Negative experience: This review only applies to what has been happened recently but if you're a current student and you're here to leave a bad review due to Craig's recent inconsistencies, I urge you to be patient because he is in a rough situation right now. And to the people considering I Passed Driving, I hope this review doesn't hurt the integrity of the business just because I am bringing up recent inconsistencies, if you're reading this 2 weeks from now, it has most likely been solved since Craig works hard for this. Thank you Craig. EDIT: nevermind, soc driving school is just 2 blocks away. it's 40 dollars cheaper and they don't leave you on read for 2 weeks straight

Fantastic experience: Hi Craig, please can you contact us about getting my daughter Kayley’s certificate so she can do her test. It’s the stick shift mini cooper!! We’re not looking for refunds or anything like that just the certificate so she can do her test. Please & thank you.

Negative experience: I had an amazing experience with the instructor Craig. I enjoyed the lessons, however my experience went sour when $684 was randomly taken from my card on file with I Passed Driving School. It has been over a year since I originally did my lessons with this school, and out of nowhere, I get charged for lessons I already paid for. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCHOOL, because you may randomly get charged for lessons you didn't book or lessons that have already been paid for. I even tried to call the number connected to their Google info, and I get hung up on every time. I called the number in my email from my previous lessons, and the number is no longer in service. I do not appreciate being scammed and my card information being used without my authorization. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCHOOL.

Negative experience: Hi Craig, I think i purchased the package before your vehicle breaking down. If you could please send out the certificate so my son can take his permit test that would be greatly appreciated and we can wait for behind the wheel. It’s greatly appreciated thank you

Negative experience: Sad that it has come to this. I had high hopes for Craig and his business. Absolutely no sense of organization or respect of others times. I purchased a six hour course with the DMV package and requested a refund because he is so inconsistent and cannot seem to show up on time. There’s always something going on. Now I have to reverse the charge through my bank because I cannot get a hold of him. He doesn’t show up for classes and when I reach out, he never gets back to me. It’s crazy. I have never done business with any company where they turn around and do this. I am really shocked. Too add his cell phone and business phone are out of service. Craig if you are reading this please issue back my money that we paid you $495 plus $200 DMV fee. You just need to do right by me now. Very disappointed.
