Fantastic experience: Fleet Masters CDL School is outstanding. They take their time to actually teach you—not just push you through. You get plenty of truck time, solid classroom instruction, and support from a team that’s genuinely helpful and friendly. Theo, the main instructor and owner, is the real deal. He doesn’t just train you to pass the exam—he makes sure you learn the skills you’ll need to succeed in the real world. Before this, I went to a different school in NYC and had a terrible experience. Fleet Masters was a complete 180. If you’re serious about getting your CDL and want the right foundation, this is the place to be.

Positive experience: I had a great experience learning at Fleet Master. The time and effort I invested were absolutely worth the achievement of earning my CDL. The program includes a mix of dedicated students and an amazing instructor who truly cares about your success. That said, there are a few areas where key improvements are needed. First, attendance records should be better organized and consistently maintained. Additionally, the school needs to ensure that every student receives their Certificate of Completion promptly after passing the CDL skills test—this is an important step in the process that should not be overlooked. Another area that could use attention is truck maintenance. Keeping the trucks in top condition is essential for maximizing performance and making sure they’re fully ready on test days. Despite these areas for improvement, one thing is guaranteed: if you’re willing to put in the time and effort, it will absolutely reflect in your exam results.

You had a great experience. The instruction was great, but 3 stars. Freedom of speech could be used more wisely here. Your 3 stars hurt a business. But it's your voice. Other students are angry seeing your review because just like you said, they know the effort put in you, especially. Fantastic experience: Salute! To Theo and Gene for giving me the opportunity to acquire my CDL. This review is long over due but hands down the best teaching and training thus far. Theo doesn’t train you to get a CDL he trains you to have a career and not lose money doing it. Big thanks to Theo and the FLEETMASTERS CDL team. Alhamdulillah!
