but he also puts in fun jokes here and there. He makes drivers Ed a lot easier to stay awake the whole entire time. Kevin showed us the importance of being a safe and defensive driver on the road, alongside how to do so using SIPDE and SMOG. Kevin has made me feel like I could be a capable driver when before this class I felt I would never become a driver.

Fantastic experience: Throughout my experience at CMSC driving school, Kevin has made Drivers Ed extremely engaging and entertaining. My Drivers Ed class made me excited to drive and as reluctant as I was at the start of Drivers Ed, at the end, I was excited to show up and see what new things I would be learning and how I can show my new learned skills. I was pleasantly surprised at how positive the environment was and how quickly everyone in the class caught onto what we were learning about. All of these positive experiences were thanks to my instruction Kevin who made the class very fun for everyone who attended. He taught us how to be safe when driving, how to be aware of what’s around us, and how to be an amazing driver!

Fantastic experience: Kevin was a very fun teacher, he made learning serious while also incorporating the knowledge of freedom and opportunities that come with driving. Kevin was involved in the learning and made sure everyone understood the safety features of a car and also the road. He made sure that everyone enjoyed drivers ed while also understanding how important it is when it comes to driving! I cannot wait to drive after this class!

Fantastic experience: I had Kevin Bell as an instructor and he was amazing! he taught me so much on how to be safe with driving and made it to much fun the whole time! he really got along so well with all the kids and made sure to answer any questions i had! I’m very excited now to start driving, and point out to my parents any times they make a minor mistake! He helped me so much to understand all the signs and there meanings, which i struggled on the most. he seriously was great and would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: During my the time that I’ve had to take classes here so far, Kevin has made the entire thing a positive experience. I have friends who went to other driving schools who spoke about how awful their own Driver’s Ed classes were, so I was pleasantly surprised with how different the class was to my expectations. The entire class is very engaging, and it’s obvious that Kevin enjoys teaching the students in a way for them to easily understand the topics that we cover. I hope my friends taking the classes later in the summer get to have him as well!

Fantastic experience: i was always told doing drivers ed wouldn't be enjoyable at all, but kevin our instructor made it so much fun to learn. he had kept us engaged the whole class, learning the safety of driving was actually entertaining for all of us. after taking drivers ed with kevin it has gotten me even more excited to drive.

Fantastic experience: I finished my 10 lessons of drivers ed and passed my tests with flying colors. But I have to give all the credit for my scores and enjoyment of the lesson to my instructor, Kevin. He not only had the whole class engaged, but it was extremely fun to be in a class with an instructor with a great personality! But fun isn’t everything when learning and he made sure to keep us informed and educated on the importance of safety on the road and how to deal with/avoid the dangers. Overall a great experience with Drivers ed.
