Fantastic experience: Great place with amazing staff. They definitely make tax season 100times easier. Iris, Lindsay, Raphael, & Dulce are wonderful and will do their best to make sure you get the best out of your taxes.

Negative experience: Came all the way from Jersey to drop Paperwork showed up four minutes after they close lady see me knocking on the door refuse to look at me or open the door for me just to drop one piece of paper. rude grimy for no reason I’ll take my work to another broker

Every company have an specific schedule for a reason. Internal paper work that needs to be prepared it is enormous an customer does not realized this step. You know our schedule therefore if you are going to be late please call ahead a least 15 minutes before and we are be expecting you. After the door is closed we can't open the door unless we know you were coming.

Fantastic experience: I went to them to register my vehicle in New York. I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes and received my plates and registration in less than 7 business days! I am beyond satisfied with the service I received and I highly recommend this company. They are very pleasant and professional.
