Your feedback, although appreciated, is a bit confusing. Charles is one of our highest rated instructors. When our instructors work with a new student, they'll start them out on a secondary road or neighborhood with very little traffic to gauge their ability to control the vehicle then proceed based on that. As for email communication, we answer most emails within 24 hours. Occasionally 48 hours if received on holidays. We did have some problems with the contact form on our website. It only asked for an email address and a messaging box for people to use to contact us. Occasionally, people would mistype their email address so when we tried to reply, the email would return as undeliverable. Since we had no other contact information, there was nothing else we could do to contact the person. That's since been remedied as we've removed that contact form from the website. We have another contact form on our adult driving lessons page that asks for more contact information. Also, people can contact us at [email protected]. Feel free to contact me personally by calling or texting my cell phone at 704-502-1438. I'll gladly speak to you to see if there is a way to remedy this situation.
