Fantastic experience: Heidi and Jeff were great instructors and they’re definitely a good duo together. Jeff shared many great stories with the group which all really tied in to the importance of safety and why they teach what they teach in the course. Heidi gave great analogies to help remember steps, which I personally found extremely helpful. It was a HOT two days but we got through it!

Fantastic experience: Theresa was amazing! I took this at Harrisburg HACC, she was SUPER informative and really relaxed and friendly. She’s an amazing rider and uses those skills to show you how to ride properly. A heads up, when you get to HACC follow the signs for the gym.

Fantastic experience: Program is great. If you’re nervous and need hands on experience absolutely go for it. Plus if you do well you can get your license without having to test at the DMV. My instructor Teresa was awesome. She didn’t rush anyone and was extremely knowledgeable. Anyone looking for some experience before getting on the road or wanting to brush up on skills before the test, do it.

Fantastic experience: They should make the instructions to the motorcycle range course more clear. I have noticed twice I have come to the course the map sent me somewhere else lucky I knew where to go but my peers did not and got lost. Overall the class just as the 2nd I loved it and enjoyed it! It’s always good to take course every season!! My instructor was great! Happily to see her again, which made me more comfortable. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Ride Coaches are great and patient with you. They will slow you down and make sure you understand each exercise. My advice if you take the course is to be patient, have an eagerness to learn and be better and focus more on the course itself than the test at the end!

Fantastic experience: This class was a top-notch beginners course for Motorcycle safety! The instructors Nick and Heidi were excellent, friendly, compassionate and care about your lives on the road as a cyclist. The course is great for brushing up your skills and for learning basics. I highly recommend this course for any beginner rideror anyone who needs to brush up on their skills. Class BCR May 17-18, 2025 was informative, educational and fun. They take safety first! – The way it should be!

Fantastic experience: Honestly a great experience even coming in with a little bit of experience I still learned a lot and everything the instructors went through was very clear and really helpful, if you made a mistake they point out what you can improve on. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience

Positive experience: Nick and Heidi were excellent teachers, and helped anyone when needed. The range isn’t a full size range but other than that learned great skills and fundamentals for motorcycle riding

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of taking my basic rider course at HACC for the motorcycle academy. The rider coach Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her approach. She made sure we were ready before proceeding to the next stage of the training. I would recommend that anyone who is interested in riding or wants to improve their skills take this class

Fantastic experience: The instructors have provided an excellent learning experience for learners of all levels. It is a laid back but serious vibe and allows for people to ask questions. The only thing to note is that the address given is not correct. You need to drive to the other side of HACC on the far end to a back parking lot to find the training center.

Fantastic experience: The Motorcycle Safety Academy (MSA) strives to offer excellent customer service and has friendly, knowledgeable MSF instructors. MSA has moved to the new eP1x11 and eP2x6 curriculum so students can now do the classroom portion and knowledge test online.

Fantastic experience: I came to this range to learn and it was a pretty ordinary range open lot with trees on the side for shade. However, what was extraordinary were the instructors, Dean and Kat Baker. They are funny, patient, kind, encouraging, they have decades of experience with riding, they even give you the right answers to questions and give you the credit, what more do you need. I say A+ instructors and if you're interested in riding here is where you should go. They'll have you licensed and ready to roll in no time!
