Negative experience: I attempted to speak to the coordinator and secretary this year about policy and curriculum. My impression was it is most definitely The Blind Leading the Blind.

Negative experience: The lady on the phone was catching an attitude with my mom. And they was no help I recommend going up to the place or talk to the coordinator!

Fantastic experience: When the staff is available to answer the phone, they take the time to give very detailed information with lots of patience. The lady that spoke to me was very thorough, attentive and nice.

Fantastic experience: I just called their office because the webpage is down. The lady on the phone was very polite and explained what was going on for COVID issues and why the webpage was down for updates. After looking at the reviews, I said I was pleasantly surprised. She said the person who previously worked there was responsible for the bad feedback. The issue has been resolved.
