Fantastic experience: I have multiple sclerosis, and Progressive Healthworks made my dreams of being able to drive again come true! I thought it would be scary to drive with hand controls, but I felt safe with Davis from the start. She is an excellent driving instructor, and gave me a strong foundation for driving independently. She even taught me things I wish I had been taught the first time around before my disability when I was a teenager learning to drive! Davis also did a great job figuring out which adaptive driving devices were best suited for my specific needs. Anita did the scheduling and she was always friendly and put me at ease. For a while I didn’t know if I’d be able to drive again, and I can’t thank Progressive Healthworks enough for making it happen!

Fantastic experience: Davis was wonderful & patient. She explained everything about how the hand controls work & took me out driving. The mechanism was really easy to get used to & now I’m mobile again!

Fantastic experience: I’d like to share some positive information during a time of so much negativity with the people that we do business with and obviously the rest of the country I want to tell Anita and Davis that during one of the worst times of my life U2 went above and beyond trying to prepare me for being able to get my life back on track being able to drive where to go to get accessories that I need for my every day life during this horrible horrible time of my leg injury what I like to share is that you guys gave me so much help and information knowing that operation still go on that it was nothing that I could do to become an actual client of yours withholding a contract or financial obligation until I get my release , and you both still were there for me every time I needed information about moving forward I can’t thank you enough because you showed that there are still people out there that’s not just all about the money !your compassion and your professionalism obviously will take you both a long way in life and business thank you again !GOD BLESS U !! Fantastic experience: I was wondering if I would ever drive again after all of my personal setbacks. Davis was patient with me and made me feel confident. She treated me the way I would want someone to treat my mother. I got all my permitting done and I am independent once again.

Negative experience: These people are very unprofessional. I would steer clear at all costs. I was made to believe that I NEEDED an evaluation for hand controls so I made an appt and got evaluated. I had previous experience with portable hand controls so the eval driving part was simple. Then Davis insisted I need to install additional equipment in my vehicle which I already had but didn’t meet her satisfaction. I had to delay getting my hand controls. The “assistant told me that the initial eval would not expire, but then Davis the evaluator told me it expires after a year and I would need to pay to get re-evaluated. This is not the first and only contradiction in information I was given through the whole process. I later have done my research and learned that you do not an evaluation to get hand controls installed if you have the endorsement on your drivers license. You can get portable hand controls for cheap to practice with and get your endorsement through the DMV which is something you’re going to have to do anyway. Then go to the installer. Even if you still believe you need help and instruction for hand controls, I would rather drive to Orlando to get evaluated than to deal with this company again.

Negative experience: Been waiting for months to get a copy of the report. I had to drive down to the office to get a copy of the report despite the fact that they said the report was faxed to the doctor and faxed to me as well.
