Negative experience: No customer service whatsoever and very rude and impolite on the phone. Just wanted a little information, and immediately was shut down.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this program. I went into the weekend scared & so not looking forward to it. However all that changed!! Joe was amazing & Steven! It was very informative. All the speakers were wonderful & had very interesting stories!! They treat you like family & don’t judge you. I highly recommend this program!! Do it. You will walk out feeling better & more informed & educated. Was worth every dollar spent. Thanks again to the Steven’s Center!!!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed this program a lot , very knowledgeable group of counselors and speakers learned a lot through this 72 hour program. Joe was my favorite over all and I commend him ! Very polite , very helpful & over all great man

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this group if you have to do a DIP. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you receive a lot of useful information. The counselors are genuine and truly love helping people, which was evident all three days. They treat you with dignity, respect, and make you feel comfortable during your time there.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the class! Fantastic is all I can say. Very organized from the start to finish. Most importantly they treat you like a person and never judge you. Joe, the head counselor is amazing and is very laid back and understanding! His own personal story is truly amazing and he is definitely a true character in a great way. All the speakers were great and very informative. If you come with the right attitude and open your mind a bit, you’ll not only learn a lot, but be a part of a family or group. This program gets everyone involved and is just amazing! You’ll walk out of the program a better person, with unbelievable knowledge about alcohol and drug issues. Thanks, again Joe and Steven for a very interesting and positive 4 days!
