Negative experience: Very unresposible school Theyschedule appointment then refuses give you lessons and keep waiting weeks for appointment. Probably they are only one school in neighborhod.Take to many students at once ,and why then we have such many accidents among teens. Customer service also not nice .Ladies working ther don't have idea whats going on there . Hope your children won't go there

It is unfortunate that you would choose to make this a public review causing us to also respond publicly. Drive-Right has been serving this community for a half century with an impeccable reputation and countless happy customers. The instructor and office staff attempted to work with you multiple times. You were offered appointments that you did not see fit to confirm but rather chose to assume you would just get your demands. Again, because we are a reputable company, we happily refunded you without even a request from you. So yes, our volume of customers is high and we eagerly move forward with those that choose to be responsible and responsive. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to remind the public that we are happily here to serve for another half century.

Negative experience: I don’t have any concerns with the classroom portion, but we’ve run into repeated issues with the scheduled drive times. Several times now, we’ve been asked to reschedule sessions that were originally booked months in advance. Each time, the replacement options are pushed out even further — often by months. For example, my child just completed his first of the six required drive sessions on 9/10, and his final one isn’t scheduled until December. Thankfully, we enrolled in the June 9th class, well before his 16th birthday. If we hadn’t, he might be facing an even longer delay in getting his license.

Fantastic experience: 2 kid's took the class, happy customer so far! Third child took the class still very satisfied and happy with the services

Negative experience: It would be nice if they gave out information on how to obtain the learners permit or what is needed. I was told after 2nd class he could and we went in because we later found out that we jamás to go to dmv but at dmv they said they’d give us a form yet we never got it even after weeks.
