Fantastic experience: The instructor was relatable and engaging, making the experience much better than I expected.
You're absolutely right to notice how expensive the Defensive Driving class has become. 80% of the price is Court and State fees, 20% goes to the school.

I agree, the price is set by the courts not the schools. When I started this school back in 2007 the price for the course was $180 for the Justice Courts.

Negative experience: I have never seen any business treat a customer so unprofessionally and be so disrespectful. Their online traffic school has information that’s over a decade old. The website itself is antiquated at best, there are broken links to images that are part of the lessons and your results have to be manually processed. To add insult to injury, they are hostile when you call them to find out if your results will be available before the deadline issued by the court. I can’t emphasize this enough, avoid this company at all costs.
Take your business elsewhere and abuse those people. What kind of man repeatedly bullies a girl on the phone. Take what every money you were going to spend with my business and get yourself some mental counseling. That behavior may work in California but this is Arizona, we don’t treat women that way.

Intellectually and humorously, he provides students with enhanced knowledge of safe driving practices and Arizona law. No judgments. No preaching. Fun teaching. Fantastic experience: I dont make a habit of getting citations, but I just finished my 3rd class with Gordon over a 12 year period. The day he stops having in person instruction will be a sad one. Great change of pace and very refreshing for something we never look forward to; always gives you something Informative and with worth to take away. Very laid back and there is always a few interesting characters attending. Again, although I don't go out of my way to come here, 10/10 times I will schedule with 2pass when given the opportunity.
