Fantastic experience: I have taken this class for points reduction voluntary and Sylvia was amazing. It’s so great to see instructors actually teaching with such enthusiasm for their profession! She is doing an awesome job!

Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment and was given a "Can I call you later" message seconds later. People can be so unprofessional at times. It's really sad.
