We too are saddened that you changed your review from 5 stars to 1 star, as just as you never want to leave that review, neither does NTSI want to receive a 1 star. Especially as Jacob had worked with you directly and our entire Laguna team has endeavored so hard to be as helpful as possible and it seemed that NTSI had met all of your needs and addressed all of your concerns.

While a full voicemail box is indeed frustrating, and we never want to make excuses, we were also working within the confines of COVID related staff shortages and yet even within those constraints Jacob goes above and beyond to make sure each customer feels heard and is taken care of dutifully. Jacob has even shared his personal NTSI email, so that you may bypass the phone tree and reach out to him directly as we want to make sure that you know that are valued as a customer.

NTSI has worked to address the staff shortages in your location, and it does sound like, outside of that temporary issue, everything else was done to your satisfaction. What is left outstanding? What can NTSI do to bring closure to your experience? At this point, the 5-star rating is not even the goal, getting you sorted and satisfied is the goal.
